Great customer service and very honest people. I’ve taken my car there 3-4 times already since I work close to their shop. My friend who works with me also takes his car there all the time. I can’t speak for every Big 10, but the one off hwy 80 in pearl,ms is top notch. I also spoke with a man that worked at the one in Jackson, Ms and he was about the most pleasant and helpful gentleman I’ve ever spoken with. Don’t waste your time and $ anywhere else. Take it to Big 10 tires and you will not be disappointed.

I used Big 10 (Pearl, MS) to get a 2” RC leveling kit and a set of BFG KO2s on my 1500 sierra denali. They did all of this in ~6 hours. They were very professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a return customer.

The service to my car was fine. Made an appointment online for new tires. My only complaint or criticism is that one of the servicemen got grease on my seat from moving my car. It wasn't that big of a deal to me. At least not enough to raise hell about. Just putting it out there.

My first mistake was buying tires from big 10, it took them 2 days to put them on. The first day they apparently lost the lug nuts that go with my tires and only told me this after I had been sitting there waiting for 2 hours, the second day I brought it back I made an appointment so I would be able to get it right in for them to work on it but oh no I still had to sit up there for an hour before they even took my car back and then it took them an additional 2 hours to put my tires on, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that day that maybe they were just having a bad day ,as anyone should, so I took it back up there yesterday and dropped it off for them to fix my brakes from squeaking. After a whole day for them to look at it there is apparently nothing wrong with my brakes even though the squeaking is audible with the windows up and the radio on. This tells me that they didn't even take the time to look at my car at all. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to someone who knows what they are doing and definitely not Big 10

Anthony was very helpful and friendly. I stopped in just driving by to get price on brake pad replacement. And neede an oil change too. Decided to stay and low and behold he comes out and says you don’t need brakes. I was shocked as I was told at last oil change all four we’re dangerously bad. So had set done then and was ready to have others done. (From another shop) I also needed 4 new tires soooo, was able to get oil change and 2 new front tires!! Will be getting back 2 tires this Friday. So happy to find a shop that doesn’t try to take advantage of a customer.

These guys are some true professionals. I have been using them for many many years now but a recent trip reconfirmed my belief. I came in asking them to check the balance on my tires because I had a vibration in my car, instead he asked me what the symptoms where then went to the parking lot and physically checked out my tires himself before making a suggestion. In the end he told me I had a bad tire when I thought that there was a suspension problem, I had him replace the tire and everything has been smooth sailing ever since.
