I have been here twice now. The first time was for new tires and the second was for diagnostics/repairs. The gal who helped with my tires was very kind and informative. She made sure I got the rebate that was being offered and knew a lot about the tire options they had. The gentleman who helped with my repairs was also great. He explained what he found, was honest about if it needed to be fixed now or if it could wait, and gave me an estimate on the high end to be safe and so that I can budget/plan accordingly. So far, the staff have been some of the best I've encountered. I know very little about cars but they made it easy for me to make decisions and to understand what was going on. They're also very reasonably priced! I'll be going back as long as I live in Faribault.

A few years ago, I had a bent driveshaft in my Honda SUV. The SUV wasn't going anywhere, I was at their mercy. They could have bent me over and taken advantage of me, but they didn't. Without asking, they shopped around for a used driveshaft - one that would work perfectly for my SUV - and then called me and asked if it was ok. I found out later that he had spent over 45 minutes trying to help me out - and in the long run, saved me over $450. They earned a customer for life!

These are awesome! Was quoted everywhere else ,for the same two seasonal tires to be put on the front, for around 350. Whole sale put the same two all season tires on the front for 180! Fast and very easy and friendly! Always check into other prices at other places and these guys always offer me the cheapest price
