We put a down payment on an automobile as they requested. The automobile was in the body shop getting some rust removed and other minor things. We called every time that it was supposed to be back. This past Wednesday 6/26/2019, we were told that it was ready for pick up. We asked if Friday was okay. Jeff, the manager, said that would be great, pick up by ten. My wife calls at 08:30 and talks to our salesman Paul, the car was sold to someone else. So how F-d up is that. Follow up: We went into the dealership later that morning looking to get this non misunderstanding corrected. We were treated exceptionally well. Apologies genuinely given to us. We picked a car that would work out better for us than the original. If in the future it takes an F-up to get that kind of service and attention, I'll gladly go through the B.S. again. I noticed all the other customers having no problems and happy.

I am editing my previous one star review(below) to 4 stars. Its one thing to be at fault but its equally more commendable when someone admits to a fault and tries genuinely to make amends. And such character needs to be highlighted. Greg not only take the time to promptly send an apology but also took the time to call and see how he could make that difference. Kudos to his character!!! Previous 1 star review - I find it rather surprised by a place having such great reviews that my experience went downhill that fast and consequently my first ever NEGATIVE 1 star review of an establishment. And it was SOLELY due to my horrible interaction with the general manager GREG Davis. I have to start by saying that my initial interaction with Julius Valentin the sales rep was phenomenal - he went out of his way to make sure I get the correct details and options. I actually stopped two consecutive days as I was actively looking for making my final decision on a hybrid. Working with Julius and family input, we had dialed it down to the final vehicle I was pretty much ready to buy! It needed to get a few minor details taken care of. So Julius was ever so assistive in getting the deal closed and talking with the manager to finalize those minor inquires clarified. Unfortunately for him he couldn’t find any on else but the General manager( Greg Davis). From the initial moment of interaction he was not interested in helping as he was to busy with something. He had no etiquette of seeing how he could at least get someone else to help but just addressed rudely not just to his employee but myself being a customer. He has terrible manners and customer service, and was just out right rude. Every simple question was meet with a sentiment of why should I be answering this to you. ( almost to the point where I thought it might have been due to the color of my skin). His own employee felt taken back by such behavior and apologized profoundly later. I seriously can’t believe someone like that is the General manager of a reputed establishment such as Toyota dealership. Needless to say- as much as I liked the car and was two steps away from purchasing it, I walked away from to there as I did not feel like I wanted any further interaction. I again much commend the high customer service of Julius Valentin. I wonder if anyone else has such an appalling interaction the General manager Greg Davis. I definitely walked away from Walser Toyota a very very unhappy customer.

Sales rep cut my window tint with a razor blade while he was trying to remove the stickers on my used 2013 Ford C-Max I had just bought that day. Didn't notice until a day later called the same sales rep to have them fix it. He offered to see how much it would cost me to fix it and said that he would get back to me. First of all it shouldn't cost me anything since he's the one that damaged it. Secondly it's been over 4 hours and I haven't heard any updates. Hoping this issue can be resolved and I will revise my rating. Otherwise great service, friendly staff, somewhat poor over the phone communication. I would call and get a hold of somebody and request information or an update and then never receive a call back. I had to go to the dealership to get the information I needed.

The inside looks and feels like a school cafeteria. And when sitting with a sales person, they asked us the scroll through the online options and choose features we liked ..things we could do at home on our own time. Then you have to wait for the car you want to test drive to be delivered from another lot, or you get to test drive a similar car, with different features, so you don't even get a really good idea of what the car you want is like.

I never take the time to review on google, but you guys earned it. Originally reached out to Walser for an emailed promotion, and got a call from Paul within 5 minutes of clicking send on the web form. A few days later I showed up to take a look at the Tundra and he graciously handed me off to Alana as he was busy with another customer. The team based environment was great because I didn’t have to sit around waiting for anyone. They gave me a great price on the trade and worked everything out to get me the best deal on a new truck. Quoted me a price to install a used part and I confirmed the knew it was used. Drove 20 mins away only to arrive and them tell me they cant install used parts anymore. It really sucked because their price was a lot better than everyone else so i wasted time, gas, and had to wait til the next day for another toyota and pay 3x as much for the repair. I own a small dealershop.Toyota Prius the battery died which we jumpstart backward and the vehicle wasn't starting, I tow it to the dealership and they said they going to charged me $140, for them to look at it,he calls me back in about a same day, he said they found the problem it going to cost me $619.I said go ahead and fix it. They come back one day later and asking another 4 hours additional Ttotal off $700 for them to look at the hybrid system.i wasted $619 for something they didn't repaired. The only thing they did was they change the fuse.they will not release my vehicle until I pay that $619 and did not fix my problem as we agreed on the first place.this dealerships ridiculous and I was dealing with guy named Taylor the fake Maasia.Trying to imitate somebody culture

After a thorough search, found a Toyota RA4 2016, which is a good fit for me and purchased on June 28. As usual I've tried my best to make a deal by asking something extra. The salesman was Mike S. He did not agree with anything; finally we've settled with "Full Tank of Gas" and wash the SUV. It was at the end of the day and everybody was rushing to go home. When he handed me the key after signing all the papers; I've found that "he did not fill up the tank and quickly went inside and informed him that, he did not fill up the tank. Mike was saying that, we just closed and he will send me a gift card worth of full tank gas. I've tried to call him several times; only once I could reach him and he wanted me to go there and collect him. I live 25 miles away from the dealership and requested him to mail the gift card. He has never mailed it and now he is not answering the phone call. I'm really surprised with this behavior. Anyone reading this review; make sure the dealership is fulfilling your bargain! very excited at the beginning of the process and when it was coming to the documents and closing it was horrible !!! I got approved and down payment was done and cleared from my bank account. and almost 3 weeks after , I'm still not having the vehicle!! even the Financial Company called to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle that they had financed for me. and what a surprise for them!! I wasn't driving the vehicle !!! and trying to contact the dealer by phone it was even horrible because the lady who gets the phone calls when the customer doesn't know what option to press, she answers like she can't wait to retire ! plus when you ask for a manager , she says " for what". so unhappy with my experience !! the dealer asked me to add the vehicle to my insurance and it was added but for the following next 3 weeks I still don't have a vehicle !!!

I went back to Walser in 2019 and if he was out I would have waited for him to return work. Spike is a very friendly guy, when you sit at that table with him he make you feel at home. You can ask him anything you want to know about the vehicle or everything you should include in your purchase and he is going to make sure you get the right answer and all the information you need before you walk out that door.

Some of the services are good but they don’t make sure the work they do is perfect. I had to take my car twice to them to fix a thermostat. They were not able to figure out the overheating and air conditioning issues the first time. The second time i was there, i searched on google with the symptoms while waiting and found the issue in 10 mins. I think they are more focused on selling services and parts rather than customer satisfaction.

Roger was awesome, funny, knowledgeable and accommodating!! The car we bought had a "check engine" light come on during the test drive, so they had to send it out to be repaired. Won't get it back, I'm told, until Tuesday or Wednesday, so a week after it was purchased. I would recommend Walser to people, because there was no one stalking us while we were looking at cars on the lot!! Big bonus when you're not really sure what you are looking for.

And was able to send me pictures of it that I requested. I stopped in at 12:45 that day and left with my 4Runner by 3:30. Very streamlined process working with one person the whole way through. Had done my research ahead by looking at Carfax website, so was ready to drive and buy! We live 2 hours away and were headed that way on a Friday. I sent a request on Thursday night at 10:00 pm to drive the one I liked. I asked for morning the next day and heard from Nam Nguyen right away the next morning. He sent messages via text, had the car prepped, and studied up on its history. We arrived at 11:30 and he was ready to roll! I got 48 months service done for my camry on 13-Sep-19. The service person recommended tyre rotation based on last rotation and I accepted it. Prelude to the service: 1. For some reason, the rear right tyre pressure always goes down (around 25) compared to the other tyres (will be above 30) and it happenned twice in the last 6 months. 2. On the morning of 13th Sep, the tyre pressure warning symbol got lit and I thought the pressure will be adjusted during service, so, I did not do anything. After the service is done and when I started the car, still the tyre pressure warning light is lit and I called the same service guy and showed it. He checked and told that all tyres were set to right pressure as part of the service and it might a sensor issue and asked to bring another day to get it fixed. I came home (that is the mistake I did and should have checked there itself to prove this) and used the portable compressor and checked the tyre pressure and all the tyres had around 32-33, but the rear right tyre had 26. This is same as what I mentioned in prelude 1. This clearly indicates that the tyre rotation is not done at all, but, I was charged for the tyre rotation. Unless, I had the rear right tyre issue, I might not have found this out and I was wondering whether this is what happenning every time as we are never near the car when service happens.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We called on a Toyota 4 Runner we saw online. It was out being detailed. When we came in to see it had 50,000 miles more than what was advertised. It also stated it had a hitch which we were looking for, but it did not, and they couldn't find the back row seats. I can understand making a mistake on one detail but really!! If they would have added the hitch we would have considered it but they said that they wouldn't make enough on it. Really??? What happened to customer service? I guess the money is what it is all about there. The manager Jeff was sitting in on it and wouldn't allow the sales person to work with us.

I went in yesterday to look at a Nissan Murano I fell in love with it, I had plans to come in the next morning to purchase it, I call my salesman telling him I'm on my way and he tells me the car was sold an hour after I left the dealership yesterday. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. After purchasing a new vehicle this dealership failed to get my paperwork filed correctly on 4 separate occasions. I was dealing with Team Lead Cutberto who stated he "will not make me a priority" after a 40 minute wait when trying to get them to correct the last screw up. This just shows how little they value you and your time. They will tell you everything is taken care of and then drop the ball. This has been one of the most stressful and infuriating experiences of my life.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a car from out of state and the staff is completely un-knowledgeable as to the process of getting the vehicle registered. As of now it is 2 and a half months past my date of purchase and I still do not have my license plates or registration. The 31-day temporary tags that are mailed to me consistently have the wrong dates and trying to track them down to get the temporary tags is always a pain. The car I bought was certified pre-owned and it turns out that I get all they way back home, service the car for the first time and my mechanic informs me that they sold me a truck with warped rotors that will need to be replaced if I wish to stop my car without the whole thing shaking. The one bright spot was my sales person, Salman, who was very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling and is very nice and personable. Salman was great - but the service since has been extremely sub-par. All around not satisfied with my customer service experience since purchasing. Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

I've bought my last five cars from Walser Toyota. Paul Walser runs a great organization with a great team of people in place for sales and service. My Account Executive, Jeff Schulz is the most straight-forward, to the point and the most transparent pure car guy I have ever worked with. I do my homework, I do my own calculations, I take my test drives where and when it's convenient for me and I crunch the numbers on several models to find my range. Then I go see Jeff for the deal. He talks me through the various financing and incentives, and asks to my concerns and my terms and we hammer it out. I brought my nine year old grand daughter with to watch the process, and Jeff was super kind to her and kept her engaged. On our way out, she said "I like that guy".
