Worst place I've ever been. I went there, the front desk person wasn't helpful at all. After she got my car info, she told me I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the tires changed. I almost waited 2 hours and 30 minutes and they never called me. Unfriendly staff and rude service and the prices are not reasonable.

Great service, spoke to the owner directly. After I went to 5 different places looking for all season tires, they hooked me up with great ones for a good price. There was a little bit of a wait because they're a small business trying to help as many people as they can, I didn't mind it. Well worth the service and I would much rather support local than the big chains!

My rim was a difficult one to find but they found it and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. If you have a bad experience like everywhere else ask to speak to the manager. Avoid this shop at all costs, sold me tires at full price which turned out to be completely garbage and out of thread when I took my car for inspection. The manager is as rude as can be and they don't care about customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and take your car to another tire shop, wouldn't trust them with any of my vehicles. Don't let the cheap prices fool you, you get what you pay for, in this case garbage tires.

This place is a nightmare I wouldn't buy a can pop from this place, first of all their service sucks!! Don't call there without planning on being on hold for 30 minutes. I will never use this place again there's just NO respect! This place is in need of some REAL management ASAP like when the two brothers ran it back in the day!! The people who work at the front desk are incredibly rude and pushy. I went here to buy my tires about a year and a half ago and had a good experience. So when my car started doing some weird vibrating in the front end, I took it here last week. They told me I needed to get an alignment first and foremost, but that they didn't do those there. I said ,"Ok put the tires back on and I'll go somewhere else." The guy then proceeds, in a condescending tone, to tell me that this is a bad idea and I should buy new tires. He was extremely rude. I told him no and he just kept arguing with me. I asked him nicely to rotate the worn ones to the back just so I could drive to the other shop, and he just shook his head in disbelief. I was so frustrated and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Very disappointing. When I took my car into the other shop, they were so kind and courteous and helpful. I will never be going back to Tires for Less again. And neither should you.

On my invoice showing different car, no mileage in or out so I can't have any warranty 60000 miles for new tires on my car or free rotation every 5000 miles. I ASKED the receptionist to correct it ,she said you ok and refused to fix the invoice. I don't know what kind of business they should fix it so I will have a warranty for my car when needed later .very angry. Thank you for asking.

I cannot review this business based on first hand experience, because i have not done any business here. Yet read on. I have met the owner who is a great guy, and the reason i feel i can give this business an honest review is because he has bent over backwards to help family, like my brother and my niece. My brother has made more than one poor choice of vehicles to purchase, and everytime he had a break down or an issue Tires for less made sure to get him in and taken care of. These guys Rock! Ive had them servicing two mid 90's Jeeps, two different Ford E150 and E350 Vans and a 2003 Mustang for over a year now. Quick turn around, labor rates are tough to beat and any issues that might have come up are usually turned around the same day they are notified or at worst the next morning. They are even open weekends and a half day on sunday for those problems that you can live with but the vehicle that you cant live without for even a day during the week. Im glad these guys moved into the older shop that had been vacant in our neighborhood - I had been searching for a while for a new shop since the last one that I could trust relocated - Now I dont take my cars anyplace else unless the work cant be done there.

I got tires from there! I didn't really know much about tires when I did! Later my Mechanic told me these tires are really old and yes one of them I noticed had a slow leak and found out later it had a Nail in it! Plus they staff the place with Illegal Immigrants for workers. That should have been my first red flag. I had my mechanic put a tire plug in it. I refuse to even go back there to have them do any work on my vehicle at all. I will just count my losses and move on and hope nobody else falls for it. Hopefully I can save somebody out there the Headache.

The worst customer service. I had to come back the day after I spent 240 dollars to have a tire repaired. I called they said no waiting which was a lie. I waited thinking it would be a matter of mins to have it repaired. Well no sat for over a hour. I was late picking up my son from school when they told me 15 more mins which has been Another 30 mins. Place is all around garbage .

It took them 7 hours to have the job done plus they charge me for 2 hours of labor and $200 for the muffler when I ask them where do they buy the parts from , they told me is not my business , also I asked for the recite of the muffler where they had purchased from the owner told me in loud voice that is unrespectifull question .total bill was $377 I ’ll never be back to that place

They are upfront and don't have a two face vibe like bait and snatch places. Even if it says tires on the shop sign it looks like they do everything. They won't steal from you. Had them change the front 2 tires and an oil change. The whole ordeal took almost 4 hours, although I called before I went in and I was told that they'll get my car in right away. In top of that they have broken the plastic wheel covers on both sides and stained the driver front seat. The front desk sales guy said that he will order new wheel covers for my car and he would call me in 4 days, it's been 7 days and no word from those guys. My advice, find a different shop if you want things done right, or get burned like I did.

Scam!!! Gave me my keys said I was ok to leave car was done and they had not even touched my car!!! Almost paid for NOTHING!!! The tires I brought to them were still in my backseat!!! Then they were rude to me about it when I complained and the guy peeled out in my car!!! I've been up there twice now, and I have no real complaints. Their prices seem very good. Nothing was astronomical. I had two used tires put on and replaced a bearings one tire. I did have to return to do the bearings, but that was because it was near closing time. Wayne helped me out, and he did a very good job. I will be returning to have them do some more work. Quoted me 50 bucks for a used tire when I got their price was now 60 after 45 minutes in waiting room was told it was now 70 when I told him he should honer his agreed apon price since I was sitting their waiting for the work said no. This use to be a great place to go to. Got great used tires with mount and balance for 35.00. Next time it costed me 50 and one more time for 60. That 60$ tires makes an awful humming sound . I looked thinking it was a directional tire but it's not. And of course nothing done about it.Bought 4 new tires and no more than a month later and I'm following the curve in the road and the side wall split. Obviously it was a defective. Went back and got accused of hitting a curb.nothing was done about it. The workers in the shop have always been rude while the front desk wasn't. The front desk is extremely rude the last 2 visits.

Went to get a replacement tire on my Jaguar X-type. The guy who did the work removed lug caps and a wheel cover and never put them back on. I discovered this later and returned to shop to report. I was told by Sam he would replace them, I called several times be he never fulfilled his promise.

Pros: Good location Cons: Either they don't know how to measure tire tread or they misrepresent the amount of tread left I was not able to trust them as pricing changed and one employee story contradicted the other. In October 2013 I purchased 4 brand new tires at a very competitive price. Problem is, and I didn't notice this until 5 months later is that they took and kept/swapped out my lug nuts with a lower quality nut while also not putting back my chrome valve stem covers/caps. I noticed this only while washing my car by hand (which I don't do often) recently. I say this because they're the only people who have had my wheels off during this period of time... Who needs to look for their lug nuts or their valve stem caps?

Worst place ever! If you have lots of time to sit around and wait in a area that reeks of marijuana for your vehicle or wheel to be scratched and messed up, go here! The tire techs don't speak good English so don't really know what to do when they get your car dirty when pull it into the shop. The manager/owner is cheap and won't pay for new wheel weights so expect yours to fall off, knick your paint and your car to shake shortly after leaving. If you're lucky, your used tire that they bought from the junk yard won't blow out on you or fall off. The front desk people don't know what a spark plug is so if you have any questions you'll be better off to just ask Google. Go to a real automotive shop and pay more for way better service and warranty because of you don't havea receipt or proof of mileage or purchase date it's null and void and you'll have you pay for another tire/s.

It a great place to go for new & used tires. For me good used tires I can afford their prices. The used tires have approx. 90% of their thread left. Ordered tires from this company. They said they would be in in one day and they would call me. It has been over a day and I have received no call. I have called them 6 times through out the day today and every time I call I get put on hold with no answer. I will buy tires from tires plus by north town instead. The ironic thing is that the tires from tires plus are Less. I would recommend the same to anyone else.

Great prices!!! Always quoted only half of actual wait time. And then tires were put on the back, when I asked for front. They are always busy. I suggest drop it off at open. But, like I said, great prices that you can't really beat.

Kuddos to Wayne from Tires for less in Fridley Mn. !! Had tire service done this morning,had a minor problem when I got home, Gave them a call & BOOM! Came out to fix the problem within an hour!
