I don't recommend this place if you have sensors on your tires, because they will damage them and have you pay for new ones. The sensor on a tire get damage very easy if they don't pay attention or know how to take the tire of off the rim. If you decided to go there and the tire sensors on your wheels are good, be sure to let them know. And that if they damaged them, tell them that they gotta pay for them. The staff are nice and friendly just that they don't pay much attention to what they are doing. Oh and the shop is too dark for anyone there to see what they are doing.

Prices are better than most other places. However service can be ify. Bought a brand new tire but they installed it wrong. 5 hours later the new tire was completely flat!

I noticed a squeaky noise on my Benz. I went in to get my break pads checked. The ended up putting new break pads on. The squeaky noise continued so I took it back and they replaced the break pads again. The noise continues and they told me that I needed new roters. They put new roters on but the noise continued. They then suggested that I needed a new caliber. I had to wait one for the part to come in while they kept my car. Once they put the caliber on the squeaky noise was STILL happening! After taking my money and weeks of not fixing the problem they told me to go to the dealership. The dealership told me that Pay Less Tires put ALL THE WORNG PARTS ON MY CAR! Save yourself the hassle and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Told me price of new tires a day ago. Called today and asked if they still have them available, he said what he quoted me on them a piece. I said 50 bucks. (Because that's what he said) "50 bucks brand new ! Really nice tires bfg" not to mention I asked what model of bfg tire is it? And he acted like he couldn't understand me a few times I repeated to ask him what kind of bfg tire it was ! Than he just hung up! Sketchy business over there! I'll gI've my money to a better company.

Women are not safe here. I have lived in the neighborhood for almost a year and walk past this business almost daily and almost daily I experience varying levels of innapropriate behavior from male patrons. From cat-calling to straight up harassment, I have experienced it all. Today I hit my breaking point when 2 males made me fear for my safety. They stepped close to me when my dog stopped to sniff and commented on my backside. When I made my disapproval known, they laughed at me and continued making innapropriate comments as I walked away. Please avoid this business until you are able to shop local while also remaining safe.

I bought new tires and one of them cracked. Instead of honoring their warranty they switched it and have me a used one and switched the tires so I wouldn't notice until days later. They are very dishonest. DO NOT buy tires here.

On my way back from a trip to Wisconsin Dells, one of my tires blew out on I-94 at Dale. I managed to limp to Payless Tires and, even though they were already closed, the guys at Payless stuck around after hours and fitted a new tire at an amazing price, on their own time. To me, that speaks volumes about the kind of people they are and the service you can expect to receive. They come highly recommended by me and all my family. My vacation could have ended terribly, but Payless really saved it. Thanks guys - you've got a customer for life.

Nothing bad to say. Didn't have a used tire in my size, said he should have one the next day. Sure enough, called around noon the next day and said they had one. Got a Bridgestone + mount and balance for $60. Not bad.

Went to rudis tires and the guy working outside told me that the tire machine wasn't working...but hes coworker were using it with no problems... they were being rude..lazy and unprofessional then i went to payless tires for the first time and had my rims installed for a great price, mechanics and management were very helpful and very professional.. thanks for the service again.

At first there was a bit of a miscommunication. But everything was fixed and the guy in charge was very helpful and understanding. One tire i got from the shop ended up going bad in less than 6 months, he replaced it for me though the manufacturer warranty wouldn't replace it. Thanks man.

It doesn't look like a super clean and overly welcoming place like the big names, but the service here is great. I've been here twice now and they've always got the job done fast with great customer service. During my last visit, the rep explained to me what was wrong, gave an explanation, and expressed concern all while not trying to sell me anything. I would definitely shop here again.

Spent $140 to repair my wheel here since it costs my tire leaking air. After only about 1 month the same tire got leaking again and I did driving carefully, so I came back to them to check. They said there’s a new spot on the wheel cracked a little bit but they can not fix it and this time they suggest me order a brand new wheel here and replace it for me for $400. First of all, a new wheel only costs less than $300 for my car in other bigger and nicer tire shop and no warranty at all for their expensive wheel repairing service literally within a month? WTF? That might be the reason other reviews mentioned it’s never too busy and you don’t need to wait in this place

Worst service EVER. I used to come here all the time because it was convenient to me. After today's experience, I told myself I will drive that extra mile and never return. On many occasions I would hear the owner argue with customers while in the waiting room. In fact, at one time, the employees in the back got into a fight with each other. It was the most awkward thing ever to experience especially when I had my 5 year old daughter with me. They do not treat their customers with respect at all. I used to tell myself "sheesh, I would hate to be that customer". Today, I happened to be that customer. So here is my story: Last year, 2016, I went in and asked if they had 4 brand new all season tires that will fit my car. Ahmed (I believe one of the owner), looked it up and told me they do have it in stock and to wait in the waiting room. I waited for about an hour until Ahmed came back and told me he made a mistake and that they didn't have the right size. He brought and showed me a snow tire and asked if I would be interested in buying 4 new snow tires instead. I told Ahmed that I am not interested because it would be a hassle for me to come in every season to switch out the tires. I also told him that I didn't want to pay the fee of installment every season (which is about $120 per year). Ahmed told me that he wanted to make a deal with me. He told me that if I buy the snow tires that day, I can bring them in and swap the tires anytime I want. I hesitated at first but given that he is the owner of the place and thought I could trust him, decided to go with it because it was a good deal. Summer came along and it was time for me to switch my tires. I went in and they acted like they knew nothing about it. We went at it for a bit but when they looked my name up in the system, it showed that I bought the tires just last winter so they went ahead and switched it out for free. Today, I went back to switch out my tires for the winter and they pretty much said the deal was off. The guy at the front desk said that they can only give out one free tire swap and that they would have to charge me $60. I tried telling him that the owner made a deal with me and that is the ONLY MAIN reason why I bought the snow tires. He did not care one bit. I can't trust this place anymore. They are unprofessional, they yell at their customers, and they lie to get business. If I can give this place 0 stars, I would.

They tend to take advantage of minorities, because i told those guys that i needed 4 all season tires brand new. They say stuff like.. These tires are the best for both ice and snow also during other seasons. I got those tires in November 2018. In Minnesota it didn’t snow till like beginning of January 2019. This is when i noticed that they lied about the tires because our first snow fall the new tires did worst than the once i had on previously. This is where it gets really Messed up, One of the tires they put it on is not the same size as the rest of the tires. Of course I didn’t notice that till i wanted to change them at discount tires. I gave them a call and told them you guys did this to me and if i got two new tires will you guys put it on for me. They didn’t want to be responsible at all and said that they wanted to charge me again for installation even though i got two new tires from tire rack, instead i went to discount tires which helped me out. I will never recommend this place to any human being who wants some tires. I will pay the extra money to take my car to a place that knows what they doing.

These guys are fast and know what they are doing. Not once have I had a pressure sale to buy something. They told me what needed to be done and they let me do the talking. They answered all my questions, took me in the back to pick out the tires and in 25 minutes, I had 2 very nice Goodyear tires balanced and installed for $60! Great job!
