Drove an hour out of my way so I could get warranty work done on my 2015 C300. I wanted to avoid giving Sears Imports any more of my business. Upon arrival, I got checked in and showed the SA the problems I was experiencing. When it came time to get a loaner, I handed him my license, insurance and credit card. They denied me a loaner vehicle since I’m 23 years old and not 25. ALL of the other dealerships I’ve been to had a minimum age of 21 and over for a loaner vehicle. Extremely disappointed.

Buying experience with Feldmann was very pleasant, no pressure from sales side. Boris was very helpful in assisting finding right vehicle for me. Watch out for finance person, some pressure was applied into purchasing extra staff which you will probably never gonna use it. Other than that all process went really well. I would've given 5 stars if I felt no pressure from finance department into pursuing me to purchase addl staff.

Feldmann imports have an amazing team from front to back. Family owned business. Everyone we met seemed very happy to work there and made us feel like family . We had the pleasure to work with Scott Babcock, He is great and been there for a long time. Mathew Olson was very helpful as well . In the financing, Jerry and Jor are the best. I have bought two vehicles from Feldmann Imports with amazing salesman both times. My salesman for this particular purchase was Matthew Sack. He went above and beyond for me prior to my visit by consistently responding to my emails as well as phone calls. When I got to Feldmann I was greeted by him professionally and with a smile on his face. I felt no pressure at all. In addition to changing my mind on the vehicle I purchased which consumed a lot of his time, he provided service again with a smile. He even agreed to drive the vehicle to my home the following day when the detailing was prolonged!!! (I did leave with it that day though). Mercedes also has staff on hand to help with apps on your phone. Unfortunately, I forgot the gentlemen's name who helped me but he was so pleasant even when I was getting cranky. Then my finance adviser Jerry Moore was just helpful, explained everything and we even laughed! We you are spending money on a Mercedes it can be very stressful. Jerry put me at ease, again no pressure. The only negative thing that happened is Mercedes needs about 100 more bows to put on vehicles so no one argues on the showfloor.... Absolutely recommend Feldmann and will be back again!!

Feldmann Imports is our family's Mercedes dealership, and CORY SCHULTZ is the reason why. Cory has helped us nurture a vintage model (perfect for toting mountian bikes!), and has made sure that the car has been safe and operational for our most precious cargo (our children!). Given our great experience with Mercedes, and Feldmann 's, we chose to purchase our second vehicle from the dealership, and have never considered having it serviced elsewhere. The entire staff at Feldmann Imports goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. My husband and I were walking around the showroom, wondering what model Mercedes would suit us, and I was met with the lovely, welcoming smile of Sheree Raze. What a sweetie! She helped us throughout the whole process of buying a new car, and she was so very patient with me when I didn't understand something or misunderstood something. Since we purchased our car, Sheree has contacted me to make sure I am happy and that if I need extra explanation on anything about the car, she will be there for me or organize someone else in an appropriate department, to help me. Feldmann Imports are very professional, and so is their salesperson, Sheree Raze!

I am not easy to satisfy and look for a great deal along with a good experience at a car dealership. I got both at Feldmann. Above book trade in allowance. Fair price on a great car. I highly recommend looking up Scott Babcock as your sale rep. Not a Johnny come lately. More than a decade at the same dealership and he understands the importance of repeat business. You don't get return business, you earn it. He certainly did!

Let me start by saying the service is the only thing I would say they have going for them. I have is I spent 1200$ to fix my air ride. (No biggie) Well 6 days later my car dies in the middle of the high during rush hour after I was told my car is in great condition.... So I’m instructed I NEED 2 new betteries for my vehicle. This is the 3rd s550 I have owned. I had battery issues before and the issues I had were not relatable to this situation. But I listen to the “professionals” and specifically said are we sure that’s the problem. Service adviser instructed that it was the culprit. 2 days later he calls and says no it’s actually the alternator but insisted that the batteries were both bad and needed to be replaced.. so now after spending 2400$ last week and 1200$ the week before. The car died on the weekend and I was told I won’t be able to get Loaner until my car is diagnosed and the car must 3hrs of service. But the kicker is the car won’t be looked at until Tuesday

Scott Babcock was our sales rep and did a fantastic job from start to finish! This is the second car we have bought from Scott and would go nowhere else. Even after buying the first car from him about 1.5 yrs. ago he would follow up and make sure that we are completely satisfied with the car. We have been in multiple times over the past year looking at different cars and test driving many cars. Even though he knew we are not buying a car that day, he still treated us with respect and gave us his full attention. Also, Jesse in the Service department has been a great help and is always there to answer any service related questions. Also, Jerry Moore in Finance has been a great help also. He was also the finance person who signed us out on both deals. We made him work for the last deal, but he came through and get everything done that we needed that was well within our expectations. Feldmann has always been a step above in service, when we have been looking for cars many other dealerships wouldn’t even help us, or it would take them forever to get a salesman to help you. At feldmann as soon as we walked in we have been greatd either by a salesperson or front desk associate.

I just want to let you all know that Esther went above and beyond what was expected during my search for a new vehicle. I am a single mom of 4 and have driven a minivan for 18 years. My children are moving on and becoming more busy. I know longer needed the minivan and I have always wanted a Mercedes-Benz... secretly. I never thought I should have one or deserve one despite the high quality and class of Mercedes-Benz. I had just purchased a used GLK a little over a month ago from Feldmann’s Imports which I really loved, except I didn’t have a back-up camera or sensors. I felt like it was important for me to have this feature, so I reached out to Esther to get her advice. I let her know I was looking at the same GLK with the added package at another dealer in the area. Esther was very quick to look into it for me, and she was able to find me an even better vehicle which was Certified with less mileage! What a great dealership. Dan Hunt in service was great, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I brought my laptop and worked from the waiting area while they had my car, I could have worked there all morning. There was good coffee including espresso and good snakes. I happened to show up on "customer appreciation Thursday" and they had a shoe-shiner, a masseuse, and a manicurist. Wow. P.S. They didn't charge to diagnose the car like Sears does. I'm going to Feldmann from now on.

Worked out all the details in financing, going above and beyond, to save us money and get everything we wanted without us asking him to do this. Then Bill calls us a few days later and states he found an even better deal (which he did) and saved us more. Mind you, he is in finance. Not a salesman. Scott Babcock was also awesome. I own a 2007 ML 500. First of all the steering column broke, then the the power steering pump broke, next the front wheel bearing went bad, next I leaned my elbow on the front seat and cracked the ' so called leather seats ': with my elbow! It burns oil like a beater, blinker warning light comes on, however blinker outside light is working.......... Mercedes has followed in the footsteps of Auto Companies like Dodge( make it so it breaks at 80,000. Miles.)VW's CEO just got arrested for tampering with witnesses and cheating emissions testing components. ' The Truth is out there's Mercedes has compromised their quality tremendously. Older Mercedes can run 200-300 thousand miles without half these problems. I own a Toyota with 200,000. Miles and do not have Any of these disfunctions. IF YOU CAN AVOID THE ENTICEMENT; and ALLURING GLITTER OF Mercedes Benz, GET A LEXUS AND YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER.

It’s rather unfortunate I have to 1-star Feldmanns as up until recently I was rather pleased however they’ve just robbed me. Let me explain. I purchased 5 years worth of diamond infused wax and rainX a few years back with the purchase of my whip. However since then have purchase a new one. They have declined to transfer the 5 re-applications of the service and say it is because that service was registered to that car. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? That’s literally like me buying 20” rims for a car... getting a new car... and then saying “hey just throw those rims on my other car please” and them coming back and saying “ohhh no sorry we can’t do that those rims were for the other car... you’re going to have to purchase another new set and also you won’t get a refund for the ones already paid for” This is absurd. I will remove this bad review if you come through and act like the costumer centric company you claim to be. Any logical person can figure this one out pretty quickly. SMH.

Great cars. We love Our's. Good service, pushy on adding additional purchasing of costly services and features. Expensive, but thankful that we got the warranty package. This winter was "Pothole Hellish" on tires and rims. Their financing follow through at the dealership sucks, they mailed the incentive dealership check to the wrong address or not at all and made an appointment for us to pick it up from the dealership, only to not have it for us when we arrived at a specific time that they provided. Frustrating and damaged our credit by not reporting accurately. We spent a lot of time correcting their misplaced accounting performance.

Staff is good but the environment is like you are dealing with the local mechanic shop. They almost took 4 days to fix minor issue in my car. Also When I called at the official Mercedes tall free number number and asked for new key price they told me around 250 to make another key and here they charged me 403 for key, when they fixed my car and gave it back to me at that time front number plate was missing, and also i was able to see one dent and scratch on my car on back side , and i am sure that happened in Mercedes-Benz service center only so overall i felt like I am dealing with the local mechanic shop not a Mercedes service center. But 3 stars for the persons who are working on the desks in service department. They are very helpful and nice person. But really not happy with car service.

I work with Ryan Dwyer at Feldmann’s and have had exceptional service on both of my Mercedes, time and time again! Ryan is thorough and explains, in detail, each item I should have serviced and what NEEDS to be done and, I trust him!! Every time, I feel confident in the repairs knowing they have been, “done right” by their excellent service team. I’ve yet to be disappointed! I have been having my cars serviced at feldmanns for the better part of 10 years and will not take them anywhere else. Staff were not interested in answering or acknowledging questions. I even feel as if I was lied to as the questions I asked pertained to a very specific car that I custom-built using the online car builder. The salesperson spoke as if this car existed, which it did not according to their inventory. The General Manager even reached out, asked me for specific feedback and then did nothing with it. This led to a series of emails where Joe Feldmann choose the unprofessional route. This is not the first time I have issues with this dealer. The first time we came for a test drive and the salesperson was more interested in driving the car, for whatever reason. Luckily it didn't last long because she couldn't figure out how the car worked and when the thing finally started moving the engine light came on and for whatever reason the wipers wouldn't turn-off. We promptly left the dealership and bought two Audi's. For a dealership that states that they have legendary service and roll out the red-carpet; I haven't seen it. I would recommend people avoid this dealer, Mercedes-Benz of St Paul or Sears Imports would be far better options if you want responsive sales people that will actually earn your business.

Came in here to buy a car yesterday (Saturday). There were very few customers in the place. We walked around for 45 minutes and not a single person greeted us. Finally one salesperson said “When you’re done looking around, come to my desk”. What!? It was so odd. We finally flagged down a lady to ask her to go get a salesperson. She said she would but no one ever came. After about an hour and a half of looking we went to the front desk and they called up the guy that wouldn’t even get off social media long enough to stand up and walk us around. We had already found the car we wanted and wanted to drive it. The sales guy left us in the lounge for over an hour while he was rounding up a car for us to drive. When they finally brought us to the test drive he handed us off to a new salesman and they put us in the car and went inside. We didn’t even know how to put it into gear so we had to call them to come back. When we loved it and wanted to buy it we sat down with the salesperson and while talking to him that car got sold. What a nightmare! The manager came over and very insincerely apologized. Here I was, ready to pay nearly $50,000.00 cash for a brand new car and they really sincerely did NOT want my business. They said they would “Make it up to me” and go find another car but the manager never came back and what the salesperson came back with wasn’t a serious attempt to make it right. It was an awful experience and I’ll be taking my business across town to another dealer and won’t ever be back. I wasted an ENTIRE Saturday and I don’t have that kind of time to waste. I don’t expect to ever hear from them or ever get a sincere apology. I’ve never seen anything like it. I would NOT recommend this place at ALL. UPDATE: I ended up buying a car from the other Mercedes dealer in town. It was 3K less there too! YIKES! Buyer beware.

EVERY time, without fail, they have met or exceeded my expectations. The most recent was the first oil change for my newest car - and Ashlee was great. Welcomed me in, fully explained everything, and escorted me to the waiting area. Said it might be an hour, as they were rather busy... but it was actually about 1/2 hour, including the complimentary wash. As always, everything was done incredibly well, car was clean and ready to go. Yes, an oil change is a simple process, but I have had many other experiences here at Feldmann service - and ALWAYS I am satisfied.

My wife and I saw the MB C300 Cabrio at the auto show and went looking for the best price on one in the Twin Cities. What we got was much more than just the best price. We found a dealership that value's quality and giving their customers the best, most professional experience possible. We already knew we had pricing terms that not all dealers could meet. But Feldmann did. When I called Feldmann we were matched up with Boris Perelman, That's where we began to get more than just a great price. Boris did a great job of listening to our questions, and leading us through the explanation of the car. He was extremely professional, organized, straight-forward, and served and provided us with a great deal of confidence in his knowledge, but also the emphasis the dealership places on quality. If fact, everyone we talked to at the dealership, even employees that weren't working with us, provided us with that same level of confidence. Just the dealership itself is impressive, and provided a good contrast to others we've seen. It's a very well-done environment, spotless right down to the service bay, and built with customer convenience in mind. We have received follow-up communications to make sure we were taken care of well, even from Joe Feldmann himself. And yes it did come from him, because he had read and remembered our response when we happened to meet him at the dealership a couple of days later. Nice to know we're doing business with a locally owned/family owned I really do look forward to working with everyone at Feldmann going forward. Worst experience a customer can go through! It’s unfortunate for a customer to be lied to in broad daylight. I went there with my family decided to buy a car we wanted gave them details for credit applications and our preference. They gave us a rate of 3+. they accepted us to trade in our car and took the Mercedes Benz we wanted because it was getting late . When we came back while signing the papers they never told us that they’ve changed the financier and the rate had ballooned to 5.9+ they never informed us of the change we only realized when signing papers. they said that they don’t do business with our financier ... a white lie .... because the papers they gave us listen them in it . and when we requested the sales person who did our papers previously to to inquire what happened the guy doing our final papers told him that our credit scores changed over night and they literally forced us to take their *~preferred~ * bank we were duped and still waiting for someone to rectify the situation!! We wanted to grab a second car but we’ve opted to go to a different site We are planning to return the car.

After reading many reviews about this dealer, we decided that the people complaining about poor communication from the dealer were the exception and not the rule. Unfortunately, this was not the case, so now there is yet another review to warn potential buyers about how this dealer works. The buying experience itself was typical; they looked at our trade, lowballed us, then negotiated a bit. There were a few items with the vehicle we purchased (a used, non-Mercedes vehicle) that we requested as part of the deal. One in particular required that we agreed to come back at another time to have completed (they needed to order a part). We went to get lunch after being told that we should return to the dealer at a specific time to sign paperwork (it was stressed very heavily that we should arrive 15 minutes early to make sure we were ready for them). We arrived back at the dealer 15 minutes early as requested, only to have to wait an additional hour beyond our appointed time. During the paperwork signing, I was very aware of the "We Owe" section of the paperwork, which holds the dealer accountable for any promises made during the deal, and was assured, as well as shown, the items previously mentioned listed there. 2 months later, with multiple phone calls and assurances from the dealer that I would be contacted to setup the appointment, the single remaining item has yet to be remediated. We had kept the paperwork out so that it was handy for reference, should the dealer ever call back. We just happened to look at that paperwork this last weekend, and discovered that the "We Owe" agreement has expired (30 day expiration in the fine print). I'll be replacing the item at my expense, and will never consider this dealer again. I also own a Lexus, which was purchased from Lexus of Wayzata, and that experience, in my opinion, is the gold standard of car buying experienced, compared to the "Feldmann" experience. Buyer beware.

Went in for an Oil change today. It was scheduled at 12:00 and I did not get out of the shop until 1:45. The people are friendly and very helpful however 1:45 minutes for an oil change is unbelievable. You can get the same service anywhere else in 30 minutes or less. Feldmann should think about how they can steam line their oil change service. It is not a complicated process and should be well understood by the technicians. How about a 30 minute guarantee Feldmann. Your service department does a great job but it takes way to long. I have been there 5 times now for an oil change and all but one took well over an hour to complete. It is time to pick up your game on a simple service like an oil change. By the way these were not the Service plan A or B oil changes just oil and a filter.

I bought a new Mercedes E350 at Feldmann Imports on December 26. I worked with Boris who was recommended by my friends(they have been his customers for years). Having some experience in the past I expected a kind of tough negotiation. I have to say that Boris made the whole process a breath. He really surprised me by going the extra mile in many directions. He found a way to improve the deal even after I completely won over. When I talk about surprises I mean things that cost money like significantly discounted maintenance. Before I decided on a Mercedes I visited Lexus and BMW dealerships to test their cars.I liked all the cars I tried. The deciding factor for me to end with Mercedes was the trust I felt in Boris. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Unbelievably great customer service. I was on the road out of state and had handling issues with my car at 5PM Friday night Dec 28 just before the holiday weekend. I pulled into Feldmann and the service consultant Don Andrews took care of me and checked in my car, guaranteeing me that first thing Sat morning they would start working on my car and get me back on the road. Don set me up with a free loaner and I continued on to my sisters house. As promised, Sat morning they called to tell me they had fixed my car. When I went in to pick up my car, I asked to talk to the technician and they had Brian come out and talk to me about the repairs. Brian was great and took lots of time to discuss the issues and exactly what he did and setting he had put in. In my opinion, this service was way beyond standard service and I would highly recommend Feldmann Imports.

I have had the worst experience at this dealership. Bought a new overpriced car four years ago and recently I received a follow up promotion email to upgrade; which reminded me of their service. Sales man I worked with was not helpful once I paid for the car; had a few questions about tech but he was not interested to help with that. After I drove the car home; I noticed that it has no floor mats! I didn’t follow up on the missing floor mat issue right away (didn’t want to go back!). I went back few months later to check if windshield crack is on the warranty; I mentioned to the service personnel about the missing floor mats at that time; who stated I should have brought up the issue earlier!

I would give zero stars if possible. I made an appointment to view a vehicle, was on time, only to be told that the service technician had taken it home for the evening to finish the inspection. Nobody from Feldmann cared to call and let me know. We are a two Mercedes family, with loyalty to the brand, but I recommend going to Sears or Maplewood after this experience. Sales person who I made the appointment with didn’t need to do any work, just have the courtesy to pick up the phone or send an email. Feldmann just didn’t do it. Lazy and rude! Took 2 hours out of my night, and didn’t want to sell me vehicle! Definitely an example of how to not run a business! * 8/6/18 - This is an update to my review on 8/2/18. I originally gave Feldmann 1 Star (because I was not allowed to give it zero). I am changing my rating to 3 stars, because after I called and spoke with Mike Popp, he arranged for Esther Odland to bring the vehicle to me to test drive. I appreciated the Feldmann employees doing this, after I requested it, making it seem like they wanted my business. As of now, I have put a deposit on the vehicle I originally went in to see last week, and hopefully everything will work out. The car had not yet gone through reconditioning or detail, so I have to wait to see what happens. 8/23/18 - Back to zero stars. I purchased this vehicle on 8/11/18, waited for delivery until 8/18/18 because work still hadn’t been completed that we requested on 8/3/18. Upon delivery, the paintwork that was agreed upon not be completed. Feldmann “offered” to let me bring it in, show the manager, and try to figure something out. This repair was agreed upon in the purchase order, my wife has had the car for 5 days, although we paid for it on 8/11/18. Wife was denied a loaner vehicle while the work was being done the first time, and the work wasn’t completed. Now requested to have it done, again, and denied a loaner vehicle again. It is a Mercedes-Benz certified pre owned ML350, not an inexpensive car. What a terrible experience this has been. Sears Imported Autos never treated us like this. Sent a message to the manager on Tuesday, still no follow up.

We made an appointment and brought our Mercedes in on March 12th for a general look over to see what maintenance we needed as the car is aging and we wanted to be proactive in having any suggested repairs taken care of. After waiting for close to an hour (wait time is not the problem) the service consultant came back with a long list of 11 suggested services to be addressed. He numbered and highlighted them by importance. My husband and I decided to get 6 of the 11 items addressed as the remaining 5 could wait according to the service consultant. They gave me a loaner vehicle and I received a call the next day that the car was done. I was extremely surprised that the car was ready that fast but was happy to get it back. 16 days later (March 29) I was driving to a doctor appointment and all of a sudden the dash started flashing red and said reduced braking power. I TESTED THE BRAKES AND THEY DIDN'T WORK. I was PETRIFIED and EXTREMELY LUCKY I wasn't going fast at the time and could pull over onto the shoulder of France Ave and ride it until the car came to a stop. I'm so thankful I wasn't driving at a high speed or even worse on the highway or interstate. It’s also fortunate that a person and/or cars weren’t in the way of me eventually coming to a stop. Feldman NEVER MENTIONED THE BRAKES being a critical item that needed attention. He said down the road you should think about replacing the brake fluid and rear discs and pads but they are still good which is why he didn’t highlight it. This dealership could have caused a fatality for THEIR LACK OF JUDGEMENT. I had AAA come and they towed the car to Feldman. My husband and I both called that day with no returned call. I messaged our service rep via text because that's how he was communicating with me and he never responded to the text on March 29. I let them know we were heading out of town later that evening. I tried calling while out of town and several times when I got back, but the receptionist would only transfer me to voice mails. It's April 12th and I still haven't heard back from them, but my husband called on the 10th and the receptionist states the car is done. THEY NEVER ADDRESSED THIS HORRIFIC EVENT AND NOT ONE PERSON HAS RETURNED A CALL. I have lost all trust in this dealership and to be honest I'm scared to drive the car based off of their service department. I can only fear what else they might have missed and therefore are dreading going to pick the car up as I’ve had nightmares of the brakes going out again. SHAME ON YOU FELDMAN for not caring about the safety of your customers.

I’ve always had exceptional service support from the service advisors from this location since 2009. Today, i was disgusted by the general sales manager - Robert and the finance guy -Billy - If you don’t appear to be rich, don’t expect to get any service. In fact you will come across as a nuisance to them. Or were we being discriminated because we are Asian? I had the pleasure of providing feedback directly to Joe Feldman in person and on site. Disappointing. Not even an apology. Bottom line - if you want service or courtesy don’t show up in jeans. And if you are Asian, go somewhere else. Sales and commissions are all they care about. All other questions or service - you are a nuisance.

And the superior service doesn't stop when you drive off the lot. It extends to when you come in for routine maintenance or service on your Mercedes. Zachary J. House was fantastic at answering all of my questions and worked with my schedule for purchasing my 2016 GLA 250. Greg Clark was fantastic as well, helping me pick out the perfect car and even remembered I prefer white with black interiors. To me, this means a lot when a dealership goes out of their way to get to know their clients and not treat you like a dollar sign, but work to get a relationship with their clients. I will continue to purchase Mercedes-Benz and will continue to go to Feldmann Imports. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great experience.

After the experience my wife and I had I will never step foot into Feldman imports again I would give them negative stars but they wouldn't allow it. Don't get me wrong the saleman we worked with CJ was great!!!! But the nerve of the used car manager changing a price while we are sitting there about to sign the papers was ridiculous literally we saw the car online for one price(still have the screenshot to prove it from there own website) and when we were about to sign the papers they raise the price $1500 thinking we wouldn't catch it!!!! I was speechless as they told me the price online didn't matter. So if anyone reads this know that the matter will be taken to the next level and what you did was illegal. Make it a great day!!!

My entire experience here was amazing! I filled out the internet request form on a specific car and received a quick response from my salesperson, Matthew Sack. He was great communicating with me prior to arriving onsite, and once onsite he exceeded my expectations. He did a fantastic job of explaining details of the car, gave me completely honest feedback, and assisting in different finance options. We ran into some issues with the financing on our trad-in, this was due to our previous financing, and Feldmann’s did a fantastic job of navigating the situation and doing what was right for us. My experience was so amazing, that my husband was back 2 days later to purchase a vehicle for himself.

I didn't install the roof rack on my E350 that I purchased in November until last week. Unfortunately one key/lock barrel was bent and not functioning correctly. The dealer and staff responded very quickly and with understanding. I will receive replacement barrels at no charge within a couple of days.

I recently purchased a Benz at the beginning of the year near Chicago. I am from the Minneapolis area and drove down to get a limited edition luxury model that was one of the only ones 500 miles from me. Long story short when I got home there was one major problem with my Benz. There was oil all over my garage! Immediately took it to the closest dealer (Feldmenn's) and met Dan Hunt in service, which I will tell you about him here soon. They discovered a seal bad that was missed by the other dealership, which the Chicago dealership paid Feldmenn's in full ($850) to replace as it was not covered under warranty. Garth the mechanic who has worked with Mercedes for decades is definitely who you wan't working on your precious car and he was a pleasure explaining and showing me what they had missed on an inspection. Fast forward 5 months later and 10K miles later I was due for regular maintenance. This cost of an oil change they call service "b" will run you a good $520+. So if you are contemplating buying a new Benz, make sure you can afford that oil change price as it's important to take care of this car OR you will have MANY problems. Follow the recommended maintenance by the book!! Anyways, Dan Hunt in service is one of the best guys I've ever worked with. I've owned a Lincoln, Cadillac, Chevy and Chrysler in my short lifetime of 22 years. Dan Hunt is one of the BEST service advisor's I've ever worked with. There is a catch, since I am under 25 they will not loan cars to me. Funny though as they will pay for me to get an Enterprise rental at the MSP airport or they will pay for my Uber 35 miles one way and pick me back up. They need to get new insurance or change their policies as it's discrimination when you are over 21. Like in New York all car rental companies are required to rent to persons over 18. It's a legal gray area that rental companies tread water over due to "insurance reasons"... Listen here, If I own my own Mercedes and pay thousands of dollars to their service department, I expect a little more than a Toyota Prius to get me from point A to B like everyone over 25 that get's a Mercedes rental. Sounds like I'm complaining but I pay for this luxury, let's step it up! However, that has nothing to do with Dan Hunt in service or Garth. It's their insurance, so Joe Feldmenn if you are ever reading this, I've got 3 years left of regular service before I hit 25 so let's figure something out. It's the biggest disappointment as it's really an inconvenience. UPDATE 6/11/19: Today I received a call from a Joe at Feldmann Imports, Informing me of the switch of insurance providers. I am pretty amazed at the initiative their management took to get that switched. Drivers now 21+ will be able to use their Mercedes loaners and not forced to use uber or a rental from MSP airport which took hours of extra time out of my day to arrange. THANK YOU! 5 STARS all around.

If you ever want your Mercedes Benz serviced, take it to Feldmann Service. Ask for Paul, he is excellent! In all the years I've had my cars serviced there, Paul did an excellent job each time. If it wasn't right, he'd find out why. He is fair. Fair doesn't mean you get everything you ask for, fair means its a two way street. And if you are reasonable with this dealership, they will "bend over backwards" to help you. The lease deals are not comparable to any local dealers. Buying a car is very easy and you never feel pressured to make a decision. Boris always puts your needs before anything else.
