I had new tires put on here in October. My car has tpms and the metal valve stems needed replacing, being I had got a flat prior to all this and knew they were weak, I asked them to install the new valve stem when they replaced my tires to which I was told ok can do. I go to pick up my car and was told that they did not recommend removing them and I should wait until the sensor itself gives out (aka they forgot about the new stems) since that time I’ve had 2 flat tires both caused by brittle valve stems breaking off, all of which could have been avoided if they replaced them when I had asked them to. So if you want to spend money multiple times on the same thing I recommend here, but if you want the job done completely as it should be and only pay once I recommend anywhere else.

My wife's car had some slow leaking tires which were a big pain so I decided to try 37th St. Tire and Auto because it's by my kids school. I did call ahead for an appointment they were really busy but it was an easy drop off and go. They called me before closing the same day and took care of the two tires, haven't had any issues since and I had another shop put new valve stems in recently plus new tires and that didn't stop it.. 37th probably earned my business by actually solving the issues (corrosion on the wheel and near the valve), the best part was it was a fair price. These guys work pretty hard I see guys from the back come into the front and answer the phone then run back to work on another car so don't be surprised if they seem busy because they are, and they try to help as many people per day.. Definitely recommending them. A+ honestly, service with a bonus of fair prices.

For years we have taken our cars there and have never been disappointed. I'm puzzled by the reviews showing bad customer service, as I've never experienced it. The work has always been good and the cost is far less than if we'd taken our vehicles to a dealer. And if they can't fix something, they'll refer you to someone who specializes in that area. Count me a satisfied customer.

These guys got my car in quickly, and didn't BS me into getting things done I didn't need. I blew a hose on my power steering, and feared the whole system would need replaced. I don't know because I'm not a mechanic. The quote for the whole system was ~$400. I would have paid that. But all it needed was a hose replaced, and they got me out the door without anything additional for under $100. I am VERY happy with their service.

Jeri, Rick, Matt, and the whole gang always take great care of me. When one mechanic told me I needed $2,000 of work done, they said I actually only needed a small portion of it done. A few years later and the car is still running great and I have an extra $1,500 in my pocket. They are honest and have kept my car running excellent. I am moving out of state but will miss them. Highly recommend!

Had them check on my serpentine belt to see if I needed it replaced. They put it back on and gave me no charge... I see comments about them being rude, yes they're fast paced but if you go in there knowing what kinda needs to be done they are soooooo helpful.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. When I walked in, not one person at the service counter acknowledged me or greeted me. A simple greeting or acknowledgment could have bought back my business. I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance. I called for a quote, which all of the other shops gave to me without seeing the vehicle, and he told me it was "impossible " so he wouldn't give me anything. I will NEVER go back unless they have better customer service. I recommend going somewhere else.

I took my Subaru to 37th St Auto Shop because of three issues: burnt out brake light, in need of an oil change, and this weird, new sound with any acceleration I had been experiencing. I am newer to Rochester and very skeptical of car mechanics, but this is the only place I will take my car from now on. They were so friendly (not sure what the bad reviews of that were about), they had really great customer service, including a FREE SHUTTLE that will take you to your destination after you've dropped your car off and they're willing to pick you up as well once your car is done. Long story short, they were extremely honest about the issue with my car, did not over charge me, in fact they gave me a rebate to save me money, and were extremely nice/helpful. Like I said before, this is the only place now that I trust and that I'll be taking my Subaru for any issues. Hope this helps any of you out!
