Today I was recommended by a tow truck company who put my spare tire on to go to Gingrich tire service to fix my flat tire. I showed the man my Service fleet card and he told me he would get me all set....ok great! But another man told me I needed to pay for the service and get reimbursed by my company, I told him I couldn’t do that and he told me “I will get more money if you pay me and get reimbursed, if you want me to fill out the stuff on the computer, I will only get $5 for my service! That is like you going to a home visit for a patient and only getting $5 for your services!” Then stormed off to fill out the information on the computer. I felt intimidated while he asked me for my company address and other information. He huffed and puffed his way through it

I just had new tires put on my vehicle over the weekend and they were friendly, quick and took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. When scheduling I mentioned that I had to do it later in the day because of my son's soccer game and the gentlemen I dealt with remembered and asked my son (who's a real talker) how it went and patiently waited for the play by play. I'll be back and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My wife had an emergency flat when she went to leave work. Our budget is not the most flexible and we were concerned that we would not be able to get her vehicle home. However, she called here and within minutes they were able to find the tire she needed in stock. We took the old tire in and for $45 they gave us a used tire and did the labor. Only took them a few minutes at that. Definitely will be using them for our future tire needs.

Great service at a small family owned tire shop. A large selection plus they can order if it's not in stock in given time. Because of their equality reputation in the area they tend to be a very busy place and it's best to call ahead for an appointment. They do great work and stand behind their products and services. My family has purchased many tires here in the past 20+ years and have always been happy. Today they are putting on some used tires for me that I purchased second hand for a vehicle I plan to replace soon but not before the snow falls. They gave me the same great quality of service as when I have purchased new tires in the past.

Well I took my mother cycle tire to them yesterday to get one taken of rim and a new one to replace it I got a nice whitewall tire because I wanted a nice lookin tire well I got home to put tire on my bike and damm it was gouged up on one side like 3 gouges and no one even said anything about it well my problem is I though they were more professional then that,so I’m not going there any more and I’m tellin my friends and family to go to a different tire shop, I know u have a lot of customers but u won’t have with that kind of work
