Hi all, I purchased a brand new 2015 yukon slt with 22 inch wheels that came from the assembly line with stock Bridgestone dueller HL alenza + tires p285 45 r22 and I have 37,141 miles which I rotated for the 3rd time at 30k mile and won't be able to get to 40k miles for the next tire rotation and I'm at discount tire getting new michelin tires !Very very dissapointed with there claim of having a 60k mile tread warranty ,I'm barely over the half way tread life mark and I'm already getting new tires. I've been to the dealer a few times and there claim is your tires don't come with a warranty from the dealership ( lmao) but in all honesty extremely dissapointed with Bridgestone right now and unfortunately for them I will no longer keep them in mind when new tires are needed for my other 3 cars (my loss is becoming there loss now) and I would say that maybe it was a bad batch of tires that I got but my sister had the same exact tire size, name and specs on her 2015 Tahoe and before 40k miles needed new tires who then referred me to the michelin defenders she just put on her car a few months back. So long Bridgestone!!!

Not the friendliest people. Sal, is the exception. Good guy and super helpful. Raphael did the work, great job. Service was angering. Took patience dealing with the condescending and snide nature of the man that handled the majority of my case. He acted like it pained him to have me as a customer. Nose turned up, smart ass responses to simple sincere questions. I go to Firestone because my tire and wheel warranty calls for it. I'll need to find a less convenient, but welcoming Firestone to go to.

Everything started out good. Tires were paid for in advanced on Wednesday. The appointment was made for 12 noon. I got there at 1210. My car was done at 2:30pm. That's where it went down hill. It took 2 hours for 4 tires to be put on. I asked both gentleman at the counter, how long does it take to put tires on? The first guy said about an hour and 15 minutes. This was at 2pm. Mind you it's pushing 2 hours. My vehicle was on a the rack for at least 45 minutes with no rims on it and one mechanic doing nothing but dancing, another working on another vehicle and the other I assuming doing paperwork. Which is the second guy I asked how long it takes. I mentioned to him that it's going on 2 hours and I have to be to work in 30 minutes. The guy went and said something to the mechanic that was working on the other car and approximately 30 minutes later my car was ready. Now why did it only take 30 minutes to put the tires on when it's been sitting rim and tireless for 45 minutes. I'm a prior military mechanic and know it doesn't take that long. With the equipment that they have and specialize in tires, it does not take that long to change 4 tires with balancing. This is their problem. They are bouncing back and forth between vehicles. That is not a good practice. Do one vehicle at a time per mechanic unless you are waiting for a part to be delivered. This was not the case. I won't be going back to them for anything other than a warranty issue.

I have been here twice so far and I am impressed. It is tough to find a reliable car service shop, but I think I just did. People working here are pleasant and friendly and seem honest. Waiting area is clean, they have restrooms available and they fixed my car! I will definitely be coming back.

I blew out a tire, and they wouldn't help me, not even look at it, because they were closing in 30 minutes.
