My husband and I were driving back home from Chicago to NY. When we went through the toll booth into Ohio a piece of metal punctured our tire. We put the spare on but I was nervous about driving several hundred miles on a spare so we googled a tire shop. We went to Best One and hoped that they would have a tire that fit my car. They had one, not new but good enough to get us home safely. They fit us into their schedule without skipping a beat and got us back on the road within an hour. I cannot express our gratitude for such kindness. The stress and worry I was feeling completely evaporated. I highly recommend this business and the wonderful gentlemen that turned this event from a stressful obstacle into just a nice story of people's kindness. Thank you!!!

This was a last minute “emergency” tire change on an RV. We called ahead of time, asking if they had the right size tire. When we arrived they took us right into the bay. They changed the tire and then checked the other three for inflation levels. Everyone was so pleasant and kind! If we lived in the area they’d def be our go to tire/service center.

Best one tire was very helpful with the process of selecting and purchasing a new set of tires for my truck. They showed me many different kinds of tires and prices to allow me to make a good choice for my use and needs. They scheduled the installation in a timely manner and treated me very well.

Used a coupon for 16.99 to do an oil change and tire rotation. Still got charged 37.99. Not sure how the math worked out on that. Also explained to the service person that we needed a headlight bulb changed and asked how much it would cost considering that you need to pretty much remove the front end of the car to do it. We said we would pay for it. They said they'd take care of it. We even went into detail that it wasn't just an average bulb swap but they insisted they could handle it. I understand biting off more than your business can chew but don't tell someone you're going to do something and not follow through. Also if you aren't aware of the specials advertised online for your business and refuse to honor them get them off the internet. We won't be back.

We were traveling when we hit a pothole on the Ohio turnpike and blew out a tire. We arranged for a tow and called Bryan’s tire shop to see what they could do. They didn’t stock the tire we needed so they graciously agreed to have one sent to them from Toledo. We got to the shop they removed the damaged tire, inspected the other for damage. We had to wait a few hours for the new tire to arrive but when they got they were quick to install it and sent us on our way Their service was outstanding.

My wife and I were returning from Chicago after a wonderful weekend. We experienced a flat tire at at a toll entrance, a piece of metal tore my tire open. After changing the tire with our spare, we googled tire repair in the area. I needed up at D&M tire, and they referred me to Best Tire. The guys had us back on the road in 44 minutes and could not have been any more helpful and friendly!! Those guys are the BEST!! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!!!

Ordered my first set of mud terrain tires through them and they had great prices for them. Was so excited and the people were super nice. They got there and I went to pick them up and they had accidentally got the wrong kind of tire, they weren't mud terrains like I ordered. Friday the 13th...On my way to work the tire sensor light came on in the dash, I was loosing air pressure. I called Best One and spoke with Chuck, he said, “If you can get your vehicle here, we can fix it!” Well things worked out that I could drive to Bryan. I called and spoke with Craig, he said that he would fit me into the schedule. I walk in give them my name and in a matter of minutes my car is on the hoist getting fixed. Within 30 minutes I’m back on the road! That is excellent customer service!! Plus I had purchased road hazard with my new tires in May 2018, so the repair was covered!!!

First time ever taking a vehicle to a shop bc I prefer to do it myself well I was busy and sorta lazy to finish it out all I wanted them to do was tighten the inner and outer tie rods and wheel hubs to specification..I take my niece's out for their b day mind you this is the day after I get my car out of the shop go over some railroad tracks and all he'll brakes loose scared me bc I'm hauling precious cargo my niece's long story short they only did one side and not the other which snapped my cv axle... I call them and they said they would give me a free alignment lmao

Was given a quote for a simple alignment and to put on an upper control arm which takes maybe an hour and was charged with 2.5 hours of labor and was 130 dollars over what i was quoted. Wont be going back thats for sure!

Went in for alignment, I could visually tell truck was toed in (it was that bad) and I do not have tools to do a proper alignment. They took they keys and less than 5 minuets later came back and said lower ball joints were bad (quoted $650 for new ball joints installed). Didn't seem right because I know what bad ball joints feel like, at the most maybe bad steering rod ends. Went to a different auto shop and they did the alignment, ball joints and rod ends were fine as I figured. Be educated in what you need fixed before you go here.
