Been using them for years. They will usually have what you need in stock. Their staff is usually very friendly and knowledgeable and will show you what they have available before you purchase if you are looking for used tires... I have yet to have a proper alignment here, having them corrected is an issue as they do not have a full time alignment tech on staff. I stopped buying used tires as I had had a couple bad experiences in the work vans. Long wait times are to be expected. There are better tire shops in the area, if you are looking for fast reliable service I would look elsewhere.

Good prices but the waiting time is absolutely BRUTAL! It took them over 5 hours to replace 2 tires. They are understaffed, the temperature at shop in hot days can reach well over 110 degrees. Mechanics are exhausted and to top it off they only pay $12 to be a mechanic in this place. No wonder why no one want to work there. Next time I will pay a bit more and buy tires online. Waiting killed it for me!

The prices are probably the best around. Other places say they have the best deals but only Used Tire Warehouse does. I’ve been there at least 5 times with no problems other than the 2 times I had problems. One time a few years ago a worker broke the studs off one of the rims on my girlfriends ‘97 Jeep Cherokee and they charged us saying that they were rusted on but I’m a mechanic and so is her father and we’d just had the wheels off to do the brakes and didn’t over tighten the lugs. You never do that, especially on an older vehicle because the studs and lugs are old too! The kid probably had the air gun in forward and snapped them off. It didn’t happen on any other rim. Sometimes though it takes a little longer than I’d think to change the tires. One time it took them 3 or 4 hrs to change tires on the truck I had that was a Ford Ranger. Those tires are so small you could probably change them in an hr. Balance, and have them mounted in 30-40 mins.

They didn't fully tighten my wife's lug nuts and it ruined her rim. I brought it back and they didn't argue, they were very responsive, and made sure I was taken care of and paid for everything, including the new rim, my mechanics fee, and the tow truck to get the jeep back there. People make mistakes were all human, but it's how they acted after the fact that will make me very comfortable about continuing to use their services.

I can't say enough good things about this place. We had a blowout coming off the George Washington Bridge on our way from Jersey. We had to drive all the way to Buzzards Bay on the donut (at no more than 55 mph) because it was late on a Sunday and every place was closed or closing. We found a Costco still open but they refused to sell us a tire because the only type they had in stock had too low of a speed rating for our car - H (130 mph), our car requires a V (149 mph). Like I'm really going to drive that fast!? - company policy, no exceptions. Besides, they wanted $125 for the tire and approximately $25 to mount and balance it. The next morning (Memorial Day) Used Tire Warehouse sold us a very nice Goodyear tire for $50 - including mounting and balancing. I was in and out of there fairly quickly and the staff was very nice. This is their only location. They are not a chain. I wish they had a location in the Bronx, or near there, so we might have avoided driving more than 200 miles on a donut. Also, I can't tell you how much fun it was changing a tire in the Bronx.

This place is great for a decent used tire. Very busy so be expecting to wait a little bit I don't think they do appointments, but I'm not sure. My wait was about 40 minutes before the car went in in 20 minutes after the car went in it was done so not too bad.

Wareham tires is an honest establishment...my back tires i bought a month ago and they were already bad ..i told the kid i needed rear alignment he said he checked but didnt ...so iwent back with my husband the manager i guess it was came out and looked at it with my husband and he agreed we did need rear alignment...the kid never checked it ..so they gave me 2 new tires and free alignment.free of charge ..i tbink they r very honest people ..and are a great place to go ..great tires great prices ..

Got a tire put on Friday, drive 5 minutes home, Saturday morning it was flat. Not "covered under warranty" (told to me with an attitude and snide comment about a "learning experience" from the desk guy) so I was forced to pay another $25 to patch it, a supposed nail I ran over. I looked before I went in, saw no nails or anything else protruding. $75 for a beat up, patched tire. Never again. I'll take my money elsewhere. What a rip-off.

Went to have a tire repair,oil change and wiper blades. I was told the tire could not be repaired and I would need to replace it. It was very small nail and I was not convinced this was correct. I asked them to put the tire back on and complete everything else. The older man at the desk then yelled to me from across the waiting room why I was not going to replace it. I told him my reason. He then went into a very loud rant as to what the consequences would be if I didn't replace the tire. This was very embarrassing. And if that isn't bad enough when I went to pay for the oil change I found out they had not done a synthetic oil change which is what is recommended for my vehicle. I was told that it doesn't matter what is recommended and I need to ask for that specifically. I was told they do not check for what is recommended. Needless to say I flew to my mechanic for a fix. And tire was repaired for $10.00. No thanks to Used Tire Warehouse!!!!!!

They broke my e brake and refused to fix it trying to tell me I needed to get new brakes on all 4 wheels even though I had just had all new pads and rotors done 2 weeks prior at the dealership my boyfriend works at. It wasnt until he threatened to drive an hour down and look at the problem himself that they made my car driveable and sent me on my way still charging me for the tires leaving me with broken parts! Horrible service, take a man with you or they will take advantage!

I came to get my tires done and my girlfriend left her wallet in the car and the cash in her wallet was stolen. When asking them about the missing money they told me “We don’t know you, we know our employee and trust his integrity.” If you want to trust the place you’re getting your car worked at don’t go to Used Tire Warehouse.

I always get my oil changed and buy my tires here, for an extra ten dollars you can get a 10,000 mi warrantee that will protect you in case the tire is damaged. The people are always nice and they're located right across from Wareham Crossing so you can go shop instead of waiting around, but they generally work pretty quickly unless you go in on a weekend.

A nice facility in an easy to find location, but I floud the tires a little over priced. They had a used set for $389 vs a new set form NTB for $460. While the used ones were less expensive, it wasn't enough of a price difference, so I purchased new. I have purchased used before, but I got 4 used for the price of 1 new. Perhaps just the size this time? Definitely worth checking out, especially for an "around town" car.

I have been going here ever since they opened. Lately theres a man behind the counter with gray hair and a goatee with glasses kind of heavy who is the biggest jerk. He doesn't like when its busy. He gives me an attitude everytime he waits on me and has done the same thing to many others. Great prices but can be sloppy when really busy like changing wrong tires or putting 2 snow tires on drivers side instead of on front or back. Cheap prices though. 50 bucks for a used tire that looks brand new.

So here is my honest review of this place. Back when they were in the old building prices were better and they seemed to care a little bit more. First the good. They do have pretty decent equipment and the know how. There are a few good people there who really know there stuff but there bad people skills really almost out weigh there knowledge. I have installed tires for a living myself in the past and this is back in the day when we had no extra assist arm on the old machines to help with low profile tires and I have no issues getting them on with zero damage to the rim be it OEM or aftermarket. So I need some tires mounted today. It is 7:40 in the morning so I figured I would call. I tell the the man I have 4 tires I need mounted. He tells me it's $25.00 unless it's afterarket then it's another $25.00 so $50.00 ea. Wheel now I was going to ask why that is. However I explained these are 19" stock mustang wheels. I tell him but there not on a mustang. Long story short he couldn't give me a straight answer as to what the cost would be. So I'm going to the guy who is 8 mins away and will do them for $15.00 ea. I have to assume that they want double the price to mount tires to after market rims because they can damages easier. Ummm really. Almost every make and model of car these days have a trim level that comes with something other then steel wheels weather it is a painted aluminium, brushed aluminium or any other material and finish but I don't see the need they never did this before. They know they can to it with out damaging the rim I have done it my self countless times and I have seen them do it countless times as well. Bottom line tires are way to expensive Poor people skills Not very honest in what they tell people They do have the ability to be so much better but maybe there over head has gotten so high they have to nickel and dime idk

Talked to some lady on the phone who said they had my rim and tire for 55. I asked her 3 times to confirm that that was the price with the rim she said yes that included the rim and balancing. Gave her the number of the tire too so she could look it up and she said they had one in stock. I get their and they tell me it's an extra 65 for the rim so altogether it's 120. And also they don't have my rim in stock even though I just drove all the way from sandwich to get this done. So now not only did I not grab enough money but I leave empty handed with a donut still on that I have to hope makes it home. Can't believe I got recommended this place. This review was written by my husband who was extremely disappointed in their service today: I've never written a negative review of any local business, but I feel it necessary to make an exception in this case.. My family have been customers of the UTW for many years and have referred several friends there in the past.. I brought our 05 Sienna in for 4 tires today. The tires were all worn evenly, but the car had no alignment issues at all. I was the first person in the shop at 7am. At about 9.30am or so, they told him the car was done. After driving the vehicle down the road not even a mile, it was evident the alignment was extremely off, pulling the car extremely to the right. (Not a big deal, especially since the tires were worn and I didn't mind paying for an alignment.) Returned to the store and they decided to swap the front 2 tires and told me it should be all set. Left and drove a mile down the road to have the car pulling in the opposite direction. Returned to the shop and asked them to put four different tires on it and check the alignment. The claimed they did so, and showed me a report that the alignment was off, so I agreed to pay for an alignment. Got the car back and drove away after receiving an alignment report that it was all set. Got in the car and began driving down the road; this time noticing that the steering wheel itself was no longer straight and the car was again tugging to the left. (After I returned to the shop in disbelief, one of the tire installers actually got in the car with me and confirmed it extremely screwed up). I returned to UTW one last time and waited another hour. They told me they did alignment again and showed me a report indicating it was in line, but informed me they took it for another test drive and it was still tugging to the left for some apparent reason. They said they checked everything and could not figure it out. I am giving them 2 stars because they refunded me for the alignment. Otherwise, they manager, Matt, seemed like he could have cared less about the craziness that had gone on there. It was 1pm when I left. A few of the installers seemed like they may have cared, but what kind of a tire shop can't get a car to track straight. I am at a loss for words and will have to take it to another place to have it re-aligned. (And I guess I've learned my lesson the hard way that it doesn't pay to be cheap.) I always considered this place a bargain and a well run business, but this last experience may have soured me for good. Goodbye UTW. I guess it was nice knowing you.

The only reason I'm giving them four stars is because whoever changed my tire stole weed out of my car LOL. And I know this because I got the weed on the way there and it was too big nuggets and when I got my car back there was only one nugget in the bag. Also next to the weed was a bunch of papers that had greasy handprints all over them from someone who works in the garage , why were you in my glove compartment? LOL . I would be mad but if you're that desperate then you could take a nugget LOL . I would go there again but I would make sure I put my weed in my purse. Or anything valuable.

UTW...sold me a set of tires with 80% tread and we're "run flat" tires. "Run Flat" tires shouldn't be on my car for one. One of the tires had a bubble in it and when I called about replacement I was hung up on. After 3 months these tires were no good. I came back to get replacements hoping they would practice good business based on my already terrible experience. They slightly did so. HOWEVER after installing the new set .... I IMMEDIATELY went to get the vehicle aligned. The new set had CLEAR markings on the tires as to which side should be inward (because they are assemeteical tires) and 2 were on backwards. It was also pointed out that one had a gash in it. So 3 of 4 had an issue immediately. I called very agitated at this point and was treated rudely on the phone and when I returned a mere 1.5 hours later the attitude continued. If I hadn't paid what I paid for the first set I would have never returned. I have now paid almost what a new set would have been to begin with. I was told "there's no expressed mileage parameters on used tires". THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A JOKE. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELVES AND NEVER GO HERE. My inclination is they prey on people who have not much money and don't regularly service their vehicles to catch the errors they practice on,what has been proven now, as a regular basis. I'm so glad I have now wasted half a day with their ineptitude. Update: UTW did their best to rectify this situation after this initial review. They fixed the error on the tires that were installed incorrectly. They ordered a new tire for the one with a gash in it. The next day they installed this tire for me with no waiting. That being said upon completion they had 2 employees walk to my car and remind me that they did what they eventually said they would do. They also asked me to modify this review. As a consumer I have explained the entirety of my experience with UTW. While they rectified this situation it wasn't without aggravation and TIME on my part on 2 different days. I stand by what I have written and as I explained to their employees I put my name to this review for a reason. It's an honest account from a customer. I had given a 1 rating and I have modified to a 2 based on eventual resolution.

This place was awesome in every way. The front desk was more then helpful and friendly I got to pick out whatever tires I wanted. The price was half that of a brand new tires and these tires are practically brand new anyway. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I don't advise you to use your creepy old person voice and loudly say "ya got any used rubbahs" and laugh in a raspy way while looking back at everyone in the waiting room. They will not laugh, and they do not have used rubbers you can have.
