Me and my family have been comming here since the 80's, Timmy is the owner and a great guy to deal with, his Daughter and his son also work here and are great too. I have all my vehicles serviced here, they are always fair with me, and very honest and some times when there is some simple problem with one of my vehicles they do not even charge me. I have done a lot of mechanical work on many vehicles that I have owned over the years here, including electrical problems, and I also buy all my tires here for my vehicles as the service is great, it is very convenient for me ( as I work just across the street) and the tires seem to me to last a little longer then some other places i have dealt with in the past. And thrcpricrs are always fair. 5 stars all the way, thanks.

I moved here eight years ago and freaked about finding a mechanic who would treat me right, given that I'm a single female who knows nothing about cars. I had a brake issue and took it to another shop that told me I needed a whole brake job, including calipers. Someone at work recommended I get a second opinion from Tim at Tyre Track, which I did. He told me I just needed brake pads, did the work, and charged me according. I have been using Tyre Track for all my automotive needs ever since with excellent, honest results. Just this week my car was leaking oil so I had it towed in. They did all the diagnostic testing and couldn't find a leak. Tim instructed me to keep a close eye on the car and bring it in frequently so they can check the oil and only charged me for the new oil. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else as I know I'm in honest, competent hands at Tyre Trak.

These guys know what they are doing . You pay for what you get . Master technicians on site. Don't go to some hole in the wall bootleg mechanic. They have been in business for years my grandfather Freddie of the old standard printing suggested I go here and he never steers me wrong .

If i could give no stars i would. This guy is mean and condescending . I was referred by a mechanic that worked there, we thought i needed electrical work. I needed a starter, i agreed to work, waited a full day, paid an average price . 2 months later , it screeches and cracks and doesnt start unless i leave the key forward in the ignition for 5 min... ...the starter is faulty, after 2 people that work on cars confirmed. I called he was very nice, i made an appt on my only day off, and arranged for a car $$ ...im in Westfield. He said we dont drop people off ourside downtown Spfld...really? I drop off 9 am. 6 hrs. No call I call. On hold 10 min. He informs me its fine...really? Its not fine sir. Long story short , i was hung up on, after being told your car will be outside with the key..." donot bother coming inside..." click. Horrible experience. Dont be a fool.
