I was sold on 4 tires with a 50,000 mile warranty and they failed inspection after 19,000. When I talked to Tire Warehouse about getting them replaced under the warranty, they weren't able to reach the manufacturer so they could get a kickback from them for replacing my crappy tires. Because Tire Warehouse wasn't willing to honor the warranty I was sold on, the solution I was offered was buy a new set of 4 new tires or wait DAYS for them to contact the manufacturer so that they could get their kick back. Tire Warehouse clearly does not care about their customer. Because I needed tires TODAY, I was forced to buy 4 new tires that should have been covered. I also have now waited 2 hours and the work isn't done yet. I would be willing to change my rating if I can get this resolved.

Tire mounting is way over priced, took over 2hr to mount 4 tires, they used hammer on weights after being told specifically to use stick on weights, weights started to fall off before I left the parking lot so I was stuck there for another 45minutes so they could rebalance them. 3 weeks later I took it to a shop down the road to have them balanced properly. Every time I use this place something gets screwed up!

My experience with Tire Warehouse, Laconia NH ... Made an online appointment for Nov 15 at 2:30PM. I show up, leaving work early, to my confirmed appointment to be told appointments are not being honored (a phone call would have been nice!) - it is first come first serve.... with their back log would not be able to get me in, however they open at 7:30AM. 7:45AM November 16th my paperwork and keys are #11 in line on the counter... it will be a few hours... get a friend to pick me up and take me to work. Noon time rolls around, no call .... it is taking longer than expected .... 2PM ... still nothing .... 4PM ... okay they must have forgotten to call. I give them a call and was told it still wasn't done, but they are almost done clearing the bay and it would be the next up (first come first serve - it took them 8 hours to do the 10 cars in front of me??) .... should be ready around 5:30/5:45. I arrive at 5:25... my car is not in the bay ... does not have winter tires ... deep breath Scott .... you are here "early". 5:55PM rolls around, my car is still not in the bay... I am at the front desk... alone and fuming. 5:57PM a tire jockey comes in to grab the paperwork and keys.... but he was too late, the decision was already made... I took my keys... gave a few choice words and left without winter tires. I will never do business with Tire Warehouse and will definitely urge other consumers toward a different tire provider.

Arrived around 2:00 in the afternoon, it was raining so they were not busy, there was a car out front and some people working in the garage. Opened the door to the waiting room, the bell rang, I waited 5 minutes, no one came... So I opened the door again, the bell rang, I wanted 5 more minutes... No one came. I went outside. An employee was chatting with another man about buying his car. I waited until they we're done talking... They didn't stop talking, so I went down the street to A1 in Clinton. This business made a bad week better by offering a workaround to save me some money. Manager Andrew and his assistant Issac TOTALLY rocked by saving my day when I came up with a flat tire right before an important interview. Andrew not only took care of the tire, he also took care of 4 tire valves that were frozen AND he did it in a manner that SAVED ME MONEY!! It’s not often that you deal with a business that isn’t out to get the most money possible from a gullible consumer or a single woman presenting at their counter. Scheduled an appointment for my car that had brand new inner and outer tie rods, as in less than 10 miles. Showed up on time and the alignment didnt begin for around 20-30 minutes. Once it was completed I received zero paperwork with specs and no one indicated there were any issues, I assumed everything went smoothly. Immediately upon driving my car I realized the steering wheel was crooked and my car was pulling to the left... Called the next day after work and informed them that my car wasn't properly aligned. Was told that 4pm was a great time to come in and they arent busy. I arrived at 4pm and my car has been sitting in the parking lot for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Literally the worst service I have ever received and I will never return even if the 2nd alignment is good, which I highly doubt it will be. What a joke, avoid at all costs.

Went to inquire about some service and their delivery van blocked the entire entrance trapping me in. One of the employees instead of having the van move so I could leave, he told me to drive over the curb and that they do it with low riders all the time. Stupidly I trusted him and sure enough bottomed out my brand new wrx out over the curb. Will never go back and hope the owner fires him before he looses more customers. I was going to spend good money on tires here until I learned about the poor attitude of the employees.

Great service and even better people! They were very fair with their price. I had a flat tire from a large piece of glass. To get there, I had to change my tire and put the spare on. When I pulled in, it took maybe 10 seconds before someone came over to ask how they could help. They got me the same tire to match the ones I have on the car. Brand name, tread pattern etc. they first took the old tire and tried to patch it, it couldn’t be fixed. It was gashed pretty badly. Then they put the new tire on the rim, took my spare off of my car and put it back up under the truck bed for me even though I brought it in the bed of my truck. All that and I was out in 30 minutes. I came to Tire Warehouse to get a set of 4 snow tires mounted and balanced. Although it took them a while to do this (about 2 hours after everything was said and done), I had an overall great experience. The employee who helped me when I came in was very polite and friendly. My bill was also only $50, which was $10 cheaper than the next-cheapest competition's price for the same job. They also asked if I wanted to get rid of my old tires, which I did, and didn't charge me for disposing of those. Once they were done working on my car, the guy who helped me said my car was all set and wished me a happy holiday as I left. The job was well done, and I'm definitely satisfied. All is can say is let the buyer be ware. Yes we have purchased many sets of tire over the years and yes I would give them a 5 star rating until the other day. I purchased a set of 4 new tires for my wife’s w2017 Audi Q7 and as usual nothing but the best service and a great tire so I thought. I can not believe how great I was treated at the Laconia location. Fast forward 6 months and we are driving from our new house in n reading to out lake home on Moultonborough nh. My wife hits a pothole or piece of debris in the road and blows out the right two tire. I mean bad.i was thankful it was just the tires, nothing else. I call triple A to tow the vehicle. Where should the tow it, but the tire warehouse in Haverhill ma. The tow driver knew where it was. I called the store and they would be open. And here where it gets interesting and expensive. When you purchase tires, make sure to ask if you need to use the road hazard warranty, make sure it is a major band. I though for 1200 bucks I would be good. I was so wrong The service manager looked in his computer and the only tire listed was I believe a good year run flat tire and the service manager advised that I needed 4 new tire as I could not mix brands. So even with my credit on the two bad tire, it cost me another 1200 bucks. I think that 2400 for tires seams expensive but the lesson is to ask first. A what if question. Hay the service manager in Haverhill did not want the tow driver to leave the car. Not sure if he felt that he could not service me or what? Strange The bottom line is the road hazard warranty was great, if the could have gotten the correct replacement tire should have only cost about 300.00 for two replacement tires. Not 1200 for 4 tires

The entire process was great. I created an appointment online and ordered a set of BFG KO2 tires through the website. I called to confirm an hour later and the tires were put on very quickly while I ate lunch. I purchased the $10/wheel warranty because I feel like the team did a great job and I would like to have them rotate and manage the wheels moving forward. Thanks

Sold my sister tires that were wearing unevenly. They told her to keep driving them, and then when they wore out I'm a few thousand miles they said there must be something wrong with the car and refused to submit the warranty. They acted offended that someone would even complain that their tires wore out too soon. They sell cheap tires and don't stand behind them. They never use torque wrenches, they might not even have one. A shop that uses air guns to tighten your wheels without a torque limiting device is risking your safety and damage your wheel bearings. That's what this place does. My wheels had some lug nuts overtightened and some loose.

I bought 4 tires with so called "lifetime warranty" i went to get a tire plug due to a nail in it. I waited for one hour amd they did two cars that got there after me. I waste $40 of my work time. Couldn't wait any longer. If you want to buy there, that's fine just don't expect that they will actually going to do any job for free (warranty).

Never got any services done here based on how I was treated on the phone alone. I am not familiar with cars and needed my tires replaced. The man on the phone was very rude and was rushing me. While he put me on "hold", which he had just placed the phone done, I heard him say "I'll be right with you, let me get rid of this chick quick"... he came back on the phone, gave me a price and that was that. Needless to say, I did not bring my car here. I'm not sure if the man was annoyed because I couldn't answer his questions about my car, like I said I wasn't familiar, hence why I called for help and service. I ended up finding another place where they were more than accommodating and appreciated my service. I see good reviews on here, and that may be, however, they need to work on how they handle their phone calls and customer service over the phone.

Overall, I have been happy with Tire Warehouse. They usually underestimate the time a job will take by about half, but other than that their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Originally quoted "$37", didn't tell me until after it was done that it was "$37 per tire". $150 is insane. Had another time too where I was told my tire couldn't be patched when it had a small hole and that I had to buy 4 tires right then because one had a hole. After telling them to put the tires back in the car because I would go somewhere else, they "figured out how to patch it". They've tried to scam me twice and succeeded once. I won't be going back.

My car was at Tire Warehouse for 4 1/2 hours today awaiting snow tires. They gave me the choice of sitting in the waiting area or leaving my car and notifying me when it was ready - they estimated about 2 hours.I was hesitant to not wait in the waiting room, because I was concerned that my car would get forgotten about and it wouldn't be ready in time for me to pick up the kids. After not receiving a call after 2 hours, I decided to call them, well after the 2 hour estimate. At that time they said it would be ready in about 45 minutes...which at the time would be 5:30, only 30 minutes before closing. I arrived at closing time, 6:00, ready to pick up the car, and - alas - they hadn't even pulled my car into the bay to change my tires. I asked them why this was the case - that this same type of delay happened to me last year (and I waited in the waiting room), why was it taking so long? The only explanation provided is "we're busy". Having my car for 4 plus hours with cars in 4-5 bays the whole afternoon is more than enough time to get the job done. Either that or customers that came in behind me were prioritized over my car or the manager doesn't know how to estimate. This same experience happened to me last year with both of our vehicles, which I explained, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt along with my beautiful Saturday. I indicated they would lose my business (after being a repeat customer for many years), and all they said was "sorry to hear that". I took my keys (seeing as the job hadn't even started yet after it sat for over 4 hours) and left. I won't be back. Horrible service and terrible customer service, in particular - two years in a row. And, I'm not one ever to complain.

My dad and I stopped in today in the middle of a hectic day of errands to get a drywall screw out of his rear passenger side tire. On a Saturday morning, they got the screw out and the tire patched in less than an hour. The staff were personable and knowledgeable, and it made for a great turn out to an unfortunate circumstance. Tire Warehouse has for my money always been the best tire store in Laconia. It's not pretty or shiny ... but hey, it's a tire store. You should expect that. Tire Warehouse has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me to get badly weathered wheels to hold air, they'll special-order tires they don't normally carry in stock, their prices are the best in town, and their warranties actually mean something. They stand behind their work and the tires they sell. It's probably a good idea to call ahead and ask what their expected wait is before you go, though. They are often very busy, and on a full day they may be backlogged several hours.

This place is a joke. Store is supposed to open at 9 AM on Sundays. Get there at 8:55 and get in line with at least 6 other people and customers are still pulling in. At 9:14, they still hadn't opened the doors. Finally, one of the techs comes out, smoking a butt, with a terrible attitude, and says "Sorry, there's nobody here to run the effing counter." We turned around and left as did many others. Very unprofessional, nice way to run a business. If you say you open at 9, then you should have the staff there to open.

When a tire on my Forester went flat luckily it happened in my driveway. After AAA replaced the flat tire with the small spare I went shopping for a new tire. More good luck that I went to Tire Warehouse. Isaac explained that my Subaru's AWD needs tires with similar tread so I might need to replace all four tires. Happily this wasn't necessary as he was able to patch the existing tire. I was impressed with his honesty as he could have easily sold me four tires, but he didn't take advantage of me. That says a lot about him and the company. Isaac and his associate were pleasant and helpful ... they even found a mouse was building a nest in the spare tire well and removed the mess. This was my first visit to Tire Warehouse. I appreciate previous reviewers taking the time to share their experiences as that's what encouraged me to give them a try. I will be back and tell my family and friends about my great experience.

This company plays by the rules when it forces you to buy a new set of tires or pressure sensors. They lure you in with cheap prices on the tires, but they cheat you by using "nitrogen." If you didn't know, the air we breathe is 70% nitrogen. They sucked me into "road service fees" and when I went to get a leak repaired, they told me the tire was too old and the "hazard warranty" had expired. Reporting to BBB now. Total joke.

I cannot thank enough for the guys at the Tire Warehouse. They were extremely patient, helpful and honest. I had a flat tire that could not be patched. There is no compatible tire available. They found a same sized tire that had just come off of another and put it on for me. They also did tire rotation for me. All the work for no charge, because they do tire rotation for free and they don't sell used tires. Thank you so much!

My husband and I were in the area looking at the leaves and noticed a screw in our tire. We tried a couple of places before we ended up at Tire Warehouse. The service was excellent. No appointment but they took us right in, patched up our tire and best of all...they didn’t charge us a cent!! I wish I knew the name of the man that helped us - he had on a neon lime green jacket - he was just AWESOME!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Mike is a great manager! I recently went in for a routine repair, but unfortunately the tech working on my car made an error, which I realized after getting a few miles away from the shop. Took it back, and the same thing happened again. Took it back a third time, obviously a bit frustrated since this was taking a long time. This time, the manager Mike took things into his own hands. Long story short: Even though I was there far longer than I should have been, Mike did exactly what he needed to do in order to make things right and make sure I was happy. He was friendly, courteous, in control, and gave excellent service. He did what he could to make up for my lost time and even gave a credit for my next visit. Mistakes will happen, and the strength of a local business often depends on how well management handles the crisis. Mike passed the test with flying colors. In taking to him, he told me he has been with the company for 15 years, and I can see why Tire Warehouse is keeping him on board. More shops need managers like Mike. Thanks!

Previous reviews do not accurately reflect Tire Warehouse's price guarantee with is available on their website, on their invoices provided to customers and is posted in the store on a large white and green sign behind the service counter. Contrary to comments by reviewers here, their guarantee does not say anything about price matching or the price in question needing to be local. Their guarantee states they'll beat any price you bring them in writing and the price they offer to beat the price in question is dependent on store inventory. That is a really good guarantee but they usually operate even better than that offering their customers prices that beat competitors regardless of documentation provided or inventory. They make the effort to earn the customers business regardless of stipulations.
