THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY...PERIOD!!! My car would feel like it was going side to side when I was driving. I brought it to Rolands for an alignment thinking it would fix it. It didn't. They just took my money and said see you later. The problem still persisted. Went to a mechanic and said one of my back tires was about to blow and showed me the bald spot on it. WIth the commuting I do to Boston, I could've lost on the highway. Rolands could have caught this if they looked at my tires but carelessly just did what they were told. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Brought my truck in for an alignment. Turns out it wasn't really necessary. I know this because they told me and adjusted the price accordingly. They could have just charged me full price and I would be none the wiser. It is refreshing to find an honest and local business for your auto needs.

I recently brought my truck in, to get the 4 wheels balanced. I was shocked to see that they damaged two of the four wheels. There's now major gouges, where the original weights were - and a large chip on the face of one of the wheels. It's a terrible eye sore on relatively new gloss black wheels. When I brought this situation to the manager's attention, he told me that they use a scraper type tool to remove the old weights. "There's nothing he could do" - and offered to put the old weights back over the scratches to cover the gouges. (really?) His attitude / demeanor was unbelievable, he actually said to me that "the wheels were going to get scratched up sooner or later" anyway. - as if damaging someones property is no big deal. Happens everyday. He couldn't be bothered. How unprofessional can a business possibly get? The technician who worked on my truck was careless and destructive - and the manager he works for is completely incompetent - at best. If you value your vehicle "STAY AWAY" Very disappointed.

The vehicle went in for a basic flat repair but unfortunately came out with unsuspected damage. Matt and his crew stood by the mistake made countless efforts to speak with the dealers and worked out all of the logistics of having the vehicle towed, paying for the damages, and returning the vehicle back to me. This is customer service way beyond the norm and they will continue to have my business. Roland's tire was determined to keep my business. Accidents can happen and they were fully cooperative in ensuring the vehicle got back to its original state. Keep up the great work!!

A New Age

I went today to get the tire changed on my Scion IQ. I told them I needed the back right tire on my car replaced with one I had on hand. The back right tire on my car was completely flat, and had a nail jutting out the side. Not only was this disregarded, but they put the tire on the completely wrong side. It was too bad that I was on lunch for work and did not think that they would've done this.

Very disappointed. Called last week for trailer tires and was told they carry nanco tires load c. I asked if they had load d and was told no they buy in bulk and that is what they had. I had no problem with that as they sell what they sell. I went and bought 2 carlilse load d tires online and went to have them mounted and balanced, after being instructed to leave them against the wall I went back in and that's when I was asked if I bought them here, I told him I wanted carlisle and was told they had nanco tires, he told me they could get any kind of tire and asked who i spoke to. He then tells me that it would cost me $50.00 PER TIRE to do it, Now I could see $50.00 for 2 but $50.00 per tire are you kidding me. Sorry to say but lost a customer who will be sharing my unpleasant visit with the many people I know.

These guys were flat out with the phone ringing off the hook during my entire visit. Despite that, they were beyond friendly and helpful. They didn't make me feel rushed or like a nuisance when I asked questions. They took the time to explain everything to me. My work was done well, at a great price, and in a timely manner (considering how busy they were I swear they work miracles). Their positive attitudes made it a great experience
