We’ve been going to NE Tire for 2 years for all of mine and my husbands car care needs. We used to go to the car dealer where we bought our cars, but we got tired of being ripped off. We get great service at NE tire, where they take time to explain what’s wrong. And I would highly recommend them to anybody. Bill especially, treats every customer with respect and the techs are great too!!

This guys are doing robbery. I went there for change my alternator and he charged me more than Honda dealer charge. And plus they replace remanufactured alternator without telling me. I have noticed that when i saw the invoice. Please do go there. they charge me $780 for remanufactured alternator. I was completely disappointed with their service and charges.

A few weeks ago I came in to get a sticker for my car. I was greeted by the manager, Bob. I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car. While I was in the waiting room I felt very uncomfortable. It seemed as though a new member joined there team and the managers were not happy. Place seemed very on edge. As I went to get my car, the mechanic who brought out my car smelled of alcohol and there were footprints on my floor. I went into the store and told the manager Bob F, basically blew me off and said, that it wasn't there problem. I commented about the employee and the manager walked into the garage. He did not answer me nor did he come back out. All I can say is WOMEN SHOULD NOT GO THERE! I went there because I had gotten coupons and thought I would get good service, instead I felt as though I was nothing to them but a sale. If I could give a negative star, that is what I would give them.

New England Tire Center in Northboro, they do a transmission drain, filter change, new trans fluid refill, crack the trans pan, try to repair it unsucessfully, charge the customer outrageous money, the pan leaks, now they deny ever doing the work. the customer's credit card shows the charge on it from NETC for the exact amount written on the invoice...... but wait. the customer is told she doesn't have an invoice in her hand, she has a 'work order' and there's no record of the repair. convenient! the corporate office wants a certified statement from the customer's bank showing the charge. she gets the certified statement and sends it off to NETC corporate. just another case of countless women being taken advantage of by unscrupulous shops. this is why I'll always have work

These guys are Awesome! They were able to answer all of my questions and talk me through all my options. Most of all they took great care of my "new to me" BMW with an attention to detail you don't often see anymore. Bill was great to work with and took extra care to make sure everything was done right. Techs in the back were great too and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended, new tires look and feel great!

I dropped my car off for an alignment and saw some guy driving my car later in the day, was not needed for an alignment. They wanted to fix a bunch of other things, that aren't a real problem at the moment and would have cost hundreds of dollars. When I said no suddenly they couldn't do my alignment. I brought to town fare tire and they did the alignment no problem and for much less money. They said there was no reason it could not be done. I later had the mechanic an my work and he said there was nothing wrong and that new england tire was just trying to get money out of me. I will never go there again.

Brought my 2013 escape in for sticker, was told it failed on the brakes, (e-brake), and windshield wipers. I thought my brakes felt fine, so Rather than pay them $548.00 to get my sticker, I took the car to the Ford dealership. They checked my E-Brake and said it held up to 2000 rpm before the car moved, and my wipers were fine. I received my sticker without a problem, and was advised to go back and ask for my money from New England Tire. I chock it up to a lesson learned, "don't go to New England Tire" for a sticker unless you want to buy parts you don't need.

I was treated very well I had my breaks done and they were making noise and just didn't seem right. I went in to see Bill he treated me so well finally after my 3rd visit I met him he took good care of me because the last person entered in the wrong part information it caused me to wait xtra long to finally get the right part! Because my length of time waiting he gave my free oil change! Customer service was a A+. Bill you restored my faith I will be back

Be careful of this place - do not use them unless you absolutely have to, and please pay attention to everything they are doing and charging you for. I bought a used car in town, and brought it to my regular mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (brakes, suspension, engine, the works). Everything looked good, got my sticker and was happy. But then I noticed at the highest of highway speeds, there was a flutter when I applied the brake. Thinking it was just a rotor that needed to be shaved down, I thought, why not bring it in town to these guys? Give them some business. After about an hour on the lift, they told me I needed both front and back brakes, they were shot, and it would cost me $800. I politely declined, knowing I just had my own mechanic AND the place I got my sticker from look at it. Suspecting they were up to no good, I brought it back to my mechanic, he shaved the rotors and charged me like $50 bucks. That was almost three years ago and my so-called "dangerously shot brakes" have been fine ever since. And as a funny aside, while I was in their with my truck on the lift, a lady was complaining that they weren't giving her a sticker because she needed "all new tires" on a car she also just purchased. Now, maybe she did, maybe she didn't. But judging by my experience, she didn't. Stay away from them.

What a difference new management can make - I went back purely for convenience sake and was so impressed with Don and Carl and their team. I needed a used car inspection and there were 3 mechanics all over this vehicle. Far more professional than my previous, lackluster experience. If I do end up buying this vehicle it's due, in part, to knowing I would have have honest and reliable service

New England Tire has always been my go to Tire install place. During this winter I had two flats within a week thanks to the all the potholes from plowing. New England Tire was prompt professional and pleasant to work with. I recently brought 2 of my cars there for oil changes. I ended up waiting there for them to get done. The waiting area is clean. They have complimentary WiFi and coffee. They also have a nice sized TV to watch while you wait. They had both my vehicles done quickly and I was back to work before my lunch break was over.

I went there for my VW CC service, they were nice and pleasant, howveer, I was given an estimate of $ 272 Dollars which turned out to be wrong ! The real number was $ 580 Dollars !!! "Sorry, we missed couple items" I was not informed of this until the car was almost ready, I called the dealer to see if I can get the rest done by VW delaership, but they refused and I ended up paying higher cost than the dealer with a so-so quality ... Never going there again !

Went in to get my winter tires put on my car. When the car was on the lift, the guy changing the tires told me that the tires were at the wear bar and asked if I wanted them back. Thinking I had never done anything to my car myself. Well, I have worked on all my cars know my 2017 Subaru inside and out. Also, I had just rotated those tires and knew they were nowhere near bad (10,000 miles on these tires). I just said I wanted them back. I also stated that I did not want an air gun used to torque the lug nuts, and what happened, they torqued it with an air gun... yes they put a torque wrench at 90ftlbs on it, but any torque wrench will go off when they are torqued way past that by the gun. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. PERIOD. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE YOU GET.

I am pretty impressed with the service at this place. The tires on my Audi were worse than I realized and needed replacement right away. Chris was EXCELLENT to work with and found a perfect match for my needs. I can be pretty picky about this stuff and he knew what he was talking about. Being a long time car nut, I don't impress easily but Chris was right on the money with his service. Thanks!

first time I went with them the guy that picked up my car dropped my windshield wiper down, it was up from the snow, and cracked my windshield. He then told us we should call our insurance company in a few days and say someone threw a rock at it. Then after that they rotated our tires and threaded the screws on one of them causing the tire to fall off the car leaving us with a bent axel and a ruptured oil tank.

Straight scam artist! My friend got a flat tire on her way to work...AAA came and put a donut on our car what she got to work we took it three doors down to New England tire where they told her because she has all-wheel-drive she would need four new tires.... charging her over $700 if she was to agree...today she got her one damage tire patched up for $50 by her dads mechanic. Because she was a young hot blonde they definitely try to take advantage!!!! These people are so crooked! Do not go there at all....go to Sears to get tires!

Service provided by this people always fast, reliable and very professional. They do wide spectrum of car care from new tires installation to repairs, oil change, ets. It's very fortunate & convenient for us to have new England Tire Center close to our office location. We save a lot of time and money using it's services. Will recommend this place for everyone in needs to get quality vehicle service.

Scam artists, I was cheated out over $140 by these people. The charged me for both normal balancing AND load balancing even though I did not request it. They tried to make up a story that it was required service on my car. Not true. They refused to provide a printout for an alignment that I paid for, which means that they did not actually do it. It took them over 3 hours to do this "work" and when they finally finished I actually caught the service guy doing a drift with my car as he pulled it up. Icing on the cake? They used the wrong weights for my wheels and they went flying off within five minutes of leaving. I had to go somewhere else to have the car balanced AGAIN because New England Tire screwed up on their overcharged balance job. They also told me I needed a new battery (and apparently everybody else in the waiting room). Battery is fine. Absolutely vile scum, my blood pressure rises every time one of their ads come in the mail. (yes, they will send you spam) Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if you value your car, time, or money.

A complete shady place which everyone should try to avoid. They cheat people by charging money without changing engine oil. I have got the $50 or so oil change with tire rotation package. At the end I was told that tire rotation hasnt been done since its not required(I was told that its required by another lube place). They said they have simply changed the oil and still chared me complete $50. Almost a week later my car started giving squeaky noise. I thought it might be brakes or something and neglected for some time after which I thought I should get it checked. I have stopped by a car repair shop and they have told me I was lucky to have my engine intact as there was literally no engine oil inside.

They saved me a tire install that Wagner kia swore up and down i "really needed". They also found a leak in a tire that kia said was fine. NE Tire is good in my book. Ill be coming back for service and i recommend them. This was my first visit.

I've been going to shops the manager has run for 20 years. He's an honest guy that knows how to run a car care shop. Everything is explained before any work is done and all options are put on the table. You will not find a better place to have your vehicle repaired.

Been going here for oil changes ever since I was A junior operator. Been through two cars while going to NE Tire. It's the real deal people. Customer service is great. They'll take care of your baby the whole time and they give you all the works no matter what the reason you bring your vehicle in for. Whether it be a simple oil change or a diagnostic, they got you covered. They have me out of the place in the jiffy each time I come in. Cost is very reasonable for my model and in my opinion, the service goes above and beyond. Don't plan on switching shops anytime soon.

Phenomenal service!!! I understand No place can please EVERYONE, but I truly cannot see how someone would not be satisfied with the attentiveness and care that both the front end service provided as well as the knowledgeable garage techs provided If you have questions they will more than willingly explain it ( in as much detail as you want) they even showed me my old parts, which were clearly in need of replacement!!! I recommend any and all, more need to know of this shop.

At first when I called I felt a bit rushed but he answered all my questions, I came in and had a bit of a wait since they were all busy at the time, but then got quick, friendly service and he remembered my call. The tech came by and let me know I did need a new battery, showing me the result of the test he ran. I was in and out in probably 40min, and you can use your AAA card for a discount too. Chris was excellent and I look forward to coming back for my other services!

After having my sister buy all new tires there I thought, repairing a tire with a screw in it would be in expensive....Wrong !! They charged me 37.00 dollars for a flat !!! I brought the tire to them...called other places...15 bucks!! I would do any kind of business with them....we have at least 60 fleet vehicles....they just lost a ton of money.....37.00 to fix a flat!! Rediculous! !
