Just like every other time for almost 20 years, these guys scheduled me quickly, did the work requested for a fair price, explained what they did, and pointed out anything they noticed that might need doing in the near future - all while being genuinely friendly... and returning my car as clean as when I gave it to them (unlike all too many auto dealers and service stations). Consider this: My car is still under the dealer's warranty, but I chose to go to Mass Tire anyway. Great guys!

After buying 4 Michelin's and an alignment for a large SUV I own, I encountered severe wear on outside of all 4 tires. After a quick call to Kevin and drop off of the vehicle to diagnose the situation, Kevin took care of the problem.Kevin could only deduce that a one in a million malfunction of the alignment machine occurred when the tires were installed. He replaced all four tires and re-aligned the wheels at no charge. No questions asked! No pro-rating of tire wear. Nothing except taking care of his customer. He is to be commended and has a faithful customer for life.

JOB WELL DONE. I HAD A FLAT TIRE AND ARRIVED W/O AN APPOINTMENT. THEY FIXED THE FLAT PROMPTLY AS WELL AS DOING AN OIL CHANGE THAT I REQUESTED. WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK, NOT ONLY WAS THE "DONUT" BACK IN THE TRUNK, BUT WELL SECURED IN THE WHEEL WELL WHERE IT BELONGED. MUCH BETTER THAN JUST "THROWN IN THE TRUNK" AS MANY OTHER NATIONAL CHAINS HAVE DONE WHEN I GOT SERVICE THERE.

Have been coming here for years for stickers but started using mass Tires for maintenance past 3 years. I can only say that I have been saving a lot of money coming here instead of the dealers. love being able to schedule ppointents on line as I like to do things at night as they are closed. I had an issue with my Jeepand explained it to Kevin who immediately knew what the problem could be. With a 1200 mile trip coming up, I was hesitant , but I never had any issues since and the pricing was outstanding. I take both vehicles here. Their work is great, awesome pricing and outstanding explanation of issues, with no pressure . Very professional and honest is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Mass Tires.

Based on my phone call from Indiana, Mass Tire inspected a used Subaru station wagon offered for sale by a nearby dealer. From several phone conversations and a detailed work order sent to us, we were able to confidently make an informed offer which the dealer reluctantly accepted, for us a sign of an equitable bargain. Kevin and Derek's assessment changed our plan to fly east to drive the car west. The car will be trucked and repaired in Indiana. So the guys at Mass Tire were real help for an arms-length transaction featuring a number of pitfalls.

As usual, Mass Tire was excellent. My wife's Toyota Sequoia got a flat with an non-reparable gash in it, so we needed it replaced. Not only were they able to provide the new tire and install it quickly first thing in the morning, but because we had the very reasonably priced roadside assistance from buying tires there before, it cost about a third of what I was expecting to pay. Thank you again for the great service at a great price!

Recently I visited Mass Tire for the second time. Each time I had an object in the tire of 2 separate vehicles. The first result was to purchase a new tire, the second was a repair due to a slow leak caused by a nail. On both occasions I walked in with out an appointment and was met and treated as if i had been a long time customer. I felt very relaxed during both entire processes and very satisfied with the expeditious and quality service. I live in Weymouth and used to be a customer of NTB but all my business (other than Dealer required maintenance) will be at Mass tire and I am recommending them to anyone needing any attention to there vehicle.

The quality of service is always top notch, going into a service center where the counter people remember your name & your vehicle's history is very much appreciated. I went to a dealership yesterday for an oil change and an inspection sticker. The dealership said the rear calipers were frozen, and that I would need to replace them and get front and rear brakes. I said I would get a second opinion, and I brought the car to Mass Tire. Mass Tire looked at the brakes the today, and said I only needed front and rear tires and that the calipers weren't frozen. They also quoted a price for the front and rear brakes that was lower than the dealership quote (excluding the calipers). I am so thankful to have gotten the second opinion. This is my third trip to Mass Tire, and it won't be the last (literally...I am going there tomorrow to get a tire fixed on my other car). Every time I have gone there the service has been well done, and those who I have spoken with have been courteous, respectful and honest. This is a great shop.

I had no appointment, but my low tire light had been displaying for more than a week. I stopped in to have it sync'd and found one of my tires was low and needed to be fixed. Since the tire had been worked on last October - there was no charge for this service. ALWAYS FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY
