Ok, most importantly, they have a dog here. His name is Baxter. He is a very good boy and he loves you even though you haven't met him yet. I went for an oil change off groupon (bought 3 changes for $65). Their service was great as well -- as customer-servicey as auto guys can be (no offense...but they just tend to be on the quiet side). The important part, IMO, is 1.) they have a dog, and 2.) they did a damn good job, were quick, and transparent (like telling me that btw lady, the hood of your car needs a part replaced or next change we literally won't be able to shut it). Looking forward to my next oil change!

I had called around looking for price quotes and Liner Tire beat everyone! I ended up making an appt with them to get 4 new michelin tires on. The young man that helped me was very polite and knew what he was talking about. I was in and out of there within 30mins. The waiting area was nice and they have an adorable dog named Brady that kept me company while I waited. I would def recommend this place to my friends and family.

After I got my car its oil changed there, it started to make a really weird annoying noise. Also, he changed me $5 for recycling something... It made no sense. I bought the oil change through Groupon and I thought that it was all done and paid, but not. In total I paid $16 (Groupon) + those $5, total of $21. With that money I could have gone anywhere else since that's the price most places charge, and plus I'd have gotten tire rotation too. I believe that he made it up so I would pay the real price, not the one with discount from Groupon. I tried to save some money, but ended up losing and with my car making noise. The only thing that was good in this experience was the lovely dog they have.

I've been to Liner Tire many times over the years and was back today for them to replace a tire with a big bulge in the side wall due to a pot hole! The staff at Liner is always helpful, professional and gets the job done fast! Today was no different I was in and out in under an hour and back on the road safe to drive for the summer!

I would like to say what a great experience I had when my tire had to be repaired in my trip to Boston yesterday. I had dropped my daughter off at Dana Farber and parked for a few minutes while I had to pick up a few items and discovered my tire had gone completely flat when I came out. I asked for a suggestion from AAA and was given Liner Tire as a close and reliable place to have my tire repaired. As I walked into the store I was greeted with an owner who introduced me to his new dog and then described how he had established a fund raiser for his previous Lab who had passed away from cancer. What a kind and loving person. In 30 minutes I was on my way with a tire repaired properly and an oil change. I would highly recommend this tire store to anyone looking to service their car.

Liner Tire was going to be a 2-star review but a few things bumped it up to a 3. First, the situation: my partner scheduled for us to get our winter snow tires swapped with regular tires by calling ahead and making an appointment for 9am on a Saturday. We arrived 5 minutes ahead of time when the storeperson told us they were running behind (already? 9am on a Saturday?) and that it would take 2 hours. I was pretty irritated, since we had specifically gone to Liner Tire instead of Midas down the street because they took appointments. Moreover, my partner had recently twisted her ankle, so we couldn't even walk anywhere to kill the time. We decided to Uber to brunch...and then the storeperson called us at 9:45am to tell us the car was ready. Did he expedite the service because I was cranky, or was he just really bad at estimating time? 45 minutes would have been more than acceptable for us to wait there... Nevertheless, we finished our brunch and went back to Liner Tire to pick up the car. They did a really good job -- putting the nuts and bolts and wrench back in the little ziplock bag I had, and loading the winter tires into the IKEA bags without creating mess or dragging in dirt in the backseat/trunk. And when the storeperson rang me up, it only cost $60 rather than the $125 he had told my partner on the phone. Due to these factors, I am bumping up this review to 3-stars. I would come back, but with preparation of lots of books/work/laptop, etc. since it seems they're just not very good at estimating how long something will take (and telling customers correct pricing).

They're okay...I had my snow tires swapped for my "summer slicks"...unlike NTB, these guys put my old tires in what looked like old, but definitely ripped bags. I'm sure they're good for a lot of stuff...but I don't think I'd have anything else done there.

These guys were very understanding of my incredible apprehension when it comes to letting others handle my car. They let me wait with the car, got me out quickly, and did not mind that I watched the tech do the alignment. I wish I got the name of the tech, since he was super cool. He owns the 5.0 Mustang that's parked outside sometimes, and proved very competent. I had specific instructions on the specs I wanted my car aligned to and this place had no issues getting the job done to my standards. Will use these guys again in the future.

asked for tire rotation , oil change and to check fluids. came home, and my husband went to check. to find out that the fluids are still empty(even thought they told me they were all checked) and that the tires were not rotated. i feel that these guys took advantage of a young woman who knows nothing about cars. i would never recommend these guys to anyone!!

These guys are great,been there 2 times. First time for fix my flat tire and second time for oil change.They are fast, helpful,friendly,patient and they know what they do. Not over price you and always a bit negotiable on their service to make you satisfy.Has a friendly dog to entertain you and also coffee brewer to make you enjoy having your coffee while they are doing their job.definitely recommend them since I went to other store around that area and had bad experience in waiting or over charging.

After I changed my engine oil here, my car started to feel very weird, so I had to go somewhere else and change it again. Also, they were supposed to rotate my tires too, but they did not.

I absolutely love Liner Tire! They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to get snow tires for the first time ever and they found a perfect set of tires that fit into my budget. I moved to Missouri this past year and haven't found any place comparable to them. I can't recommend them enough!

Just had a very good experience at Liner Tire. The guy I talked to was very patient with me as we tried to figure out which tires my car had and which tires my car needed. He never tried to push a more expensive tire or package on me and was totally up front with the pricing. An hour later I was at the shop. And 45 minutes later I was out with my new tires... just like they promised. Everyone at the place was very friendly and accommodating.

By far the worst experience for a car/tire repair so far. They were NOT helpful at all on anything. Brief example, I asked the guy what would their price estimate if I need to change the tires instead of having it repaired. He just told me in what way it would make a difference and resisted to share information. When I asked again and told him that I am not sure about the brand and type of the tire he denied to help me, didn’t even take the small effort to have look at my tires right infront of their door and asked me to go next to my car see what the type of the tire is and tell him to get a price estimation. Stay away from these people if you can. Thanks god there were another place next to it which was much better by all means. They answered all my questions, I had my tire fixed and got a great service. I was ready to pay more for their service but I am sure I didn’t have to.
