I called there around 4:25pm today asking if I could have two tires installed and balanced on my Mustang. He said sure can you be here in 5 -10 mins? I got there a few mins late. They were very nice the mechanic Tim stayed a few mins after closing to get them done. Very cool people I have been there before always had a good experience. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a leak in a tire so I brought it by Henry's. They discovered a leak in my rim. Instead of pushing me to buy a new rim from them, they recommended that I get a used rim myself and bring it back, which I did. They told me the tire on the used rim was better than the one I was fixing. They mounted the tire and reset my TPMS pressure sensor. The service was polite and knowledgeable. I'm a happy customer.

Brought my car to Henry’s recently with a clucking noise in my suspension that nobody was able to find incept Aaron and his guys, they were fast and was able to help me with barely a cost. Should’ve brought my car there in the first place. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

I feel very good about how I was treated, the service provided and the value I received here. The advice I was given on tire selection agreed with reviews at tire rack and consumer reports. The price turned out to be fair. There was no pressure to upgrade or to buy extras. Because of road damage, I had to do this quickly and didn’t have time to do the usual research. I simply went to a nearby shop with a high google maps rating. I feel like I lucked out finding an honest shop that knows their business. I plan to buy my next set of tires here too.

First off, let me say, the guy at the front was a ignorant ass!!! I brought my 2010 chrystler seabring there to have tires installed, my back tires also needed valve stems, the car took literally hours, so the end of the day nears, I call, he proceeds to tell me they have changed the valve stems all the way around the car, I told him I had only wanted the backs changed, I asked the price and unfortunately I didn't have enough money to pay for it, and the place was closing and i needed my car. so the guy proceeded to put my car back on the lift pulled the new stem valves outta the front tires and put on the old ones back on, so here it is 6 months later, my tire pressure light comes on, so I proceed to put air in the front tire, I then noticed the front valve stems, the thread of the stem was all crushed, the stem cap couldn't even twist on, it just pulled straight off, stem was all bent....shame on them for letting it go like that....weather I had the money to pay for it of not, they damaged the old stems, and then put them back on my car!!! Iam super pissed!!! And the guy behind the counter says "well we must have had a lil mis communication" NO there was no mis communication, I told them JUST THE BACK TIRE STEMS OVER N OVER, so they did what they wanted to do, without consulting with me first......HENERYS TIRE SUCKS, I will NEVER give them another dollar of my business.......

I have been going to Henry's for over 15 years. There level of service is exceptional. At any point I can contact them and will always be treated with top customer service. Aaron and the team there go out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule to get me on my way quickly. I also consider the pricing to be fair and selection to be vast. I will go to this shop for life and recommend to anyone.

Dropped my tires off at 11:15am, came back at 2pm. It still wasn't finished then they sold me tires they didn't have in stock then waited 5hours to tell me, wasted my entire day off. Such awful service from the guy at the front desk! At least the tech was cool. Went to Jimmys Tire instead, Thanks for nothing!

Went and got two used tires for what i thought was a bargain , and while you wait you can look at the tv , magazines , and key to the city plaque . Two diffrents used tires was the only con but what can i say this isnt burger king cant have it your way

I rarely write a bad review, but after being here a few times, this is what you get. This is the beginning of the end for this place, so beware. I bought a used tire. They put either the same tire on OR another bald tire. After arguing with mechanics, they took my car out "for a drive" for 30 over minutes, and ARGUED AGAIN they the tire was fine, but my calipers needed to be fixed. Just got those fixed last week. So, blame the car when you offer bad tires? Why take my money, argue with me when I'm not happy, and have bad manners too? If people feel robbed, they can be upset, so calm them down and just switch it to another tire. You've lost a customer for life. Hope other people have better experiences here.

I loved their prices for tires they offer. I had a tire blowout the night before and it was great how they were able to get me in the next day with the exact tires I wanted. The wait was quite a bit longer than they made it seem it would be but for the service and price that I got, it was worth the wait. I'd definitely suggest them to others. I'm anal about who I let touch my car but felt comfortable with them working on it.

Trying out a new Car Mechanic/Service shop can be a nerve racking experience. You immediately assume you will get ripped off. Having just moved to the area I asked a few newly made friends who they recommended. Henry's Tire Service was at the top of their list. Having gone there today I can see why. Called up made an appointment to have 4 new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. The team there did a great job. I actually opted to hang around the shop in the waiting room, they have a guest wifi which allowed me to get online and work remotely so I didn't have to sacrifice a vacation day. I observed a good amount of foot traffic the entire time i was there, they handled every customer with professionalism that I wish we could cut and paste to every business. Job Well Done, I can say that I will be back to have future service on my vehicle done. To the customers out there, support your small businesses, they make our communities what they are.
