Came in for a slow leak, it was on the valve. Had to have a new $70.00 sensor put in. Drove away and light came back on. Came back and the guy that runs the counter checked the tires with his hand held computer said they were fine and sent me on my way. New light "check TPMS", came back someone else plugged in a computer showed the "new" sensor reading 114lbs. They cleared the codes and sent me in my way. Several hours later the TPMS light came back on. 8am Monday morning I'm back, guy that runs the counter checks it tells me it's fine and to take it to the dealer. Doesn't listen when I explain the issue. Only listens when one of the guys tells him, finally relents to have someone else look at it.

Well,I have to say I'm not feeling good about the Service. My tires are to be torqued to 150 lbs.and rechecked after 70 miles. My tires were installed with Air Gun and I have not taken it on the highway yet to see how or if they were balanced. They did chk.my TPS. and reset one so light went out in dash. There was no torque wrench used by technician. I hope it turns out okay but I felt as though the Big Tire Franchise may have been a better option. I wanted to keep my money in Local Business that's why I went there to start with. I'm going to take a ride highway to see if the balancing was done.I will post to FB. my conclusion after the drive and the if I need to go back to register a complaint.

Had my new car inspected. The guy left dirt all over the seats and floor of my newly cleaned car. The guy also had a terrible attitude. So annoying! The guy who works at the front desk is polite but still, I won't be coming back here.

Came in for a tire repair and had a nail in my tire and was kind of in a hurry. I was right in and they found the nail and fixed it by pulling the nail out and plugging up the tire. Total time was less than 15 minutes. GREAT service and the price was totally fair. So fair in fact that I gave the kid that did the work the extra money I THOUGHT I was gonna spend. Just $10 to pull the nail and clean out the hole & plug it up. Gave the attendant a $5 spot and told him to enjoy his lunch. He sure helped me enjoy mine. Made my enTIRE day!!! LOL.

They are friendly. They do not jump into the car and start doing false diagnosis . They thoroughly inquire about your concern and honestly tell you what the problem is and if is beyond their accredited expertise they will refer you elsewhere or simply decline to fix the car.

Absolutely fantastic service here! Staff members are on top of their game. I've had breaks and rotors replaced and had a flat tire fixed. All done with very short wait times and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend Dracut Tire.

Brought in for a oil change every time to this same tire shop and they stripped the oil pan and tried to hide it because I brought my car in after oil change hours at 1 PM. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Also made me purchase a oil drain plug because they stripped the original plug.

These guys were great. We had an emergency flat and they fit us in right before closing. When we came Mike diagnosed our problem and also found and fixed another problem tire. Amazing!!! I ran over something that penetrated my tire while I was just down the street from them. Unfortunately, the wrench I had for my spare didn't fit. Called Dracut Tire, the gentleman said "We close in 20 minutes, come on down." I showed up, they took me right in, threw my spare on and I was out the door. Awesome service, great crew! Shout out to the mechanic in bay 5 and 6, true life saver!

Been here a few times and got in about 6 different tires standard selection place is always busy so expect everybody to be working when you go there. Products are good and prices are also good. Would definitely recommend if you wanted to get some tires real quick or replace all four for maintenance.

So my daughter had to evacuate NC due to the hurricane. She had a blow out on the highway got a new tire at a near by walmart. Was told she needed to get the other 3 tires. These guys did her tires and mount and balanced also did her inspection sticker. Didnt cost her an arm and a leg.
