I had 2 flat tires and needed a place to get it towed too. A few people have had bad experiences at town fair tire and I did not want to go to them. I spoke with Andy and he asked my budget and tire needs. My car takes a star,he size tire and they had a great toyo tires in stock. Once my car was towed to them It tool less than an hour to install 4 tires. Overall I was very happy with everything. I would recommend them to anyone

Got the best price in the area on the best tires, Goodyear All Season F1s(my opinion), service was good and thorough. Was referred to this location in the past from a couple of friends and they weren’t wrong. Service Mgr. was diligent and responsive to concerns. Though they did not recognize any play in the front pass wheel being a tie rod issue, but it wouldn’t be something unless they really looked hard enough. No worries, new it was there, just didn’t know exactly what it was until it failed inspection, still, a job well done.

They've caused me great aggravation over 2 tires in which I have warranty, receipt, pictures and proof of mileage on after I took their professional opinion and invested the money on all 4 tires. Most places when you get all 4 tires you get an alignment free of cost. They failed to do so.... 5 months later; less then 300 miles, my tires are bald and according to them "my tires aren't covered." And they don't carry the tires they sold to me anymore. Coincidence much? They only opt to give me tires at their price or to get work my car needs with them and they'll throw in free(not really free) tires. Both in which require me coming out of pocket again when I specifically told them prior to purchasing tires I have already put far too much money into car so if it required more money than what the car is even worth i was going to junk it, but manager conviced me otherwise. In previous conversation, he stated that besides loose front parts and tires, car was in good condition so worth investing tires being that it's regular maintainance. Now they talking about major rear end probs and alignment on top of what was noted. If that was case, I would have never invested tires though! Of course they were just trying to make sale though. Now I'm screwed_carless for a good week because manager insisted on waiting for him to get back from vaca to see what he could do for me. Meanwhile I'm catching bus and finding rides to work when I see manager in City Tire service truck itself. Yes, manager who was on supposedly on vaca and wanted to help. You think I'm going to bring it to him after that???? Negative! Can't be trusted. Not only was it a waste of money, but HUGE inconvenience on their part!!!! I'd NEVER do business with them again and I suggest if you don't want to be ripped off you don't either!

Amazing customer service! I came in past noon really needing a tire today. They did not have it stock (it had to be a specific one since my car is new and AWD) nor did any other their local places but after making multiple phone calls, Andy was able to get a tire the same day for my vehicle. I recently moved back to town and hit a pothole which destroyed one of my tires. I called as soon as City Tire opened and they were so awesome over the phone, ensuring me they could help me. Walked in, the 2 guys couldn’t have been nicer. I had them put my new wheels on. They gave me a price that beat the others on memorial, had me in and out in no time, let me watch inside and just ask questions just to learn. Eddie couldn’t have been nicer, explained everything he was doing. Both guys were really cool and meticulous. It was refreshing since I’ve had some bad luck with places on memorial. These 2 were awesome and I’ll be back for sure. I’ll gladly tell others as well with confidence.
