Went there to get my car inspected, and there was something wrong that supposedly didn't pass. I was cordially explaining the inspector my thoughts which for him were all wrong. The thing is that right when I was about to leave I heard the "inspector" talking to a co-worker about my "dumb question" very unprofessional. I even stop to tell him that I heard him all he did was throw me a kiss ... does this sounds professional to anyone?

Best service in Lawrence. If you want some reputable people to work on your vehicle come here. They're a little pricey but it's worth it. I went somewhere nearby to get my tires mounted and I had an awful experience and was disrespected. They are respectable people who do respectable work at Broadway tire.

I hadn't been here for a while til today. I got 4 new tires, an all wheel alignment included and to my surprise found out they do inspection stickers as well. I had that done too. I was out in less time than I expected. As far as pricing, I checked around and found that Broadway Tire Pros is the best value. For my 4 tires installed, it cost $60 more than Walmart would have but it included the alignment, free lifetime rotation, flat repair, TPMS reprogramming and a few other things. And I know these guys are real pros. Town Fair Tire, NTB, VIP, and Sullivan Tire, were all much more expensive for the same service. Also when you're waiting in there you see and hear the other customers that go in and out. They know most of them by name. You can tell people have been coming here for years and that says a lot about a business. I won't hesitate to call Broadway Tire Pros for my future car needs.

Just purchased 4 tires from them along with TPMS valves, since 3 out of 4 of mine were cracked. I was happy with their service, even though I was surprised to learn that my valves had to be replaced for extra cost. They took the time to explain everything so I understood what I was paying for. It's an honest business, which I respect. I would recommend them for tire service & alignments.

I was recommended here by a friend so I went. This place tried to charge me AT LEAST $350 just for labor..so that would be base...and then had no idea what was wrong with my car...or how to fix it...or what it needed...? So I then went with another friends recommendation and took it to a real mechanic....$25 later all I needed was a light bulb and 2 fuses. Ha. Talk about scam artist.

I have gone there twice and both times were not good. Very rude people and the second time when I walked in the manager or owner and another employee were making fun of a lady who had just left and didn't agree with his quote. I don't recommend this place. I am 100% I Was in your place and didn't continue with your business because you are not a nice person. I was in your shop and you THINK you are better than everyone else. Wish I could give zero stars.

Totally disappointed at this place I came here to do wheel alignment week ago. They did in 30 mins after that I went to ride same thing happened my car was pulling one side I had some doubt on so I went to another shop to check as per report it’s not aligned properly (I went to two different shops to check) they give me the report .i came back to the Broadway tires they said my car tires was not good (they are trying to sell new tires to me ) and my tires are not good I put new tires some other shop still my car was not perfect alignment I spent 60$ here I want my money back I well doo some ware els. The manager was trying to argument with me he is not let me to speak .plz don’t believe reviews and go I did the same plz get me back as soon as possible

Generally I do not do reviews because I think they are bogus. On this case it is different. Broadway Tires is a small shop that looks small but they are armed with big guns on customer satisfaction, a genuine smile and great service. Don''t let the size of the shop or the geographic location full you! Here is my story: For the past year I have been complaining to Tire Warehouse, where I bought a set of Yokohama tires, that my vehicle has been making a hamming noise. They had me do all kinds of repairs on the car, including suggesting that I need wheel bearings. They had their partners Monroe muffler confirm the diagnostic. Alas, it was all bogus, they had no idea what they were talking about. First of all they sold me a set tires which sat on the shelf for a year (2014-2015). Second they did not know what they were doing when they diagnostic the car, Buyer be wear! The same goes for NTB tires who insisted I needed Struts. I was lucky to meet one of Broadway's mechanic who suggested I go see Billie, I am glad I did! After a complete diagnostic, Billie affirmed me that the tires was the culprit that was making the noise. He had Lisa give me a call to give me options on new tires. She was friendly, professional and what was most impressive was that she did not pressure me. She was concerned and wanted me to be happy. I had them install a set of four new tires. Guess what? The noise went away! I am extremely happy and would be happy to recommend anyone to Broadway tires. Great job guys! Keep it up.

What a great place (how often do you say that about an auto care center)! I bought my tires online and had them delivered and mounted here just now. The service was quick and done well and the prices were very reasonable. The main thing that amazed me though was how it felt like I was in Billy's home with people just coming and going, everyone knowing Billy by name and vice versa. Lisa and Katie were so friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with my new tires from Broadway. I had problems with my previous set of tires - slow leaks, wobble at highway speeds. I had thought that I might need new rims but Billy said they would grind rims for tight fit. It's been about a month and the new tires are working great. None of the issues that I encountered with my old tires. I'm really happy that I found Broadway Tire. Some background - @ 4 years ago I bought set of new tires at national tire store. Had nothing but issues from the start. Brought car back several times then was finally told that it was my rims. Over the years I paid for alignments at various places. Still had problems with slow leak and wobble at higher speeds.

I hate giving negative reviews and unfortunately I have to break it. About a year ago or so I got my tires changed, tires were good but today I am getting them done elsewhere because they are doing a good deal on tires. What should have been an 1HR job turned into 2hr job because you guys apparently put locktite on all stem valves, stems so it was a pain to remove so they can do the job. Also the lug nuts were beyond stripped and I had to get new ones replaced. Also got my brakes done there never again both rear brakes and rotors were done incorrectly the breaks won't doing there job properly so the rotors looked flooded had to get them replaced to pass inspection. I have no idea what you guys are doing, but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called on two occasions to get a quote on two different brand of tires as the prices were not available on their site and the initial response from Billy was "are you bored today?" customer service is non existent! Suffice it to say that I'll be taking my business elsewhere
