I blew out a tire on a horrendous pothole on Hancock Street and one of their workers happened to drive past me while I was in the process of changing to my spare tire. He pulled over and finished putting the spare tire on for me and drove in front of me so I could follow to Brilliant Tire. Thankfully, they had a tire on hand that fit my car to replace it with and we're able to replace it very quickly so I could head to work. Thank you SO much for making my day less horrible by fitting me in and allowing me to get to work on time!

I'd been into this place a few times and had positive experiences but I went in for an inspection sticker and they failed my car for all 4 tires. When I asked the owner to show me the tread measurement, he made up some BS about how everyone measures tires differently but that all four tires (40k miles) were definitely failing. He then cut me a "special rate" to replace all four tires for a little over $1,000. I left and did a little research, bought a tire measuring tool and realized that all four tires were in fact passing tread depth. I returned, tool-in-hand, to show a guy who supposedly owns a tire shop, how to measure tires. At this point he relented and gave a passing sticker. Unbelievable. Thanks for the response and appreciate your putting on the mud tires we brought in (even though you agreed to pass the tires you'd previously failed). Hope you can understand the frustration. We would've continued to be return customers if you were honest and didn't tell us there's different methodologies of measuring tread depth. BS is BS no matter how you spin it and that's why I left a comment for others to be aware of.

Such hustlers. They failed my car’s state and explained that my tires are bad and needs to be changed. Offered me to replace them for $129 each plus tax’s plus installation fees which would have cost me somewhere between 800 dollars for LE Camry ( cheapest sizes ).Then I took the car to another 3 shops they said tires are good and can go for another 20K easy, I had my car passed inspection, went back to him to ask for my money back. He never gave it to me Never go there again
