Just pulling out of A&S Tires Plus in Agawam...Jay did a 3 step exterior buff, glaze and wax on my verrrrry dull and over due black Camry...looks great....I just don't know if I will recognize it in the mall parking lot!...Armando and Jay were very friendly and professional ...I look forward to future services here...Thanks!

My experience at this place was horrible. Went in for an oil change and ended up with a dent in my car and the muffler fell off 2 miles down the road while leaving the shop. Then they tried to charge me for repairing it... so I took my business else where!

Horrible I took my car here a few months back. When I got it back I was only there for oil change and tire rotation. There was a new dent in the side of my car and my muffler started to scrape. Took it to another shop and they told me there was a newer wire like a hanger wire holding my muffler up. I am in absolute disbelief! I will never go there again. And I didn’t care enough to go back and have them fix the issues THEY CAUSED! I live right down the street so I thought it would be convenient. Not at all cost me way more then if I would have just driven a bit farther for a better shop.

Great service. Brought both my daughter's and wife's vehicles in for service. Got estimates at other shops for same job prior to bringing vehicles in (Way better price with same exact parts). Mechanic even showed, while explaining the work that was completed on both vehicles as well as identifying a potential safety issue that he repaired as well. Thanks guys!!!
