I went there today to get my motorcycle inspected. i made an appointment a few days before hand, i showed up an hour early not expecting to necessarily be seen yet but the inspector skipped lunch to accommodate me. They were all very helpful and professional, I feel confident they wont sell you parts you don't need or service you don't want. They're a good business you can trust! A+

If there were no stars I would have marked that. Took my car in for an alignment. Got a call several hours later stating a bolt broke off because it was rusted so they had to order a new one, they said is tomorrow ok? I said yes, as we have no other choice. I asked what is the additional charge. They said, well I can’t imagine a bolt costing that much. Next day, went into pick it up and they wanted $239. The alignment is $99, they wanted to charge for additional labor for replacing the bolt. I refused and said I am willing to pay for what we discussed that was $130. As I was leaving they said, you are no longer allowed to do business her and we are NOT guaranteeing the work. Great business! There are plenty of other reputable businesses that are honest and keep their work. Seek them, don’t go here. Reply to response from owner; Never in the 3 phone calls was I or my son told that there was addtional work that was being done or additional fees. When asked about the addtional fees onsight, they admitted they didn't tell us about the addtional fees, they said it was, "common sense". The owner made sure to put on his receipt, Owner of vehicle is not allowed back and our work is not guaranteed for the service that they provided.

Awesome staff and service. I blew a tire traveling through the area and found them online. I brought the car In after putting on my donut and they put a newer Michelin tire on it to match my other 3 and I was on my way in no time at pretty good price. Great people!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. We will never shop here again. We asked them if they could replace a fuse and they started mucking around with the car until the service engine light came on then accused us of having the issue before we even came to the store. All we wanted was a fuse replace in an end up becoming a two-hour fiasco with the manager and multiple store clerks all speaking condescendingly and refusing to take responsibility for what they messed up. Our family will never go here again

My Mercedes E350 alternator gave out on a return trip to the DC area and I just so happened to limp in to the Western Auto off Rt. 50 in Stevensville, Md. This occurred just before closing on a very cold Sunday evening in February 2016. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, and genuine excellent customer service. They help me find transportation and gave me a lift to the rental location down the road (the rental facility next door had closed for the evening). When I returned to pick up the car they help me return the rental, and delivered my car back clean and in perfect working order. The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend this business for quality workmanship, and amazing customer service.

I had my oil changed, the mechanic asked plenty of questions such as what type of oil I used last and would I prefer synthetic or non-synthetic oil. They also offered me their synthetic brand and saved me some money on my oil change! They a have a comfortable waiting room.

I am very disgusted with myself for using this company. I took my truck in to get the coolant changed and when I went to pick it up they charged for 4 cleanings and refills. Then they told me if I didn't pay them that they would keep my car behind their fence. I asked them if they used four cleaning kits andfour refills of antifreeze. They said no but they had to hook the hose up to it for a long time. Sadly to say I pay them because I had to have my truck for work.

Great Customer Service - I had an emergency today and made a stop at this location — they found someone to help me with my car and they attempted to fix the car — but because it was a speciality part they could not and recommended the dealer — however, they explained what needed to be done, made the car safe and drivable and did not charge me anything since they could not do the work. I did not have cash for a tip and the gentleman said please no tip we just want you to be safe. WOW — what a great experience my family will definitely be returning and I am sure to tell others about my experience!! The manager needs to thank his staff you should be proud!!!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They stick to their schedules and don't take longer than what's needed for the work. I've sat in the waiting area a few times and there's snacks you can buy and a tv to help the time fly by, bathrooms are clean, and the staff keep you updated on the mechanics progress on your vehicle. I'd say their prices are pretty darn fair for this area too.

Hometown small (but kinda large) long time Kent island business that fills many needs throughout the community while keeping that small town customer service with respect and courtesy. Highly recommend going too Western Auto for any and all of your auto repair or upgrade needs. Not to mention they have parts for your lawn care equipment and I believe tractors. This review is long, so, if you are thinking about using Western Tire & Auto's (WT&A) services in Stevensville MD, observe. We definetly DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES anymore. So much concern here. First, oil changes: we keep up maintenance oil changes for our cars. These 'experts' don't check if the gasket holding the oil in the oil pan is correctly placed to keep the oil in the engine! Hence, on more than four occasions, we have had to return, with much inconvenience, to have new oil replaced AND new gaskets installed correctly. You may be wondering why we didn't just go to a reliable place for our oil changes thereafter? Not my call, my husband's. He has finally stopped giving them his "benefit of the doubt". I also purchased replacement Michelin tires from them. Thereafter, the car shimmied when driving. I complained without good results. At the next oil change, one tire had a new and surprising slight 3" long scratch mark (the 'experts'called it a slash) on it's outer side wall. They recommended I replace that tire, almost new, as it could be VERY DANGEROUS. Trusting them, I agreed. You could barely see the white under layer. I am careful driving and where I park, away from other cars. The car is far from street parking the rest of the time. Anyway, they couldn't find a matching tire, even though the others were less than a year old! I left the 'slashed' tire there and now wish I'd have taken it for a second opinion elsewhere. They didn't balance that tire or the others, as I had asked, and my car still drove with a shimmy. Upon returning to the store, their tire 'experts' couldn't imagine what caused the shimmy, as they swore they had balanced all of the tires!!!! Exasperated, I used Park's Tire in Grasonville MD on RT 50/301. Park's rotated and balanced all four tires! All were out of balance after Western Auto's service. Now, for Park's reasonable charge, my car is finally shimmy free! It drives smoothly and quietly as it always did before Western Auto changed to the new Michelin tires~ Go figure! Amazing! If you care about quality, professional and honest service, I'd like to suggest that you don't use any WT&A in the mid-shore area. Instead, Try Park's Tire in Grasonville, MD. I had heard only good things about their care and quality of service, when I tried them. We are now happy, loyal customers and GIVE PARK'S TIRE A FIVE ***** STAR RATING! ##### The reason for this review is to aid other motorists to make informed decisions concerning their safety and the care of their vehicles. It encompasses our observations and opinions of Western Tire & Auto and Park's Tire. We are very satisfied with Park's Tire and believe we have found a trustworthy, personally caring and privately owned business to give us the good service we deserve.
