Met Jessica -On a cold & rainy day 4 years ago- just dropped off my twin 3 yr old grandsons- my windshield whippers broke, couldn’t see in heavy rain , my car didn’t feel right & the breaks were bad—I was lost -,just moved fr Vegas to raise my grandchildren - bad divorce. Jessica took care of everything. Her calm professionalism & expert knowledge was wonderful. I drove my Juke out & it actually felt safer. The first time I went there I needed help fixing my steering problem. I told them NOT to do an alignment since I had already had several and my steering was still an issue. They replaced a bearing and told me I HAD to have an alignment done. They also told me my steering was fixed when I pick up my car. Not only was my steering NOT fixed AT ALL but another mechanic told me that I didnt need to get an alignment done as well. The second time I went to replace 2 sensors and rotors. Cost $900+. I pick up my car and was told the check engine light was no longer on. I turn my car on and sure enough there it was, the check engine light. So they took a look at it and turns out the mechanic didnt properly attach or secure the mass air flow sensor. Really?!?! They also left my car in the parking lot with the doors unlocked, pretty sure it would have stayed unlocked all night if I hadnt picked it up when I did.

I was so impressed today with the staff and professionalism at Tire World. I came in with a flat tire also knowing I needed to get new tires anyway. Missy gave me an incredible price on 4 new Kuhmos! They also changed my oil (needed that also) and checked my alignment for free...I was in and out in no time. They even vacuumed my car and cleaned the glass. Needless to say I'm now a customer for life. No other repair shop in Frederick has this incredible level of service.

Honest people WITH quality work! My wife and I brought our car here telling them that we needed four new tires and probably new struts all around (another place told us this was our tire wear problem). After diagnosis, they informed us the struts were fine and that tread on our front two tires were only half worn.... They had a pair of the same kind there for us to replace the rear tires. We couldn't be more happy with how up front and accurate they were. Most places would have just replaced everything and try to sell us more. VERY IMPRESSED! GREAT PEOPLE AND SERVICE!

I needed 4 new tires and they not only gave me the best price in town for the exact tire i was looking for but were also able to get me in right away. Once I got there all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were fast and efficient. The job took only about an hour and their waiting area was clean and stocked with cold drinks and recent magazines with a nice TV, so the time I spent waiting for my car was extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back next time I need work done and would highly recommend Tire World to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

I had problems with their competitor (Mr. Tire), but there is no competition between these 2 companies. They had the specific tires that I wanted, at a good price. It was even a few dollars cheaper at checkout. No hidden fees, and they even honored the online quote after a steering sensor needed to be reset for the alignment. Outstanding tires, outstanding price, and a very friendly service team. After the alignment the steering is so much smoother now. I couldn't be happier, amd I'll be coming back to this Tire World the next time that I need tires.

I have been going to this shop and location, since they opened. Always great service, clean waiting area and friendly staff. Recently the staff seem overwhelmed. Which is fine maybe they are very busy these days it is a great shop. Recently, I had a gentleman up front question why I brought the car in after it was worked on and they had forgot to do an item that I asked them to do. (I had already waited roughly 45 minutes) Just does not make sense we are all overwhelmed at work, should not change the level of professionalism at work.

Bought a tire from Walmart and was told it would take at least three hours to put on. In a desperate attempt to get the tire on before going to work the next day, I came to tire world 10 mins before close and asked if there’s anyway they could do it. Guy named Andrew (owner I think) said no problem and did it in about five minutes. He and the other staff were so friendly and welcoming. My mom is going back next week to get her tires done too!

We had a terrible customer service experience with Tire World in Frederick. 5 days after repair, without even one phone call Tire World sent the police to our house. The experience began with a good quote, they did the work promptly and said we could pick up the car. Meanwhile, my husband lost his credit card and was waiting for a new card in the mail to pay. That's when they sent the police. My husband immediately called tire world to explain the situation and the person on the phone yelled, seemed frantic and just plan crazy. We understand the miscommunication was in part our fault, we never intended on not paying our bill in fact upon payment we were planning scheduling service on the second vehicle. The level of hostility from this woman was concerning. We have been bringing both of our cars there for years but no longer feel comfortable patronizing this business. Shame on you for treating a good customer this way and wasting the time of law enforcement.

Made an appt for 9:30 to get my oil changed. Took an hour and a half to change my oil. I could see it taking that long if I were a walk-in, but I made an appointment. I didn't get out of there until after 11:00. Also, when I went to pay I saw my car in the garage through the window in the waiting area, the mechanics had my car door open up against a steel column, so the door was scratched. Never going back. I'll go to Jiffy Lube.

Typically I go to the dealership for oil changes but my husband had success here. My neighbor also had an appointment there for brakes so I figured what the heck, save some time and gas and give these guys a shot. I had my oil changed and tires rotated prior to Thanksgiving in preparation for a road trip to see family in TN. I had not driven the car except to bring it home and a couple close trips to Wegmans and Walmart, all nearby. Prior to our trip, our neighbor was standing outside waiting for Tire World to pick his car up because the brakes went out as he was approaching a stop light, this after they worked on his car for a week or so to replace his ABS. First thing I thought was good thing I only had my oil changed and if it was going to leak or something it would have happened already. So, day before Thanksgiving we head out. First thing I noticed was a slight shutter of the wheels at high speed which is telling of a bad rotation. I thought no biggie I can have that corrected when I get home. As we approached Roanoke VA I pulled off to get gas and a snack. As I exited the parking lot I heard a loud scraping sound. I thought it was something caught under the car. Not so. My skid plate was unattached. My car sits a bit low and I wasn't about to climb under it using my little jack meant to change tires. AAA sent a tow truck out, problem was It was 6 pm Thanksgiving eve and the earliest a truck could come was 8pm when everyone was closed. We ended up in a hotel with our two dogs, a frozen ham, and apple pie. Thank goodness Walmart wasn't closed on Thanksgiving day. The tow truck came back at 8 am and we were dropped off. After inspection it was discovered the skid plate was never bolted down after my oil was changed. I was annoyed but then scared to death when the tech told me if I had still been on the highway, any number of things could have caused my car to flip if it snagged on anything on the road. I was also told that this company in general has a lot of problems regionally with things like this. Thanksgiving would have been spent in a motel or worse in the hospital. I'd like to think it was one bad technician that worked on both mine and my neighbors car and has hopefully been fired since but I can't see taking a risk with this company again. Friendly people that perform careless work. I meant to post this sooner but misplaced my Walmart receipt stating the repair notes.

I had my vehicle in today for a Maryland State Inspection. I opted to wait with my vehicle even though I was informed the inspection would take up to two hours. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and they had refreshments! The inspection only took about an hour and the staff was very friendly. They kept me updated throughout my wait. Was told my service would take 20 minutes ended up taking a little under an hour and a half which was a decent inconvenience. So, if you want quality work I recommend this place just be prepared to wait.

Had an appointment at 4:30pm arrived at 4pm. Front desk took my info and I sat down to wait. I was reading/watching car. Looked up it was gone. Looked down and back up a few minutes later and it was back. I waited about 10 minutes to be sure it wasn't going to disappear again. Went inside and it was ready. Total time under 30 minutes. Oil change and tire rotation. A little more than I usually pay for an oil change but having the tires rotated at the same time without having to stop at another place was worth it. Definitely recommend. It is probably good to note they were not swamped at the time. Fast professional service nice staff and a decent price what's not to love. Will return.

The most honest place I’ve ever taken a vehicle! I’ve never seen anything like and I will definitely be back. My first good move was getting the app FIXD, and I highly recommend it. It helps you know who is honest and who is not and helps you take care of your vehicle properly. My second great move was finding this particular Tire World at the location on Riverbend, across from Walmart. If you want the honest truth, they will give it to you, good, bad or ugly! The experiance I had here with their team was very professional. Even though I came in to have my car checked out to replace the breaks but left deciding not to put the money into the car. The woman at the front desk (missy I think) was very polite and helpful over the phone in scheduling an appointment right away. In arriving I had my car inspected with in less than a hour. The macanic personally went over lists things that my car needed and showed me asactly what was wrong on the vehicle. Their prices are reasonable, just the work that needed to be done for my car wasnt worth the the car itself. I was even suggested over to their neighboring car dealership next door after deciding not to want the work done.

Showed up without an appointment with my 83 year old Dad and his car to check right front passenger tire that was losing air. I was greeted in a friendly manner. Mechanic replaced valve and also checked other tires in less than twenty minutes. My father sat in nice waiting room with television, magazines and best of all they even had cold beverages in frig and delicious cookies as a courtesy for customers. This place gets five stars. Amazing!

Mmmm cookies. Would love it if I could see the work going on in the shop a bit better more (I have a smart car and I find it highly amusing to watch it get worked on). However you all offer cookies, are reasonably priced and was able to take me as a walk in so just keep doing what you do and I'll keep coming back.

Always truth full people . They make me feel safe when I drive my car and I was a mechanic for over 22 years. I recommended them highly. I only wish for the long jobs they had a service to get me to work. I think it would get them more work from people with only one vehicle and not a lot of extra to spend on uber.

Awesome experience! This is my first time at this location, I usually go to the buckeystown store. Both places are very professional and friendly, and always willing to give good advice. I scheduled my appointment and showed up late, they still took care of me quickly and I am very happy with my new tires and the alignment job. They have great prices and service, they also match prices. If they don't have it they will get it, but they stock more than most places so they probably will have it anyway. If you are in the market for new tires, that's the only place to go. They do other work as well, they installed my leveling kit years ago and did a great job with that.

Amazing experience. Understanding and smart staff. Good prices. Came in with an issue I've had with my brakes for a while. They gave me a free evaluation and then gave a great price on a fix for the issue. They even let me take a look at the underside of my car to fix an issue I had with my transmission pan. Got me in fast same day for an MD inspection with no hassles at all. The only thing I’d suggest is less fragrance on counter folks as some of us have serious reactions to it. It was overwhelming scents that even were present when they were outside. Don’t want that to get into my vehicle as it can land someone in a hospital.

Waited over 15 mins for the guy on the phone (with a customer) to acknowledge me. Manager(Jessica) then rushed in with a simile and asked if she could help me. Told her i needed a walk in oil change, she said 45 mins to an hr... Then explained there's no line that's how long it takes. Went home and got a call to pick it up. I asked the Prince $52.xx. Wow!!! That's expensive for an i oil change! Ok pick it up car waiting out front of the shop, paid the guy and he informed me after 4 oil changes the 5th is free and the oil is better for your engine blah blah blah... Guess he knows their prices are outrageous! He then proceeded to tell me other than that my car looks great. I'm leaving 2 stars because they did change the oil... But only 2 because the prices are ridiculous and the wait time to be acknowledged was inexcusable and unprofessional. I Will not be returning for any other services and next time I'll go back to my mechanic at "that auto shop" or go to jiffy lube where they get me in and out in under 20 mins.

Most expensive alignment i ever had. I went there for $80 QUOTED alignment but the service manager told me it would cost $150 because it was way off: of course it was off. Why would I go for an alignment if it was not off! Later i found out the mechanic just had to loosen up one extra bolt to move the control arms. I just went ahead and paid to do it but i wouldn't go back there again. So customers be aware! Get extra $70 from a customer but eventually this kind of negative review will bring business down and a call from better business bureau. Addendum: The owner has answers for everything. Wrong with the timing. I timed it. From the start to re-parking my car took 28 minutes, not an extra hour.
