New BMW, had a flat. Fixed it right away & went ahead with full tire set. Installed & performed alignment-spoke to Mike about BMW specific alignment specs. Car drove great. Happy. Fast forward..... Brought car back in for rotation (& asked for alignment, if needed) Was told alignment wasn’t needed. Picked up car, pulled to left & steering wheel off center. Took car back THREE times for alignment. First visit: tire pressure adjusted. Still pulled. Second visit: tires rotated again. Still pulled. Third visit: Was advised they can’t perform alignment on this BMW because of all the “technical stuff on wheels like lane departure, back up camera and tire sensors....” OK. Interesting. I asked how they were able to perform the alignment appropriately the FIRST TIME? Given the fact that they actually performed an alignment after tire install & the fact that I don’t have a very technical BMW, only tire pressure sensors, I am baffled. I had thought I found a great, local, no BS place that I could trust to manage some basic maintenance & not waste my time. Disappointed.

I went in for an oil change and to get my tail light fixed. They could have quoted me some absurd price and I would of probably ending up paying it but instead, they told me it was a simple fix for the tail light and did it for me. Their honesty will keep me coming back for years to come. Great job guys! I recommend anyone to come here to get their vehicle worked on.

My boss recommended Tire Mart to me to get several things fixed on my car after the dealership wanted to charge 600 dollars for the repairs. We took my car there and we received great service and they found that not all the things the dealership wanted to charge us for were necessary. So we got our car fix for less than half the price. After reading a lot of the reviews on here about The Tire Mart I decided to go there for an oil change and a 4-wheel alignment. I waited less than 5 minutes before my car was in the bay and being worked on. Their prices are fantastic and they have really nice up-to-date equipment. I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car the gentleman said he noticed the paint and took it upon himself to remove it. What service! Had a wheel alignment done here in a timely manner. Went to a couple big chain stores, but they couldn't get it done because of very low clearance of my car. The crew here went extra miles to put the car on the rack and got the job done, at a price much lower than the big chains.
