This is a large warehouse filled with tires. Personally I have used them to get used tires twice. I font think I'll be going back. The price you pay for the tires is supposedly based on the amount of tread left on the tires they give you...but in reality it's just up to the person at the cash register that day. There are not many safety measures taken at this place either. They have floor jacks that they Jack up the car quickly and use the air guns to take off your wheels. Your vehicle could easily get messed up with the level of care they take while doing this. If your in a serious pinch it's not the worst place but my suggestion is save your money and look elsewhere. Brand new low end tires cost close to what "tire house" charges for used tires that don't match

Went there with my Escalade to have them take off one set of FACTORY/OEM (17 inch) rims & tires to put on another set of FACTORY/OEM (22 inch) rims & tires. He said they were aftermarket rims & they don't install them. Neither sets that I have are aftermarket & I told him this. Both sets of rims are original Cadillac Escalade rims. Then he asked me if I was using the same lug nuts & I said yes. He said he couldn't do it. This is a tire shop so they should know that the lug nuts & bolts for this truck are all the same no matter what year, especially when there's a center cap covering them up! As long as where the nuts meet the rim are the same on both sets of rims you can use the same nuts!! Escalade rims going on a Escalade....but yet they said they couldn't do it?? Took it to "S A Best Tires" in Catonsville & they installed them with no problems!!

Never again. I brought my 2008 535 XI BMW here to purchase two used tires. The price was good, $60.00 each. Well you get what you pay for. I had to bring my car back to them a total of 4 times and it's still not right. I brought it back the first time because I heard a whistling sound as I was driving, also my tire pressure monitor warning light on the dash board would not go out. They fixed the whistling sound by taking the tire off and replacing it, but my TPM light is still on. As much as I could understand the manager's accent he claim's he did reset the TPM. So why is my dashboard warning light still on? Oh, and don't let me forget, now my steering wheel is shaking. So now I have to pay someone to align my tires and reset my tire pressure monitor. Never ever will I go back there again, and yes the "Manager" was rude to me over the phone. I guess he was frustrated because he could not fix the problems they caused.

Not professional. Got many tires from them before when the staff was nicer. The new staff is rude. I was able to order my own tires and had an appoint with the original place to get the tires on. Since their time had a 5 hour wait I thought I would come here and get them installed because usually they are pretty quick. I called the day before and asked if I could get a deal on the installation and to try to match or get close to what I was getting. We disagreed and I said w That I will look around. Well I went to the spot the next day and asked if I could get the tires installed to one of their staff. They said sure it's x amount. I said alright let's get them installed. I started taking my tires out of the car and the staff was helping me. One if the staff asked if I called yesterday. I replied yes. The guy grabbed all my tires and rudley threw them in my car and said take them somewhere else. I found it unprofessional and left. Why treat a customer that has been there many many times and the first time he asks for a deal gets tossed out like that. Definitely not coming back again.

The guys changed the price for a single tire 3x before I got a set price. They took 30 minutes to put my tire on after having a guy run around rambunctiously like he didn’t know what to do or who to talk to. Furthermore, the entire customer service experience was beyond terrible.

I originally went to get my tires rotated and balanced. After an issue with that, I had to contact Sam from Tire House. Sam took care of any issues I had and was very professional throughout the whole ordeal. I ended up buying two new tires from Tire House and Sam went out of his way by installing and balancing them for free. I have shopped at Tire House for years with a few different cars, and I will definitely be back based on his Customer Service when an issue occurred. Thanks again for all your help Sam! I bought a used 195/60r15 for $45. The tread is right at the wear indicator. The same size tire at Mr. Tire is $66 brand new. If you need a tire that day and Mr. Tire is busy, you do what you have to do but the pricing for a used tire is too high. The guys working there were very friendly and there was no wait.

Bottom Line: Used tires, in suburbia, for little money. Don't expect a front desk with a bell, or full lifts, or even a smooth driveway to enter, but the workers here will take care of your needs, and are honest enough to tell you that you don't need a replacement yet. This is a place you go when the cost of a decent used tire (or more) fits your needs and you want it quick with no frills. I suppose if your need or method is "good enough tires for now" (vs. the larger investment of all new tires to last years with coverages), then this is your local place for that. In my case, I know my car isn't going to last much longer, but it does need to move for now, so a quick $40 replacement for a blow-out was a perfect (probably final) investment.

Will never go there again. I went there to buy 2 used tires and the guy couldn't speak English but brought out 2 worn out tires with no tread that were worse than the ones I wanted to replace. I told him these are no good and he said "thas all". I literally looks like they take tires from one customer and sell them to another. I asked him if I could come back and sell him the tires I wanted replaced after I bought new ones.

Besides the prices being amazingly reasonable, The employees AND the manager we're fantastic, They helped me pick out a great set, and we're so fast at mounting and balancing them I barely had a chance to read 3 pages in my book. Not only was it finished quickly and painlessly... It was done 100% correct. I would venture to say I was astonished at just how great an experience I had, I've been back 3 more times now... I went there twice. The first time, it was fine. They gave me used tire that was not the best, but it worked. The second time, They gave me a tire with a bubble in the sidewall. The tire had the inside tread missing like someone carved it with a sharp screwdriver. I will take the used tire back to them on monday to give it back to them. I had to go to another place to replace my tire the next day because it was dangerous. I have called my bank to cancel the charges. I will never go back there. This the worst service I have received from any place. There are other used tire places. This place is the worst and they will cheat you. Also, you better know spanish so you know what they are saying. They could be saying, "give him the bad tire, punto".

Horrible customer Service - the people who pick up the phone have no interest in helping and can barely understood them , Yes, they show they have all this tires on their website and when you call they are out of it. I ordered them online for my son to pick them up - I had printed the receipt , we have the same last name and address on our license and bill and they would not install them. Which means I had to take off work earlier so I could drive there just to show them my ID. First and last time I bought tires with them.

I called around a couple places and they are quick to get you on and off the phone. I drove the extra miles to go here because they were very nice over the phone. And I'm happy I did. I would give this place zero stars if i could. I'm the type of person where if the business can't help me, I would still applaud its customer service. Not the case here!!! I came early one morning to get two new front tires. When I went on the website, they showed several in my price range. When I went, they only had ONE tire...ONE FRIGGIN TIRE...in my size. So first piece of advice is to call before you go and don't rely on the website inventory. OK, you only have one tire in my size, can I order the tires? Yeah....was the entire response. OK, let's do that. "What tire you want?" Well, is there a catalog of tires I can view? Blank stare..You want this tire? UGH!!!!! Finally we go into the technician's office and he looks up tires to order and comes back with one option...at this point, I'm just ready to leave. At no point did he show any interest in providing customer service even though we were trying to give him business. I do not recommend this place. If you're looking for cheap new and used tires and EXCELLENT customer service, go to K&K tires. Don't believe me, check out their yelp reviews. That place is awesome.

The ppl are just dumb as they come. they broke my bolts on my wheels because they dont know how to change a forgien tire stay away they will end up costing u more money tgan it's worth. go to tire spot in rt 40 Catonsville, they are way better. I found this repair shop on google, after an unfortunate incindent on a local roadway with some debri. I was expecting to be overly upsold and "told what I needed". This was not the case, the gentleman here seemed very concerned with my issues, and helped me to fix my exploded tire fast and got me on my way.... ALL at a p[rice that I feel I got the better of the deal, which these days we all know is rare. Thank you guys and I look forward to doing all my future tire buisness with these folks.

I found some tires I was interested in online for a reasonable price for what you were getting. When I called the shop to inquire if it was in stock or if they could install it they tried to either talk me out of getting the tires or flat out telling me that they were not able to help me with those specific tires. Okay, fine. When I told them I am in need of four new tires and I need them as soon as possible they told me that they’re not able to help me and I need to order them online. I am not sure if it was a communication error or what not but the BJ’s less than a mile away is where end up getting four new tires.

These guys are great. I have a 2019 Jeep. I had a slow leak and made an appt with the dealer. They said it could not be repaired and a new tire was $260. After waiting 2 hours they had still not taken my car into the garage. I asked how much longer and was told 2-3 hours ( for a new tire)!!!!! I took my keys and drove to Tire House. I asked if they had my tire in stock and the cost. The guy asked me what was wrong and I told him about the slow leak. He said let me look at it. He come back within 3 minutes and said “ you don’t need a new tire, I can fix that tire.” 20 min and $25 later- my tire was fixed. I have since driven it to Va Beach and back with no loss of air. This place will not rip you off or make you wait hours!!

Prices are high. There are less expensive places that sell used tires in the area. For just mounting and balancing your own tires, they charge more than Mr Tire, Good Year and Firestone. Why go to a shop off the beaten path through a dirt road to pay more when you can get the same form more reputable places. When they do mount the tires, no one uses a torque stick and will over torque your lug nuts. If you ever have a flat, you will not be able to take the lug nuts off by hand. In addition, the method they use strips the lug nuts as well, therefore ruining them. People working on your car do not speak English and will not understand any and all concerns. If you care about your vehicle avoid at all costs.

Great Experience! I had a spare tire on one and fix a flat in another so I needed 2 tires changed and mounted. The associate that I dealt with was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I did not feel like I was swindled into anything extra and the price was extremely fair. Everyone was happy and smiling and I felt like they cared about my car as well as what I needed done. They were finished before the time they quoted me and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I will definitely be back here. Thank you guys :)
