I came in for a leaky tire and was surprised by a total Goodyear makeover. They provide valet service and will drop you where you'd like to go and then bring your car to you. Next time, I will have them pick up my car or service my car at my house. Incredibly convenient and employees who are really excited to be working with this new concept. Edwin dropped me at my house and was so personable and gave me great background about the store's capabilities.

I live close to this business in the Twinbrook area and drive by all the time without ever really knowing what ROLL was about. About a week ago I accidentally hit a curb and took a chunk out of the side wall of my passenger rear tire. My tires were under warranty and was able to get a new one, but still needed someone to replace the tire and balance. No appointments at this place, first come first serve. I was in and out under and hour and the price couldn’t be beat! Very good customer service, I highly recommend.

I ‘’roll’ up to this spot to get my tire checked out. Edgar and his team was super professional and informative. Not only did they patch up my tire in a timely manner but, they also cleaned my tires and rims. I couldn’t ask for better service. I know where I’m going next time when I need service for my tires. Forget dealerships (mine was Acura in Bethesda), in my experience Roll is way better than the dealership.... btw the patch up was complimentary.... maybe you’ll get lucky too!!!

I had a flat so I called my insurance company road side assistance. The rep was so rude, didn't feel like dealing with him so I put on the doughnut and drove to Roll by Goodyear. I walked in and what a pleasant greeting I received. They were booked for the day but they were accommodating because of my situation. less than 20 minutes later, I was handed my keys with a smile and the rep thanked me! Why was she thanking me when I was the one to be thankful. The employees are professional and have such great mannerism and genuine concern. My car was treated with care and consideration as though it was theirs. I was so impressed and shocked by the service I received, I walked out and forgot to tip the rep but I'm going back today because they were OUTSTANDING! I'll recommend them any day at anytime to any one. If you're not using Roll by Goodyear you're loosing out! Google them and you'll know why.

Got excellent service from the folks at Roll by Goodyear. The people here are so very nice, they drove me to my house so I didn’t have to wait while they put the new tires on my car (thank you Camilla!), and then drove my car to my house when the work was done! They also dusted my dashboard and cleaned my footwell areas. It really was fantastic. I will definitely use these guys again for my tire needs. I highly recommend them.

I drove up before they opened. On my way to work I had to fill my rear tire with air because there is a nail in it. Goodyear checked it and they can repair it! That is a Blessing from God! I'll be able to make it to work by 8:00 am!

When my car was in the shop the first time, we had some issues, but everything was sorted out by the Roll team. The valet service team was also wonderful! I went to this new tire shop after a trip I had made from Connecticut to the Rockville area and had a problem with one of the new tires I had recently purchased. The store manager, Edgar, was very responsive, quickly ordered a new tire and resolved the situation in a very professional manner. Although I did not use the mobile service, I love the concept of having tires replaced or repaired at your home or work location. I would definitely return to this store for tire service.

Brought my car in after a tire pressure indicator lit up on my dashboard. They did a thorough check (no tails and no tire damage), and replaced the air valve on the tire...all for no charge.

On 11 January 2018, I took my vehicle to Roll by Goodyear, located in Rockville MD for a tire replacement due to a flat tire. Roll Goodyear Rockville representative, Edwin J was advised numerous times throughout the service that the tire were under warranty. The warranty was issued at Hogan’s and Sons’ Goodyear in Leesburg, VA in late 2018. Good year representative Edwin J expressed he called the Goodyear claims department and no warranty existed in the computer. I inquired about the tire warranty to Hogan and Sons’ who expressed I was indeed under warranty and counseled me to provide the number to Edwin J. They provided me an invoice that illustrated my tire warranty. Edwin J was presented the invoice, but still expressed disbelief. Despite Hogan and Sons’ expressing I was indeed under warranty, Edwin J ignored the claim and said, “He does not know what number to use for the warranty because Leesburg VA is under a different Goodyear system”. In addition, his initial price charged for the one tire change was $240 US Dollars. Edwin J also advised I would need to take my car from Rockville MD to Leesburg, VA despite using a donut (temporary tire). Keep in the mind the distance between the Roll and Leesburg, VA is 40.2 miles. The most that a donut can be driven upon is 25 miles so Edwin J’s recommendation to take the car to Leesburg VA for the warranty to be honored was not only ignorant, but more importantly dangerous. Edwin J offered a discount indicating the price was going to be dramatically reduced for the transaction. However, upon picking up the car, the price was reduced to only $197.95. I am deeply dissatisfied with Edwin J’s caliber of service. He is an untrustworthy representative that should not represent Goodyear and I will encourage everyone to NOT take their vehicles for service to Roll by Goodyear. Avoid it like the plaque and the current government shutdown! I intend to send a letter to the main Goodyear office to get a refund and demand an informal apology for experiencing the fraud that is Edwin J of Roll by Goodyear located in Rockville MD.

Excellent service!!! I arrived a bit late to my appointment but nonetheless the valet service was right on time. My car was dropped off to me at my workplace before the time I even expected. Everyone was nice and diligent. I am very satisfied with the price I paid considering how expensive tires can be. I now feel safe on the road and I am very happy with my brand new tires. I highly recommend roll by Goodyear because they are fast, efficient and very nice. Thanks again for making my experience a great one!

I had a TPMS valve breakdown on me in the middle of the road which caused a flat tire I got stuck in the middle of the road and the spare wheel was also stuck and I had to call roadside assistance I came here and they helped me in a very professional way they replaced my tire and in the process they made a small mistake which they told me about and they were very sincere these guys are not your usual "let's make up stuff and then charge the customer" kind of shop but rather a professional one. like my dad always said "we're not rich enough to buy cheap stuff" and today I witnessed that. I got service that I wouldn't have gotten in any other place. A special thanks to the lady that helped me in the front desk I think her name was Janelle.

Don't get me wrong, Costco is still my favorite store in the world but for tires, Roll has earned me as a customer for life. Today was my 2nd time using Roll in Rockville and between the price matching and the service , I can't think of a reason to ever go anywhere else. Cheavaun treated me like I was his most important customer of the day and Jose treated my car like it was his. Uber changed the taxi business and Amazon has redefined retail and Roll has created a whole new way to buy tires. Now if they start selling a hot dog and a soda for $1.50, Costco might start to worry :)

Ive given up on Roll. The first time I went, they didnt have time to mount my tire. I went again another time calling ahead and arriving exactly when I promised. They said they couldnt mount my tire for several hours. I ended up going to Quick tires on Randolph nearby. They had the wheel done in 15 minutes.

Roll by Goodyear on Rockville Pike is legit! Imagine all the hassle of buying tires, dropping off the car and waiting gone! Roll comes to your house or picks your car up at no additional charge. Super convenient and I get time back (having kids, that’s so important)! Ask for Edgar, he’s personable and beyond helpful! Good going Goodyear!

The worst service I’ve ever had. I bought five brand new tires, a new spare tire also. When I got the car back I had groceries I open my trunk and they never put the spare tire where it belonged they left it just on top of my trunk not in the place it belongs .I would never recommend this company ever tell anybody. I just had a great experience at Roll! I was very frustrated because I had been to two other tire places and the service people didn't even acknowledge me. I fortunately then finally went to Roll. Martinique at Roll was fabulous! She greeted me right away, took me out to the car to inspect the tires, gave me tire options, had the car put in for service right away and arranged for a ride to my office while the work was being done. She just called me to say my car is on its way back to my office so no lost time in my work day going to pick it up. Go to Roll next time you need tires because they have great service and great prices.
