The alignment guys here do a fantastic job. I do quite a bit of long distance driving (cross country) and these guys always get the alignment perfectly on my Ford E-350 -- makes for a much easier driving experience when the vehicle is not wandering to one side.

Bought tires online and had them delivered to this location. I arrived at my scheduled time for my tires but realized I needed an alignment so I one requested that day. I was told I needed an appointment to do so but they could fit me in. Two months later after my car drove off center I find out from another shop that the alignment was never performed. 90 dollar scam! Beware!

This company kicks butt. We were stranded in our RV, in a Walmart parking lot in Gettysburg. After spending HOURS yesterday and this morning trying to find someone to help us, I found Rice tire. They sent a technician out right away. Thanks to them we are back on the road. GREAT PRICE considering we were stuck and they could have taken advantage of the situation. I stopped in without an appointment, knowing that I had a broken exhaust pipe. They evaluated the truck within a couple hours, and at my request did an oil change. The repair that the truck needed required welding to be done the best. Tony gave me the honest opinion that I should take it to a muffler shop for the fix since they could do it at about half the cost, and fix through welding instead of clamps. It was good knowing that they weren't just trying to take my money to make a buck. That's honesty. They were able to get my truck back to me in time for me to take it to another shop and get my truck repaired same day. The oil change was also the cheapest I've ever paid for on my truck! Definitely will turn to them for rotations and alignment in the future. They won my business by turning me down :)

I took a flat tire in. The folks at Rice looked it over immediately, showed me that the hole is through the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. They offered to replace immediately, but I needed to come back with my car the next morning since I'd stopped on way to work. In short, their service was prompt, capable, courteous, and friendy.

After they installed tires, they told me I desperately needed many hundreds of dollars of work or I would ruin the tires by driving on it . I smelled a rat since I had the car recently inspected. I declined their work and I took the car to my regular mechanic who looked over their work estimate. He said there was absolutely nothing that any honest mechanic could possibly find that was wrong or even slightly out of spec with my car. I recommend staying away from Rice Tire.

These guys get you in and out quickly, which is a huge plus when you're working with restrictions on the amount of hours a day you're allowed to run a big truck.

Called. John answered, I ask "Do you repair exhaust?" John replied Well.......Yes as long as we don't have to weld or fabricate. Ok well you don't repair it you replace, or try to, the entire exhaust system. So Johns answer should of been No ,Mam we don't repair BUT for an outrageous amount (1000.00) we will replace for you!!! How do you know the entire exhaust was bad? You could not of checked it due to the broken flex pipe! Took you over about an hour to tell me that it would cost 998.00+ to "fix" my exhaust. Oh and charged me 24.00 to tell me that. This all on a 90 day old inspection sticker done by them!! Told me during inspection my emergency cable was worn BUT not a word about a rusted out lose apparently leaking exhaust. Got a FREE (hands on) Estimate to "FIX" my exhaust for a tenth of what you wanted to charge, from Bills Muffler. Thanks at least for that.

These guys know rubber. Professional staff in the front store. Professional technicians in the shop. Saw their road service vehicle on the Interstate working an 18 wheeler....good job. Came in on a flatbed with a 31 year old Bentley that had 16 year old tires (1 blown) and wheel locks but no key. Rolled back on the road with a new round of rubber 2 hours later. They do the difficult stuff right away.....the impossible stuff may take a little bit longer. Thanks, guys!

I've been coming here for the past 5 years and I've almost always left satisfied with the work that has been done. Staff is friendly, and the mechanics do good work. The prices are reasonable (I'm sure there are other shops that are cheaper), but I'll trade a few extra dollars for a shop that has integrity.

Friendly, courteous, helpful, and speedy service. Traveling down the Interstate, one of the tires on our car dolly went flat, I took it to Rice, we talked about why our dolly's having so many flats (third one this trip), and they advised we step up to a higher load-bearing class. The last two tire stores had no advise to offer and just sold us the same ol', same ol'. The rest of our trip was uneventful, tire-wise, that is!

I came to Rice Tire for a replacement tire on a semi trailer and waited 2.5 hours for service. To top things off, the tire and labor was significantly higher than it was at another tire shop for the same exact tire, $544.00 compared to $361.00. But at least the staff was pleasant......and so was the other tire shop!

They have great services are on the pricey side but they do great work so its worth it they do use parts you buy they only use 5he ones they buy so they can warranty the parts for 1 year! Thats the only part that stinks!
