I came to Radial back in 1987 for my Porsche 944, and over the years they have been the goto place for anything Tire or Rim based. They supplied street tires for our cars, race tires for the track, fixed bent rims, loaned me tires when time was critical. Paul answered time pressure recommendations over the phone for track condition during races. I have never asked about price because I know they are the fairest business I have meet. When I lost a tire in NJ, they found a shop that could bail me out (they even offered to send up a tire on a rim to bail me out. Why would you ever not go to them?? 5+ stars

I've been going to Radial Tire for all of our family vehicles for 10+ years. That has included two Porsches, two BMW's and several Acura's and Hondas. It didn't matter whether I was coming in for a $1,500 set of tires on a 911 or a $600 set of tires on a Honda Accord, they provide the same exceptional customer service, and price competitiveness, consistently. Last time I went in with our Accord after Ourisman Honda tried to sell me overpriced original OEM replacements, Radial said original tires were still good for another 5k+ miles, rotated them for free, and sent me home without making a nickel. Class act, all around.

First off I want to say that the person who helped me (BILL) was AMAZING and FRIENDLY. He was really kind to me when I first stepped through the door. I needed to get all four tires replaced and I had explained to him that I was on a budget. He was very friendly and assured me that he would try his best to find me good new tires that fits my budget. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced (TAMIKA) gave my two children coloring pages and some crayons, she even gave them blank white paper so they could draw some more while we waited in the lobby. I loved the customer service so much that I will be getting my tires from them from now on. GOOD JOB EVERYONE :)

I went to Radial Tire after one of my tires exploded. At first, it looked like Radial only had new tires available. I was looking for a used tire for about $50. I told them that. They gave me exactly that, and then checked the pressure on all my tires. They had 100 PSI which would explain the explosion. They reset my tire monitor system sensors and restored my headlights as a courtesy. I didn’t have to wait long; but while I was waiting, I had some coffee. It was so good. I also had another customer tell me I was at the right place. That’s never happened to me at an automotive business. That customer was right. The service and experience was excellent. I’ll definitely go back. I definitely recommend Radial Tire.

Last night, a kind stranger pointed out that a pothole had done in my tire. Sure enough, a huge bubble poked out. I was 22 miles from home; my friend recommended Radial Tire, a few miles away. I limped to the closed store, dropped my keys the the slot with a note, and got a ride home. They replaced all four tires for a great price by 10am. If you need new tires this is the place to go!! First of all, all the dealerships get their tires from Radial tire so you are only paying more there. Honda quoted me $705 for 2 new tires. I got the same tires at Radial for $314! But even better than the price is the customer service! Tamika, the first one you see, is a ray of sunshine! She is so thoughtful and an amazing problem solver. I had a problem with the back seat of my van not folding into the floor (which Honda couldn’t fix after my car was there for 5 hours), but Tamika got Hugo, another great employee, to fix the problem in no time. It was an amazing experience! The staff couldn’t be more helpful! I would encourage anyone to go there and will be returning when i need two more tires!

Probably the most knowledgeable tire people around and fair prices. The only down side is expect to wait 2 to 3 hours to have your tires mounted. Customer service after the sale is excellent but expect to wait hours to get to your car. Best way is to leave your car with them.

Frequenting this establishment since late 2010. Paul and team have always done a fantastic job on all tire related matters. From patching a (run) flat tire, rotating tires, swapping winter to summer tires, and vice versa, to replacing tires on all four corners on all of our vehicles. Truly professionals that speak tires. Not once have I had any disappointment. Radial tire is also a great place for your racing tire needs. Last, but not least, their pricing is great. I much prefer to deal with a local shop, than order my tires from TireRack.

This is a relatively small neighborhood shop that has a loyal following. It is a very rushed and busy place. The service assistants are knowledgeable, readily recommending options for your car. And...the price is the best in town. Service after the sale includes free flat repair and free tire rotation. The downside I'd the wait time; bring a book. Nevertheless, buy tires here once and you will become a lifetime customer.

I've been here 5 separate times and each time I continue to be impressed. I've never purchased tires from them so I can't speak to that, but I have brought them my own tires to be repaired. They got me in and out quickly and at a fair price. The other three times I was there was for an alignment. I have a heavily modified Toyota tacoma I take off road, and need a custom alignment. The tech is a really nice guy who works with me to get me exactly what I need, and always at a fair price. Best part is they're right around the corner from me! They've earned a customer for life.

The first time I went to Radial was to buy four new tires for my car. It was early but there was a long line so I waited fearing a hard upsell. Finally a salesman greeted me and asked what I wanted. I told him four new tires. He walked around my car and told me I only needed two tires. I trust them implicitly and don't go anywhere else. They fix leaks and flats gratis. While waiting, I go to the Salvadoran cafe down the hill for a comida tipica. Radial is trustworthy. I wish they did more than tires.

Great service with one exception. My lug nuts are way way way overtightened. I'm 220 lbs and standing/bouncing on a 1 foot long lug wrench and they would not budge. Factory spec is 75 foot pounds, so they overtightened by a factor of 3+. I just replaced rotors and pads right before coming here!!! This may warp my rotors, and how is my wife or daughter supposed to be able to change a flat tire on the side of the road? This tells me they are using an impact gun and no torque wrench installing the wheels, TERRIBLE!!!!! Edit - Within minutes after posting this, the owner Bill reached out to me with an explanation and solution that was wildly beyond my expectations. He personally made things right IMMEDIATELY, on a Sunday morning when his shop was closed, and the situation was completely resolved for me within 2 hours. He committed to meeting first thing Monday morning with his techs to rectify the situation. He is a person of highest integrity and will be getting all my wheel/tire business in the future. I changed this review from one star to five stars because of his response. If only all business owners had this level of integrity and customer service!!!

I hit a pothole on my way to work and managed to bust my tire and bend my wheel. I got in touch with six other tire shops in the area, and all of them recommended I buy a new wheel over repairing my current one. I was extremely frustrated, but then I managed to find my lucky number 7 - Radial Tire. I drove in to show them my tire in the morning and by lunch, they were able to repair my wheel and replace my balding tires. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I am so grateful I went into the shop. Thank you so much!

I was refered to Radial Tire by a friend. He gave the him praises and that's rare for him. I usually buy my tires from a different company but i decided to give Radial a shot at my business. Boy am I glad i did!! The service is nothing short of PHENOMENAL!! Every employee I talked to or interacted with, was awesome!! Very personable, knowledgable and friendly. They stay extremely busy with lots of customers but some how they manage to make you feel like you're the only customer there. I had the best experience today with Tamika at Radial Tire on Brookville Rd in Silver Spring. She not only made sure i was taken care of with my car. I had a nail in my tire. I mentioned that I was hungry and she told me about the food truck adjacent to the property. She also suggested I could make myself comfortable upstairs and enjoy my meal while I wait for my car. Once my car was done one of the techs accidentally took my work keys instead of my car keys. She recognized that they were not my car keys and ran back out to catch me before I pulled out of the parking lot. Thanks to Tamicka I will be able to get into my office tomorrow morning abd not have to double back and retrace my steps for my work keys. I have a special car and needed new tires. I’d gotten my last set here and was impressed with how efficient and professional, yet friendly, they were. My wheels were also getting pretty ugly, corroded by road salt. They guided me with lots of personal attention to get just the right wheels and tires. The car looks great, I’d shopped online and know I got a great deal, and even the owner helped with the “pit stop”, making sure everything was done right, although his team clearly knows what they’re doing. I recommend Radial tire without any reservation and, judging from how popular they are, I guess others feel like I do.

A coworker recommend this place. Although he hasn't been here in years, it was just as he described. They helped me on two separate occasions: first to replace two front tires I purchased from TireRack. Later I found out I could have purchased them for less at Radial Tire. Doh! Then I had a screw in my rear tire so I came back. They were able to repair my run flat tire. Huge cost savings. I also bought a road hazard protection plan for about $110 for all 4 tires. Keep in mind the front tires cost me $250 each and the rear cost $360 each. Worth it. Highly recommend arriving before they open, as many people prefer this place for their tire needs.

I recently had a superb experience with Radial Tire Company and they epitomized providing "excellent customer service." On Monday, June 17, 2019 I bought 4 new tires for my 2007 Toyota Corolla CE. Late in the evening of June 17th I emailed Radial because I had some questions about the new tires that I bought and questions about a different particular tire and possibly exchanging the 4 new tires I bought for the other particular tire. On the early morning of Tuesday, June 18th when I checked my email before going to work I was astonished to find a response by Radial. The email response was a thorough articulation addressing my questions, explained some things, and indicated that I could exchange the tires. And on Tuesday, June 18th Radial even called me to talk about my questions and address any other questions, issues, concerns, etc. On Wednesday, June 19th I brought my car in to Radial to exchange the tires and everything went smoothly without a hitch. The people in the Radial office are so professional, polite, courteous, and customer friendly.

**update: I took my car in for an oil change a week later to be told that my alignment, done at radial, was way off. It’s disappointing the work Radial did for over $100 lasted less than a week. Very friendly service, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Two tires and an alignment took about 2.5 hours. It’s nice to see a local small business have quality service. My dad has bought tires here since the 70's. There is no secret why he keeps going back. Radial Tire is one of the worst kept secrets in the DC area. I called them to see about a set of tires to replace the original set. They had over 17 different tires in stock! The sales person asked me questions and gave me a couple of choices and I went with his suggestion. If this was the end of the review it would be an amazing review, but to top it off, the prices are good. They don't gauge you, they don't sell you something just to sell it to you, they sell you what you need at a reasonable price.

Have bought my tires here for years. Forget about internet tires, these guys are same or close on price & who needs the hassle of coordinating with 2 places versus 1 to get your tires installed. On top of that they provide ADVICE on what's best for your car. They also stand behind their products and make you whole when these is an issure. Last time there they replaced a sensor they had installed previously having an issue and didn't charge me. Prior time got 2 new tires they recommemded, and car drives more responsively. Adam knows his products.

Great place. Great customer service. I brought some new rims for my car and i came here so they could get mounted onto tires, and boy did they do a great job. Putting on gloves and being very careful with them as they mount them like if they were they're own. The wait can sometimes be long, but it's worth it!

Phenomenal service when my tire got punctured in two spots. Same day service since it was an emergency for me. They updated all my tires since they needed them anyway for a good price. Plus one of the employees brought a dog to work that day and actually evaluated my car with the dog. That just about made my day! But aside from the pup they really were tremendously friendly and knowledge with a great selection of tires.

I have been coming here for almost 14 years now. They have the best tires and you can get all 4 RACING TIRES for the price you pay for 1 tire at a dealership and get better quality tires then at "fast food type" chain stores. This isn't like a " you get what you pay for" it's you get oh so much more. They are warranted for life of tires and they plug them for free...instead of making you buy a new one. It is first come first serve so bring a tablet or laptop, they have FREE WIFI and they are fairly quick...on weekdays. I do drop off since I work close by. I did have an issue this last time but they fixed as quick as possible and were very sincere with the apologies. I made sure that was not reflected in how much I love this company! 3 cars have been getting tires from here since 2004 Mazda got its first set of Toyo tires. Love at first drive!!!

Once again I find myself here at Radial Tire. The fact is, I have trusted them with tire issues for two cars now, and I can't think of any area establishment that I would take my car at this point. Whenever I have brought the car in, the mechanics have offered clear diagnosis of the issue and potential options to address said issues. When purchased there, tires have had nails etc. removed, been patched at an extraordinarily low cost....a few times FREE of charge! Most important when there was no issue, they said so and sent me on my way. I recommend them without reservation. The waiting room says it all...it is never empty!

I always have a great experience at radial tire, whether it’s buying replacement tires for a car or like this time where I thought I had a nail in my tire and sat it waiting room reading a book while they checked it out. I must have just seen a rock in my tread because no nail was found this time. Last time, there was a nail and they saved me $200+ by fixing rather than replacing my tire. I got to see Sam (who was apparently visiting from his home in park city UT and just helping out). I remember him from the early 80’s when I first went to radial. They still treat everyone with respect and help them get what’s right for them and their car.

I had my tires replaced here. They have the lowest price for quality tires. The services was pretty quick. It only took me an hour and half to get in and out. The staff was friendly and helpful. My colleague referred me to call them for best prices. I bought Toyo tires a brand that I personally never heard of but they have a great warranty. The tire specialist said they are the most reliable and quite tires. I would recommend anyone need to replace tire or Aliment to visit Radial Tires.

Whether its installing low profile tires on 19 inch rims, sealing 3 piece rims due to an air leak, or installing tires of my Raptor rims they do it all. replaced 2 tires waiting for more than 2 hours which is understandable. But next day tire pressure check on light showed so I need to stop by one of the auto shop for checking on tire pressure. They said one of the tire pressure was 45 out of 32 and 2 front 29/32 Honda Civic average gauge.. It was shocked.. I pick this shop because one of my friends’ strong recommendation. Extremely disappointed guys! checking on tire pressure after replaced is the easiest job required.
