If i could rate this place with no star's i would. I spent a lot of money at this place and when i picked my vehicle up it still had the problems i wanted fixed,,,i took it back multiple times and always had to give more money for parts my vehicle didn't need to still have my problems that i wanted fixed in the first place,,,i could say alot more,

I take all my cars to these guys including my performance mustang you see in the picture . You don't just take these cars to any place and have some 22 year old be in charge of your show car. However this place is adult owned and operated. The staff is very professional and they go to great length to fix the problems without creating new ones. The place is very clean and they have always been very flexible with my work schedule. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Went for an alignment. They made me pay upfront before job was complete, made me sit for an hour and a half then came out and told me they couldnt perform the alignment and that i wasnt getting my money back, do no go here at all they are crooks

I went I'm twice for both of my vehicles, they are very nice, and helpful. One of my cars is a Fiat and they have small tires. They ordered a whole set for the car, so in case I ever need one they have them! Definitely would recommend them!

Yesterday I emailed them for a quote on 4 tires for my car in less than 24 hours they emailed me back with 4 quotes of different tires in stock. All the quotes included everything mount, balance, and taxes included so no surprises when I arrived today to have the work done. Jeff, Daniel, and unfortunately I forgot the technician's name were all welcoming and accommodating throughout the whole process. They were done just over an hour with 4 used tires mounted, and balanced with an added alignment for under $400. Well done gentlemen I will be back again if I need anymore work done on my car.

The staff at Pope Tire were are exceptional! They helped me find and install a used tire for a good price. Daniel at the front desk made sure I was in and out in less than an hour. Also I neeeded new wheel covers, so I purchased some near by and Jim and Mike put them on for no charge! This place is highly recommended!

I took my car in for a knocking noise in the suspension they had my car for 3 days stating it was a tie rod I received a call a day later stating they have to replace inner and outer tierods and the steering rack.before taking the car in I took before and after pictures of my vehicle showing there was no damage to the vehicle to protect myself due to issues I had at other shops upon picking up my car I found paint chips to the few month old paint job and they had stripped my lugs and lug key and the noise and problem I took it in for still exists and there was grease prints all over the vehicle . be aware before taking your car to pope tire.i paid $1,500 only to have the owner say that it's not their problem my car was damaged and that they didn't do the damages.when I showed before and after pictures because of problems I had at other shops before the owner Jeff told me to call where I bought my rims and lugs to have them replace them because the material wasn't the type of material the lugs and key should be made of so $1,500 worth of work is going to cost me a quarter of that to fix the paint and replace the lugs and key they damaged.i will not return to pope tire.

Complete waste of your money. Will leave your property damaged and try to charge you for anything they can think of. They chose to charge my sister for anything they could think of and damaged several things on her vehicle causing her to spend over 1k at another shop because they refused to fix what they messed up. The owner was too arrogant to speak to her the day of the issues. How can you be a business owner if you can't even help customers???

last Friday, I called around to 10 different tire shops, I was either turned away or told it would be a 2-3 hour wait, I called Pope Tire, the friendly woman said they would take care of it quickly, surly they did, I only needed a single tire replaced on my car, thank you! Kind, helpful, super fast service, friendly customer service, I plan on returning next time I need new tires!

BEWARE!! PLEASE READ!! I took my rare collectors vehicle to have work done at the Frederick St location. While dropping the vehicle off I made a request to the technician and the secretary to not allow anyone to drive my vehicle under any circumstances other than pulling it in and out of the shop and was promised that my request would be honored. I did not want my 750hp car beat on or abused, I just wanted the work performed and if there was any issues with the car I would let the mechanic know upon driving it myself. I previously had one of my vehicles crashed by a mechanic at a different shop and I shared this with the mechanic who was performing the work and again he promised he would not drive my car. Before leaving the shop I snapped a picture of my odometer to have as protection and proof. Hours later I came back to pick up my car I paid my $450 bill was handed my keys back and when I entered my car I noticed that my car had been driven nearly a mile. Doesn't sound like a lot but it is long enough to hot rod my car and potentially crash it. I walked back into the shop where I was greeted by the secretary and I told her that I had two issues. 1. That I needed my old parts back and 2. My car had been driven nearly a mile even though I made it very clear I did not want my vehicle driven. At this point to my astonishment this woman began yelling at me accusing me of being a liar even though I had photographic proof to back my complaint. She continued to get louder and louder and than accused me of yelling at her even though I never once raised my voice. She yelled at me in front of other customers and my spouse. She proceeded to tell me that my car was driven around the building just to pull it in to their garage which I know is a lie because they're building is not a mile in length. Quickly realizing that I was dealing with a very irrational person I decided to cut my losses and leave their location. On the ride home I called the other location and requested to speak to the owner at which point I was told that he was gone for the day and would return my call on Monday. I waited over two weeks for a return call that never came. So I called again. To my surprise the owner (Jeff) told me that the reason he did not call me back is because I was being an outrageous customer and that I was yelling at people and that basically my request to not have my vehicle driven was ridiculous. He interrupted me continuously spoke down to me and insisted that I was the one in the wrong. He adamantly defended his employees behavior and mentioned how hard it is to find good people to work for him so when he finds one he needs to keep them. "So what do you want me to do fire everyone in the shop and close down my business". This was one of his hilarious comments. I guess his definition of a good employee is quite different than mine. Anyway I do not have the space or time to fully describe the outlandish behavior from all parties involved from Pope Tire but I will say find another shop if you want to be treated with some basic respect. And just a sidenote the backlash was not set properly and my gears wine like hell. Guess I will be doing the job myself anyway. Great job Pope Tire keep up the good work.

Fortunate for us, Pope Tire was the closest tire center in the area. Their help was a true blessing. They were not only capable of replacing our tire but also repairing our trailer as well. Quick service and what not but they also replaced the wrong broken axle on my truck. Then replaced the right axle after I complained and it ended up costing an extra axle worth of money. Then, to make it worse, they didn't perform the tire rotation but made me buy it
