Took my car in for MD state inspection and a "check engine" warning light. Very professional and friendly service. Inspection completed in 45 min and received detailed explanation for "check engine light" issues without feeling forced to do repairs on the spot. Will definitely return and let them take care of all repairs.

REALLY?? When I picked up my car it was clear that someone had taken a nap in the passengers seat. When I confronted the person who says he was the owner his comment was "what's the big deal"? REALLY...I tell you what the big deal is (1) i trusted you with my vehicle to make repairs - not have an employee take a nap in it, (2) what shop owner thinks having an employee nap in a customers car is ok?, (3) it's GROSS! and (4) it's unprofessional. IF negative stars were available you would get a negative 5.

They are simply the best. I once brought in my car because the maintenance light was on. They check it out and told me that it was just that someone had forgotten to reset the oil change counter. Even checked the oil to make sure it looked ok. No charge. I've dropped off my car before a long trip and just told them to do whatever was needed. I would NEVER trust another place to do that. Highly recommended!

As you know, I took my truck (and trailer, loaded with my precious Porsche) to a car show in New Jersey. The check-engine was brightly shining from the dashboard the whole way, up and back. Also, the "MAINT REQD" light showed on my way home. I'll be happy to return it to you some time this week. On Friday the 13th I must take it to Pittsburgh. With best wishes, Jim This was a visit to Poolesville Tire and Auto with my 2016 Audi A3 sedan to have them install four new tires which I had brought with me (in the back seat). They did a fine job for me. And I was confident they would excel this morning. With best wishes, Jim And, just the day before I retrieved my 2006 Toyota Tacoma from its long visit at the Poolesville Tire and Auto. It must have been there for two weeks. They focused their attention on the transmission, and, reading from their billing data, they replaced several solenoids. The transmission seemed perfectly smooth and well behaved on my trip home, and the Check Engine light never came on! I look forward to testing it further, and if possible I will enter an encore note. Will never take my car back there. Never had car ready on time. Always needed an extra day. I had to take the car back 4 times, for them to get it right. Finally had to fix one of the problems myself. Terrible experience.
