Car broke down on way home from beaches on a Sunday, so this was the closest and only place I could find (I live in Virginia); Monday AM received call from Parks, they were very good at explaling what the problem was and how to go about fixing it--even to the point of saying you should take it back to previous mechanic because they didn't follow through, "and, I don't want to take your money"--instant credibility and integrity

Two weeks ago I got a flat tire traveling from Fl to NY. It happened at ~11:30 at night. AAA sent a tow truck from Parks Tire & Auto Center. The driver was great. He showed me where the garage was, suggested a few hotels and drove me to one. The next morning I met with Alison(I believe). Her and the staff were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard and fast to get me back on the road. They also gave me a great price. They made a terrible situation into a positive experience. Thank you!

My wife called and scheduled to have (2) front tires replaced on our 2014 expedition as well as a front end alignment. We had the Goodyear tires ordered to match the rear tires that were relatively new. My wife was told the service was completed. She checked the receipt and seen no alignment, not a big deal. They pulled it back again and supposedly did the alignment. No paperwork showing existing measurements etc or adjustments made. Wife leaves and comes home. I look over the truck and notice they put the tires on inside out and don’t match the rear. So now I have two tires with white lettering and two black? Also missing center cap. Wife called to inquire about center cap and was told they would look around and call back. Never received any call back. Had to buy new cap our selves. Would not recommend at all. Poor service and poor customer service experience. Will never repeat.

I was going down rt 50 west toward the bay bridge and my GPS said there was multiple accidents ahead. I looked in my rear view and saw park tires flatbed with his beacon lights on weaving through traffic and literally driving off the road to get around people. I thought a little much but he's trying to clear the road from the accident but no after he passed by a minute later he was off the road writing up a bill for an unattended white suv not wrecked and several feet off the road. No where near an urgent need for "rescuing". What is wrong with these people? I mean aren't the beacon lights supposed to be for when on scene, possibly under tow or maybe when on the way to an actual urgent call like an accident... Not an unattended tow nowhere near impeding traffic. And you wonder why us tow truck drivers get a bad name people like this.

I had a coupon for the car care package , $39. It said it would be more for synthetic oil. I told them up front it was a Yukon and needed synthetic oil. She quoted me a cost of$69. I got the bill at the end -$89! Plus, I noticed my floor mat was filthy with grease. The steering wheel, driver's door and running board had to be cleaned too. Not happy. Only thing good was the quick service.

Family owned and run...and you can feel it, they genuinely took the time with me as a new customer. I came in for winter maintenance during the snow storm. They completed the servicing and did not find any mysterious issues to falsely inflate the bill. I received a call letting me know that I could keep it there until the weather & roads became safer to travel out in! Nice.

Called them to ask if they had specific tire was told yes.. OK I go in sit for an hour and 15.mins just to be told the guy was trying to put a 16".rim on my 15" rim what!!! Then to be told they really didn't have my size tire..what a waste and how incompetent is the men that works there. Won't b going back or recommending them to nobody.

I called AAA, and they sent BILL, from Parks Tire & Auto in Grasonville,MD. He was there insane FAST, was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and changed my flat tire in a flash. Best road side service I have ever received. A+++++

Roadside assistance called these guys to come help me with a flat tire. They were supposed to be out in 45 minutes but took nearly two hours just to hear from them. They gave me the run around when I called in for an update and then got an attitude when I called them out for it. They never came. Honestly, no stars.

Parks did my road side assistance got to me quickly I called while the driver was hooking me up got a very friendly employee instead of towing me home he took me to parks and had me all fixed up and back on the road in a jiffy ... Definitely awesome business and staff mind you this was 4 pm Friday I'm sure most like me just want to go home not have a late call

Needed a tire on the way to a car show. We're from Virginia, this was the first place we found and glad we did! Very friendly crew, very helpful and fair. Had a whole crew of people and cars and they were very understanding of our situation.

Do NOT allow your car to be towed here. They not stand behind the supposed new parts they install even when the car breaks down and has to be towed the next day after they work on it.

Absolutely horrible shop first we get towed there and we called the next morning about getting tires but they didnt have the correct tires and kept trying to sell us their tires so we decided to buy them ourselves and bring them so we get the tires at 4 and called them saying we are on our way to have them put on we hit traffic and get there around 5:20 and they proceeded to tell is they couldn’t put the tires on tonight because they didnt take appointments past 4:30 which they did not tell us when we called at 4 and then tried to say they hadnt heard from us since 8 that morning which was a BLANTANT lie then proceeded to tell us that since we didnt buy tires from them they were’t going to do it pretty much saying that since we didnt pay them for the wrong product that they dont care about us and said that they had a customer that brought their car there at 2 and it wasn’t ready yet and it was almost 6 (which just says they are incompetent) and they overcharge for services ,then they proceeded to tell is that they didnt want out business. Long story short you’ll have more luck training a monkey to fix your car then you would getting decent service out of them avoid at all cost Re to the owner: at no point did i threaten you so once again you are proving yourself a liar, when he called at 4:00pm you should have disclosed that you didn’t take anything past 4:30 instead you let us waste our time driving across the bridge dropping off tires that we got for cheaper than you could have gotten them for because you knew in your head that we had no other option at that moment, you are a scam artist and i wouldn’t trust you to replace a single lug nut let alone the whole tire ( which takes no time at all)

Stay clear. Ordered my tires online chose these people for install, got appointment, confirmed, get there at my scheduled appointment and no one knows anything. Excuse? We dont know and we have nothing to do with the online orders. Well, thats od since Good Year name is on the outside of your shop and they said the tires were delivered and signed by your employee. I thought I was getting a Great deal buying online and instead I got no tires and a statement to pay for tires I dont have. I dont think so. Crazy! Be ware

If I could give them negative stars I would. Brought my vehicle in for under carriage work and went to pick it up and my tire was flat. I was told that it wasnt their fault even though the car wasnt left like that. The owner..a nasty obese woman who was clearly racist was short tempered and nasty when I informed her that regardless if the stem was rusted or not it wasnt broken when I left it and being that the work required the tire to be removed...somewhere along the lines of being repaired it was damaged. This haggard witch told me I had to leave her shop bc she would only replace it with a non censored part bc she didnt want to take responsibility for the damage. Understanding her point from a business mind i was accepting of that ans asked for an explanation as to what the difference would mean for me..and all hell broke loose. Either way it was fixed. 2 weeks later my husband called for an estimate for another repair and the man that answered the phone stated verbatim "I've already given you this estimate 4 times" so now what do you want? I hung up the phone for my husband. The sad part is we had the previously given estimate in hand but wanted to know what the cost would be if we brought the needed parts ourselves..( I get a good military discount on parts..and every cent saved helps my household). Even if it were to get the estimated quote a 5th time..who cares? WHERE'S THE CUSTIMER SERVICE? This is what happens when you deal with disgusting people in services. Why are you in that position if you have a nasty disposition? I was ok with a 2nd chance but I refuse to allow anyone to disrespect me or my husband when I'm spending my hard earned money at your business as a choice not a necessity and you are a disgusting..unworthy pond scum of a devil with no humanity.

Wonderful service!! We could not thank Bill enough! It was a beautiful spring day (very lucky!) in April and our car died on Rt. 50 on way back from DE with family. We have two little ones and our main concern was to get them (and us) off the highway as quickly as possible. Bill was so calm, personable, professional, and assured us not to worry because he would get us and our car to the closest mechanic. Thank you Bill! We greatly appreciate YOU and for keeping us safe - please know that it means so much more to us than a review could ever express. Luke loved the cool ride in the truck and Ben did too! There are so many good people in the world and you are one of them! Bill also recommended (without being asked - just offered the suggestion) that Kent Island Sedan Service (KISS) would be helpful to get home given all our luggage we had with the kiddos. UBER in that area isn't that great and KISS was so great as well! Thank you again, Bill! Keep up the great work!
