I had plugged my tire but it was still slowly leaking, so I went in to get a new tire. They could have taken advantage of that situation and sold me a tire, but instead they just patched mine properly and saved me about $80. That's a great way to build up customer trust!

On 9-26-12, I took my wifes Audi in for a MD state inspection. They recommended that i replace the lower control arms on the front of the car because of WORN BUSHINGS.... that will cost $600 for the control arms + labor. Bushings are inexpensive ($15.00), rubber parts that are meant to wear over time and then be replaced so that you wont have to replace more expensive parts, ie control arms. I was really insulted because if i didnt have a mechanical backround i would have believed them. THEY PURPOSELY MISLEAD CUSTOMERS TO THINK THEY NEED MORE EXPENSIVE REPAIRS..... hundreds of dollars more than you need to spend. Honesty is worth more than silver and gold...

Always honest and up front about the necessary repairs. You might be able to find cheaper services somewhere, but you won't find a more friendly and reliable crew that does good work. We have used them for years and would trust them with any repair big or small.

I've got to be honest i can only assume the shop has a lack of communication because i specifically explained what the problem was and they steered right around it and found a supposed new one. I had to take the car back to fix the problem twice now and it's worse than it was to begin with. So i will be returning yet a 3rd time in hopes that someone at this shop can get right. I will repost with the final results because after 3 times if you can't fix a simple pulsation in the brakes and tighten down the front wheel bearings to proper specs then my friends you are in the wrong business. Let's get it right this time Fellas.

Called triple A to tow vehicle to shop, learn about Business from commercial, however experience has been very disappointing, towed Wednesday, prior to tow called shop to inform vehicle arrivial, stated mechanical concerns, called thursday was infom vehicle being diagnosed, stop by shop Saturday morning, had to inform shop again what my concerns were, vehicle has not been look at yet, will have my vehicle towed to another shop, customer service ?

Not to happy with this place, i have went there for a while and paid the extra cost thinking, ok so there price is high so they must do good work and it is of quality. I took my truck there because the engine service light was on and i figured i will get a few other things fixed while i am at it like this loose wire i always had to hit to get the airconditioner running. So 2 days go by and i drive past there in the rain and i see my truck parked in the middle of the lot pooring down rain window and hood wide open no one working on it. I am pretty easy going so i let that slide because it is a work truck but it did irritate me. So i get the truck back and they replace a blower a timing belt and fix the engine service light. A day or so later i am driving and i feel somthing crawling around on my leg and it was a ant and it persisted i had a danm ant problem in my truck now and not only that the truck screeches when going down the road and i still have to kick the danm wire to get the air running and i was billed for all the stuff i asked them to fix. By the way all they did for the wire was put tape on it SMH. Costly service not that great been going there for a while currently looking for a better repair shop.

Took my truck here to get inspection and they do not now what they are talking about. I asked them why it did not pass inspection and they could not tell me why. So I just through $80 out the window on this inspection. Took my truck to another inspection place and it passed no problem. They should not be able to have a inspection license or even work on cars.

Great shop to take your car to for any kind of service. They are a Goodyear franchise so you get good tires. My girlfriends whole family has been taking their cars here for years and they get taken good care of. I have bought all my tires for the last 5 years here and buy the warranty it does pay off nice when you get a puncture in your tire and don't have to pay for a fix.

Very disappointed in the service and $1500.00 I spent because my truck was misdiagnosed. They were unable to recognize head gasket job versus buying a motor for a honda. Had to tow truck to Parkville Honda, they diagnosed immediately and replaced the faulty parts Melvin put on the truck. These mechanics are old enough to recognize common vehicle problems. Filing complaint with Better business Bureau. Very upset with my service.

I went there for my inspection. The older gentleman over there is very very kind and helpful. However, unfortunately there was another guy who was very rude and racist. Seeing me he came to the counter and was talking very rudely. He made me feel like an outsider. It was the first time something happened to me like this in America. I have been living here for past 10 years. I felt helpless and he even put "proud to be american" sticker on my keys.

You pay for their trial and error and it will cost you a lot! After spending $1200 and going back for the second time because my air conditioner didn't work. All I really should have spend was $360 for the second part replacement. What a rip off!

Recently had my Toyota Rav 4 looked at for an emissions problem. The cost I felt was a little high for simply changing two ox sensors which are very easy to change. The customer service is very good and they always seem to be able to work you in no matter how busy they are.
