Last year I took my Acura to Chad, after having taken it to 13 other shops in Glen Burnie area to get a new tire on a rim that had deflated. Well I took it to Mr. Tires awhile back (on ritchie hwy across from La Fontaine Bleu--NO One go there!!) and they screwed up my wheel locks without letting me know, so no shop had a universal lock to unscrew my wheel lock on my rim and they also didn't want to mess them up because they were expensive! So Chad was so kind enough to try about 15 of his own wheel locks and finally found one that worked to take the lock off and put a new tire on all of this only costed me $50!! He had no idea how much he made a horrible week, amazing when he took the time to help me!!!! I referred a dental hygienist that worked with me to him when he needed new tires for all of his cars and will refer more!!!!

I've been coming to MD Tire Depot for over 3 years, they are very quick and friendly. They have the best prices for used tires. I live about 30 mins away but It's worth the drive. I have purchased used tires for my truck and compact car and they last just as long as new tires I have bought for double the price. Also unlike a lot of places their waiting room is very clean and comfortable.

Md Tire Depot by far has the best deals around. I purchased a set of tires for my wife car a month ago and it was a great experience and by far the best prices around. I traveled 1 1/2 hours to get to this place and it was worth every mile. The Manager "Andy" was sensational to me. He gave me an estimate before I arrived and stuck to it. He has some of the hardest working employees I have ever seen. Took my truck (93 B2200) to him yesterday and had him to replace a lot of parts on the front-end. Man this truck drive like a new truck. I highly recommend Md Tire Depot for several of my auto needs. Thank you Andy for all of your help.

Blew a flatbed tire hauling a heavy load of horse stall mats, tire depot was closest tire place still open Sat afternoon at 4:15, they had the equipment to get the trailer up and had an inexpensive used tire on in about 15 minutes so we were able to get home by dinner! Most welcoming customer service I've experienced in a while! Will be back for truck, car, and horse trailer tires for sure! Thanks guys!

I would have given them no stars if possible. I purchased a set of tires from them in October. They are Capitol tires by Nexen for a van. The rear passenger tire has split all around the bead. Tire has less than 10,000 miles on it. Andy told me that there isn't a warranty with this tire. I contacted Capitol in California and they assure me that there is most certainly a warranty. The tire looks like it may be defective but they just blew me off, didn't even look at the tire.

Don’t waste your time, I tried buying a set of tires from here , I first ordered online and was told to call and set a appointment to have them put on. I did so and after telling the guy that answered and was setting the appointment what size and what tire I had ordered was given a appointment, I drove a hour to the location and when I got there after trying to figure out who was in charge was told they won’t do my tires and to have a good day ... a simple phone call would have saved me two hours wasted, bad business and bad management wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone don’t waste your time with this dump

My daughter's old (2007) Subaru developed a flat. We thought the tire had to be replaced, and were dreading going to Mr. Tire, as we haven't had good service there. I looked on line and saw that MD Tire Depot got great reviews, so I decided to try them out. I'm really glad they did. Sam, the owner, and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out we didn't need a new tire, the nail puncture could be repaired, for 20 percent of the cost of the tire. We will get all our tires and tire repairs done at MD Tire Depot. Don't be put off by the look (it looks like a tire graveyard from the street); these are the best tire folks around.

This is the second time I have used this establishment. Every time they are fast, reasonably priced and the quality of their work is tops. I went to a name brand competitor and they wanted to charge me 3 times the price and they missed the fact I had a cracked rim. I was able to bring my replacement rim here and have it mounted in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend them and I will be back for all my tire needs.

I went to Maryland Tire Depot to get two new tires for my car. I expected to be without a car for a day or at least for the morning. They had the new tires on my car in about 15 minutes and I did not need to get a ride or be without my car. Update: I went to them to get my wheels balanced. As usual they did a great job and had my car back to me within an hour. The next day I took my car to them to fix my driver's door handle. It's not a fix that they usually do but they did it for me anyway at a great price. I tell my friends and family to go here and I'd say you should too.

I've been there serval times and never had a problem until my last service. They gave me two tires one with no tread on it and the other had very little tread on it. There prices are great and as I said this has not happened previously. So just make sure to check the tread on the used tires they give you.

Most unprofessional hack I've experienced in a while. I can only guess his name is the same as someone else mentioned here... Cheese or chez... When I asked him how much it he would charge to mount and balance a tire I brought with me he didn't seem to like my response and went on to say I could take the entire job elsewhere. Piss poor way to run a business, and only reflects the immature boy that he is. In the end, he actually did me a favor by choosing not to work on my car. I ended up with better (name brand) tires for less somewhere else installed by individuals that grasp the concept of customer service. Claims he has six locations. Wonder if they are all hovel/junkyards like the joint he was working at. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple dollars more so you don't have to deal with a punk like this.

I went to this place with a flat and asked that they PATCH my tire instead of plugging it. They charged me $25.00 for a patch, but gave me a $10.00 plug. This was not only dishonest on their part, but also caused issues with the tire. I contacted them and had them refund my money and I will never go here again.

Maryland Tire Depot had the best price among all retailers local and online (including Tire Rack). I did my research and called MTD. The guy i spoke with told me, purchase tires online and come in the next day for installation. So i bought the tires online from their website and called the next afternoon to confirm if my tires had been delivered. They sure had been and he said come on it. Installation was very quick. It's not a fancy looking place, with no waiting rooms etc. It's literally a tire depot. Best prices, great selection of tires and very quick installation. Will make you wonder why other shop's can't install this quick. The car runs great. If you need tires, check this place out, you'll be hard pressed to purchase/install anywhere else. Keep up the good work Maryland Tire Depot.

Good price, Dishonest service. Went for 2 new tires as 2 of mine had a slow leak. Charged me a good price for 2 "new" tires at $220. They rotated my tires. Come to realize the next day they took one of the 2 good tires I had and replaced it with a new tire thus leaving the old tire on the vehicle. Went back to ask them to fix it thinking it was an accident but refused. Pretty sure it was a simple mistake by them, but they wouldn't even hear it or check to see if it was true. Don't bother unless your real desperate.

Me and my family have been going here for a few years now and we were happy with them until this past month. I went in for a used tire for temporary purposes. They gave me one which I realize had a slow leak. My boyfriend took it in for me because I had to work with the receipt and they wouldn't replace it but took off $10 so now I have paid $90 for a tire... Went on vacation drove TWICE and woke up today and its FLAT. I won't even bother trying to argue with them after they overcharged me and the guy who put my second tire beat my rim all to hell and didn't balance the tires.... I almost had an accident because of all of these unsafe issues this place has caused so we will NOT be returning. Its sad you can't even help the people who are honest for repeat business. I won't EVER give anyone their name again.

A small, modest facility but there to get the job done with great service and prices. No fancy waiting room or sample display etc. and it pretty much all about tires (not a full service garage). But after 1 tire on my SUV was destroyed I hunted around trying to find the same exact type, and almost resigned to having to get at least 2 or all 4 new ones so they'd match and looking at minimum $400 or up to 900+. Then I stopped here and they had a used one of the exact type in stock, in good shape with similar wear. In 20 minutes I was on my way, with replacement tire and mounting for about 1/4 cost of a single new one would have set me back. Their new prices are good too, and service was polite and helpful. Definitely check them out if you just need good tires at a good price, or are looking to replace just 1 and used is an option!

Out freaking standing! The boys were great. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They has two Continetal DWS tires with full tread. I paid 100$ for balance, mount and the tires plus disposal of the old ones. These guys literally saved me hundreds. These tires are 200$ a piece. Highly recommended. It's looks like a tire graveyard, but acts like a class act service. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

can't give a positive feedback..my experience with Chez(?) was very nasty..this guy was so arrogant and no sense at all..I purchased 4 used tires 225x60r15 and when they installed it, the other tire was a mismatched 225x65r15..so I went back and told Chez..he replaced it with a matched tires but when I went to Pep Boys to have it balanced and aligned..they noticed that the tire they replaced had a cracked..I went back to Chez and made a complaint..he then bursted into anger yelling at me saying "that he will return my money because I complaint so much"....FOR ME, CHEZ(?) IS JUST SHOWING HIS IGNORANCE IN RUNNING A BUSINESS - HE CANNOT HANDLE VALID COMPLAINTS...if the owner read this, please fix the problem with Chez...Chez seems to be prejudicial in dealing with Customers...I have an accent and I am Asian...

Have been satisfied with their work for many years however seems lately what they quote and what they charge me are two different numbers. Very unhappy after getting a quote for $520 for new tires including taxes and install so out the door price, only to be charged $572 after the tires were on my car. Buyer beware and get your quote in writing before shaking their hand.

Best prices on brakes installation in the area! Can't beat four new pads & rotors installation for total of $300 labor which I thought was pretty reasonable for a MB SUV!. The staff are very helpful and very efficient at getting things done. They are a very busy shop though. I like being able to order online and then just go right in with no notice and have the parts installed. They have a huge selection of tires with next day availability. It's not the fanciest place at all in fact not even a garage all work is done outside. The waiting room is literally in a shack but don't let that bother you its heated and does have a bathroom and smells decent.

The customer service is always great. I've been going to this tire shop for about 3 years now. The prices are reasonable and tires in stock have a descent amount of tread. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone in the local area.

I went there recently to balance all 4 tires on my car because of vibration at highway speeds. Shop personnel and manager were nice, courteous and quick. Price was very reasonable too. However, the vibration became even worse after they balanced my tires. A couple of days later I went back to ask if they can fix the issue. The manager mentioned that 2 of the tires on my car needed to be replaced and they can’t balance them any better. The next day, I went to a different tire shop in Odenton, and they did a much better job. No more highway speed vibration!!! . Can’t recommend this shop, 2 stars only.

I am a Mechanically inclined individual. These guys are absolutely incompetent. I have a 2014 Grand Cheeroke. They JACKED MY VEHICLE from the Rear ALUMINUM DIFFERENTIAL. These guys are idiots. IF YOU OWN A NEW MODEL VEHICLE THEY FOR SURE WILL NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO JACK IT PROPERLY. I will never be back and hope these guys go out of business. Absolutely a bunch of Hacks. They didn't even rotate my Tires properly and also couldn't even tighten my lug nuts in a Star Pattern to assure proper Torquing. DO NOT GO HERE with a new model Vehicle They WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!

I've been to MD Tire Depot 2 times and both times they replaced my tire in about 15 minutes and for way cheaper than any place I've been to. This last time I was really in a bind. I had the donut on my car for about a week because everytime I went to Walmart there was a 2 hour wait or they didn't have my tire in stock. I work at 3 everyday so unless I wake up at 6 in the morning I can't get anything done. I was on my way to work after being letdown at Walmart for the 4th time and it was pouring down rain. Luckily I remembered MD Tire Depot and they got me a brand new tire and installed it with plenty of time left for me to get to work. I will never go anywhere else again.
