These guys are great! They treat you well and are extremely honest and trustworthy. Started going there with my work car and now use them for all service on my work and personal cars. I overheard the owner telling a young female customer who was obviously taken advantage of by another service station that they like to treat all of their customers like family. That seems to be a pretty accurate statement.

Poor customer service . On Tuesday December 18th around 5:05 pm I arrived to have a nail removed from a tire. As a delivery driver I was hoping for quick service so I could continue with my route . I was finally approached by a man who told me that they didn't plug tires anymore but they patch the tires now. I asked the price and he told me 30 dollars. I told him that was fine as I needed the tire repaired but he said that he would have to do it tomorrow . I mentioned that I thought they closed at 5:30 to which I didn't get a reply only a smirk on his face. As I was having this discussion I noticed a couple of the techs going out the door leaving for the day behind me. I will not go there in the future. So I was stuck with a bad tire trying to complete my deliveries. MAYBE THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS !!!

I can't thank Nathan and his staff at Harford Tire enough! I am a health care provider and take on call time for emergency heart procedures so having my car in good working order is vital to not just me but the patients I help. So when parts of my exhaust system fell off an afternoon that I was on call, I took it straight to Harford Tire to be repaired. Nathan and his staff got me fixed up within 30min and on the road again, and at an affordable price too!! It is my hope that he and his staff realize that they not only helped me, but the sick patients I serve too...I couldn't do what I do for a living without a great service station to get me there. My husband and I will continue to go to Harford Tire for all our vehicle needs, as they can clearly be counted on and trusted!

Bought 4 new tires from here over a year ago. Bought their tire protection plan. Recently got a small air leak in one tire. Walked in 3 different times, was denied service each time because they were too busy with other work that "had to get done", according to the front counter rep. They could not schedule me an appointment because they apparently don't do appointments on tire work... Makes no sense from a shop called Harford Tire. Very ironic. Had to go in a 4th time to finally get the 10 minute job done. I love how they had plenty of time to sell me $500 worth of tires and get them installed same day, but couldn't squeeze me in to get a leak patched. Pretty much unacceptable. Will never buy a service or parts from here again. Good luck with your shop going forward into the future, Mr. Owner.

website states they do lift kit installs and almost all of the reviews are 5 stars. called to make and appointment and the staff was friendly so i decided to take my truck there to get a lift installed and it went from the estimated day to day and a half to 3 days by the time they were finished, they did call and tell me it was taking longer than expected which is fine. once the truck was finished there was a slight click in the steering (not there before). After driving the truck home, i heard a sound coming from the hub of the wheels and when i got home and took the hub off, the axle nuts where just sitting in there bouncing around (not even threaded (granted, they might have been on loose and come off completely during the 10 min drive home)). After being worried about the steering issue and the axle nuts, i decided to look into the rest of the work they did, probably should not have done that...because i found that the ABS brackets were not installed, the CAM locking nuts were missing, god only knows what else they forgot to install as the rack and pinion spacer was in the same bag as the CAM lock washers and the ABS mounts, my guess is they forgot to install the entire bag of parts and that might be causing the steering issue. i am hoping they make it right and give me some sort of refund and fix the work they did/didn't do. i will edit the review if they make it right. very displeased at this point!

Truly 5 star service. Much more than just tires. They have done work on my 05 silverado and 97 z28. This is the most professional car service shop I have ever used. From tires , suspension, oil changes, brakes, engine repairs and everything else! I now use Harford Tire for all of my auto/truck repair needs. Prices are good and quality of work is even better. If you're looking for an honest, reliable and timely shop, look no further than Harford Tire. I take all of my vehicles there for service even though I live 40 minutes away in Baltimore county. Everyone there is polite and courteous and have your best interests when repairing your vehicle. Unlike other big name shops, they won't try and sell you things you don't need. I'm always pleased with their work and would recommend them to friends and family.

Got 2 front tires here for my first timr ever. I was blown away with how great their customer service was and also suprised at thr cheap labor costs. Some employees here are also so helpful and friendly. This isnt the shop that will screw you over. There are some small fees amd taxes but they aren't big and are a legal requirement. I will make sure to always come here everytime i need mew tires. Great shop. Great people

This place is fabulous. My house is a house of women. We take every car there. They treat all of us with respect and honesty. They even beat their own quotes and save you money. When you pull in at 5:15 at night with a question/problem they stop to help you and most times charge you nothing for your minor problems. Beware! You are at their mercy! Had an alignment done, the mechanic managed to snap a bolt while doing so. They continued to charge me for the new bolt, and an apparent "hour" to replace and fix the bolt that THEY broke. Had a bill of 240$ waiting for me when I arrived to pick up my car. Was disgruntled to say the least. Will not be returning. Refuse to pay someone to fix their own mistakes! The "bolt" they ended up breaking and "fixing" was my cam shaft sensor. Come to find out they not only charged me for their mistake but they did not even fix it! Failed my emissions test cause of a faulty cam shaft sensor, isn't that something. Oh and the alloy rim repair that was sloppily welded has already began to leak. I truthfully wish I never stepped foot in the establishment. The work is very below average. Another mechanic looked at the rim repair and said "who the hell did this?" Easily can say they did more harm than help. Save your time and money! Hope I've warned ya.
