Excellent service. Everywhere that I went did not have a machine to handle my 20 inch wheel. These guys did. The tire had to be taken of the wheel, wheel cleaned and tire placed back on with seal. Another place did have the machine. Mr Tire quoted me a price that was double the price at Hanagan's. Glad that I had the work done here.

Kevin Hanagan and his colleagues are the real deal. They are simply AMAZING. After my horrible experience with another shop (in my review), I took my car to Hanagan and within 2 minutes Mr. Richardson at the Front Desk asked me a few questions, went outside, and brought my flat tire into the shop. Less than 10 minutes later, I was asked to go into the shop for the technician to explain and go over what he speculated could be the problem, but with assurance that he’ll continue to look over the tire to see if he can really pinpoint the reason why it kept loosing air. Not once did any of these gentlemen bad mouth or say anything wrong about the other competitor who clearly doesn’t know what they were doing which tells me that they are upstanding people that value honesty, transparency, communication, and overall treat people with respect and dignity. Within 30 minutes after being seated in the waiting room, they were able to pinpoint and found out the problem with the tire...a small nail that broke off from the outside and embedded in the interior of the tire! It was very difficult to see from the outside and especially to the naked eyes. However because they’re old school and care about the quality of their work and the lives of those that frequents their shop, the technician took the time to run a rag on the inside of the tire with his hand, after checking and rechecking for the possible culprit. I will now be bringing all my cars to Mr. Hanagan’s shop going forward. If you are looking for a great and honest shop, I highly recommend Mr. Hanagan and his awesome people.

I arrived here with a flat tire and 4 sets of new wheels. Andy helped me with my required services. Quote was: Fixing flat tire - $30.00 Putting 4 tires on the car @$10.00 each - $40.00 My total for the day was $70.00 Well, I am from NYC and in MD , this is my first tire place that i have visited. Thats why I can not compare the price with any other nearby shops, and it would not be fair to compare their price to NYC shops. End of the story: I was happy at end of the day, Andy was honest and upfront with the price. In the area if i have togo to any other tire shop, i will visit them.

FINALLY I have found a shop that I can trust! Living close to the shop, I kind of stumbled on them because they are walking distance, but now I am a customer no matter where I'll live. As a single female, I feel as though many mechanics/auto shops would take advantage of me, thinking that I was unfamiliar with cars, costs, etc. Every guy that I have ever dealt with at Hanagan's has been friendly, explains the issue(s), and very considerate of price, providing low cost - high cost options. I had a flat this morning and really needed it fixed asap - plus I needed new tires before the winter anyway. I called several different shops in town and none of them had the size I needed in stock. These guys not only had exactly what I needed, but it was at a very affordable price, and I was in and out of there with 4 new tires in about 30 minutes. Great customer service, and extremely convenient. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Hanagan's. They are a Father and Son operation. They fair and honest. The work is very good. They fixed the problem of my 2007 Sienna minivan. Lights on the dashboard, transaction off, check engine light and something else wouldn't go off. Took it to the dealer. They said I had to replace the computer module unit. They didn't recommend it for this Old of a vehicle. Took it to Hanagan's for an oil change. Told them of the problem. They sent it to their shop in Rockville. It turned out that the water pump had to be replaced. It was expensive but ever since then I have not seen those lights come on and stay on. Knock on wood. It's been almost a year since it got fixed.

Hannagan's may not always be the cheapest and certainly isn't the largest, but if you're looking for an honest old school mechanic you owe it to yourself to take you car to them at least once. There is nobody else in the area that even comes close to the level of customer service these guys provide; I was treated like family from the second I picked up the phone.

My tires were about $15 more but was happy to pay it because the responsiveness when I was shopping around and the courteous efficient service was well worth it. I might have saved some money but it would have taken 4 days longer at NTB or Merchants and would have had to wait for hours. And I wouldn't trust the workmanship like I do at Hanagan's. I had to bring the 8 mos old dog with me. They were very understanding about Riley licking them repeatedly when they all came to say hi to him.

Got a flat tire on 95, after checking with another place which told me a couple days to get it, i stopped her. Arrived at 8am and was back driving at 8:45 even with them having to get the tire from a warehouse in germantown

Five star service!!! When most places rejected my truck due to 2.5 leveling kit, 33 inch tires, and 2 inch wheel spacers, they took my truck and did a perfect wheel alignment job. They were upfront about the pricing due to excessive labor and it was very reasonable. Got a customer for life!!!
