Care care reinvented. From the moment I entered the shop, Jim greeted me with a friendly smile. Ashley then found me a technician to do one of their "50 point" inspections. Not only did they get me in and out in less than an hour, but Dan the mechanic met with me afterwards and explained what should and shouldn't be done. This was backed up with a digital report texted to my phone--complete with pictures ! Jay the owner runs a great operation. Utilizing the best of Technology to give extraordinary customer service. If my one visit is an example their usual team effort, I recommend Hamilton Tire to anyone. Thanks Jay !

Loved these guys and had used them for tire work a few times. In a pinch, went there when my brakes didn't sound good this past weekend rather than waiting to go to our regular mechanic. Was quoted a price for all the work and paid over the phone when I couldn't get back before closing (my mistake). It turns out they didn't do all the work we agreed on, and still charged me. Not friendly or helpful when I called to discuss concerns, and flat-out lied about what we'd agreed on. Sadly, I won't use them again.

My experience today was extradinary. I found myself in a terrible situation where I needed help fastaith my vehical. In my process i pass a shop that was closeg at 830 Am. But you store/ shop was open. I got all the help and i needed. Hamilton Tire Got it done. I was able to make because I got the help I needed at the right tine and place time I was in and out. Do not take your car for inspection here. They will tack, on things to increase the price, even though, after my visual inspection like lower ball joint were perfectly fine. He took a long screw driver, and tried to show me movement. There was none! He said I have to replace both, at almost $900 to have work done. He tried to convince me that there is movement. B S! 2 other mechanics said that they should have not failed. This place is a bring it in, and we'll make it as high as we can to get the work! B S! A BIG RIP OFF! IT'S A SCAM!

I went there to replace a tire I had blown. They were very friendly and helpful. I had a new 2016 car with tire sensors. They were very knowledgeable regarding how to reset the sensor. I’ll start off by saying finding a good mechanic is not an easy task. I’m very lucky that I live right down the street from Hamilton Tire & Car Care. My suzuki was pretty jacked up. I dropped it off on a saturday morning and Mike took a thorough look at it, gave me a quote for how much it would cost to fix everything...very honest about what I needed to prioritize since I’m not rolling in green just yet and by that afternoon he had everything fixed up and ready to go. What really stood out to me is he called me in the middle of the week and asked me how everything was running. No other shop has done that, and I can’t say I expect it, but it sure as hell won my loyalty as a customer. Other businesses take note, this is how you differentiate yourselves! Thanks Mike.

I stopped by the shop a year prior, and was amazed with the customer service I received in reference to a tire issue I was dealing with at the time. The front desk gentlemen had good customer service and good conversation. The job was done fast, and has appeared to fix the issue with my brakes. The shop is currently giving a discount to military and law enforcement. All in all I was satisfied with the service, and will be back for my front brakes. I can’t rate the price due to this shop being my first stop.

It’s never convenient when car issues come up, but they always make sure to make the whole process so much easier. When I called on my way to the shop in the tow truck due to a flat tire, I was told there was a 2-3 hour wait. I wasn't happy, but needed my tire fixed or a new one, so I accepted it. Be sure not to believe these fake reviews that are being posted by the company. They are complete con artists who likes to overcharge and not do the work. They will buy cheap parts or no parts at all and pretend to put them in your vehicle just to charge you a lot of money. Be aware and go else where. Owner responded saying something about a same customer. Shows they have scammed more than just me. Beware guys. Go to a reliable mechanic not people who don’t know what their doing.

We took our car here for inspection, and when we received the call to pick it back up, I found the person I spoke to to be a bit pushy about getting the work done there. Apparently, we needed a bunch of diagnostics, and there was never any asking of 'would you like us to go ahead and run ______ test?" Instead, it was 'we are going to go ahead and run ________'. I had to tell them not to do anything beyond the inspection, and insist on it. When I picked the car up, I took it straight to my mechanic that I have been using for the last 10 years, and half of the stuff on the inspection ticket was unneeded (we were told that the entire exhaust system was rotten, and this was untrue, etc.) I will be taking the car to get inspected AGAIN by a separate inspection garage. Waste of money.

Mike has taken great care of my service needs for many years. Last year I had the AC system rebuilt in my 2007 Yukon. Danny was the technician who did the work. He was great. Dismantled the dash and rear unit to replace the two evaporaters and the heater cores front and back. Along with many additional parts. When I got the truck back everything was as if it had never been dismantled. The AC works great, now it will freeze you out. I knew I was in good hands because my 2001 4Runner needed its AC rebuilt several years ago and Hamilton Goodyear crew did a great job for me. Todays trip to the shop was to have the heater hoses replaced. One of the couplers one one of the hoses separated and I needed a quick turn around since I was getting ready to haul my camper on vacation. Mike got my truck into the shop and had the mechanics jump right on the task. Several hours later back on the road. Over the years. The crew at Hamilton Goodyear have never let me down. I have had my daughter’s cars and several other of my vehicles there for Tires and mechanical repairs the crew there have been very professional and top notch

From my experience of dealing with this location. They are extremely horrible when it comes to over pricing customers and not doing the work. They charged me over $1,600 and gave me a 2 year warranty, 2 days later the same problem existed and they did not honor the warranty, instead they tried to charge me even more money. Ashley appears to be a liar! Don’t believe anything she says. She will tell you there is one problem and charge you a lot of money to make money for the company. Search elsewhere. They are scammers, in my opinion! I will never recommend anyone here.

I love the service, communication and professionalism that is displayed from everyone. Mike and all front desk personnel are patient and respectful as they explain the problem with your car. They are empathetic to the frustration of customers when their vehicle isn’t working, and work to alleviate the stress. Their communication is superior to any other car repair shop that I have visited. They stay in constant contact with you, and regularly update you on the progress or problems with your car. I feel like everyone there cares about me, and if they care about me I am confident that they will provide me with excellent service to my vehicle. I am highly suspicious of auto repair facilities. I don’t trust them. After having work done at Hamilton Tire & Car Care Center, my opinion has changed. But, just for their facility. Their manager and mechanic proved themselves honest, dependable and proficient when it came to repairing my diesel truck. I have not had a single problem since they repaired it.

The Crew Makes This Place Wonderful! I keep a car until Jesus takes the wheel. So, this Good Year has been with me through 1 car and 1 SUV. They also service 2 cars from my mom (who takes the wheel back from Jesus and lets Him know when the car is ready to die). Anywho, the customer service is great. I've never felt like they charged me for services I don't need. The prices are fair and they keep my son running great (12 year old Saturn Vue). ...and the waiting area is clean with hit & cold options... Hamilton GY Rocks...

They had the problem diagnosed within an hour and the parts ordered and work done by early afternoon! Excellent prices and superior customer service! I always try to take my car to Hamilton Goodyear and have been for years now. Recently I needed a new tire because of a nail puncture. As always Michael got me taken care of and fit me in their schedule quickly. I also only paid a fraction of the tire price because Micheal recommended road hazard coverage on my last tires, he told me I should get coverage because of how much I travel. I will always trust this shop and continue to use them in the future.
