I had purchased new tires from Granados about 5000 miles ago, I had wheel sensors going bad in the tires, so I then decided to replace all 4 wheels and sensors. The wheel manufacturer suggested retorquing after 100 miles. I was happy to find the wheels had been properly torqued, and not put on with an impact gun. That in fact, Granados took the time to do the job right, I was quite happy and impressed with the service provided for my favorite toy.

If you enjoy slow service, more expensive fixes, and unexpected upcharges, come into granados. A minor fix that gets quoted at 30 minutes will put you in store for hours while the staff takes their time fixing parts you didnt come in for. Plenty of other shops around, and any of them have a better recommendation from me

Don’t ever take your car here! They destroyed my transmission after a transmission flush and refused to take ownership. I was out $3,000!!

I have taken many of my cars here and very pleased. Even the dealer for my one car got my tires here to put on. Everyone here is very helpful, goes over and beyond. This is a place which just does not do a service on your car and take your money. They take the time to explain and find you the best deal. These are the only people in Prince Frederick which I will entrust with my cars.

Md was for an oil change and tire rotation, the owner noticed I had new Goodyears on my truck and asked if I had gotten them there. Even though I got them at another Goodyear shop in N. Good service, nice staff. But always overbooked! This is the second time I have made an appointment and they have not been ready when I get there. Waiting 45min to an hour for an appointment to start the work is unfair. I think they need manage their time slots better. Other than that they're great! I'll keep going back and recommend to others, just keep in mind the wait sometimes can be long.

I needed new tires and Doug was extremely helpful. I dropped my car off 2days later and my new tires were put on my car and aligned. There was a charge for the alignment . Very happy with my new tires and the service .

Took my care there because it wouldn't start. Im not even a mechanic and I know the issue was bigger than just replacing the fuse. So my fuse was replaced never was shown the old one. A few minutes later car still didn't accelerate and I got stuck going up a hill which was very dangerous. Oh I forgot to mention my passenger side windshield got cracked while being there. When I called to tell them they said my car never was in the "bay". I said sir you do realize I came to see my truck sitting in the garage. He then changed his story and never fixed his lie LOL. Charged me for diagnostic and a fuse. Asked to bring it back. I asked him would you take your car back to a place that "fixed" your issue and cracked your windshield. He begins to talk and pretty much repeated bring it in. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!! Im new to the area and have completely scratched this place off of doing anything for a car.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE A BACKUP I made an appointment to bring my car in on a Friday at 7am to have my clutch replaced. I dropped the car off on Thursday night before they closed since it would be easier for me to get a ride back home. Upon dropping my car off, the guy at the desk said that it would possibly take Friday and Saturday to do the job because it is a longer job, but should not take any longer than Saturday. Ok fine, I don't need my car until Sunday because I have a game. Well, they call me Saturday mid-day to tell me that they still have not started on my car and that it will be started and finished on Monday. I found a ride to my game Sunday assuming that the work would be done on Monday and I could survive one more day without my car. I need my car for the following Monday evening. I call around Monday 1100 to find out the status of my car and it has still not been touched the following morning. I told them that I don't want them to start the work because I need the car and that I will come pick it up being that I absolutely have to have my car for this week, I went and picked it up because it has been sitting in their lot for 3 work days now without getting touched. Then when I get their, the mechanic working at the desk has the nerve to tell me that they could've started and finished the job today before they closed, yet failed to tell me this when I called them on the phone earlier that day. Needless to say I will never be taking my car here again. And to finish the review off, the customer service is absolutely awful, employees are rude and unhelpful. Do not take your car there unless you are getting simple work such as an oil change or an alignment.

I took a car here to get the oil changed and fix a flat tire. Everything went fine with the oil change, but my tire needed to be ordered because they didn’t have one in stock. I was asked if the car was AWD or rear-wheel drive or if I even knew. When I told the gentleman at the front counter that it was rear-wheel drive, he decided a young girl obviously didn’t know the answer and looked to his mechanic for confirmation. The mechanic confirmed what I had said. When I asked the guy if he didn’t believe me, he ignored my comment. I pay for my oil change, they order my tire and I was told they’d call me when the tire was ready. They called, I came in and the tire was fixed with relative speed. However, in order to turn the low tire pressure sensor off, they needed to drive the car. I was not informed that the mechanic would be taking my car around the block until AFTER I saw him leave with my car. This gentleman left grease all over the upholstery of the car, changed my air conditioning, changed my seat without moving it back, AND changed my radio station. I understand needing to turn the A/C on in an all black car on a hot day, but he also had my windows rolled down with the sunroof open (which is a waste in my opinion) and did not return it to my original settings. I also understand needing to move the seat for the safety and comfort of the driver, but all he did was lean the seat back as far as it could go. It’s not hard to put it back upright. It’s simple. Do your customers the favor and just sit it back up. It’s disrespectful. Don’t change my radio. It was a short test drive. You don’t need to change everything in my car. When I called back and told them there was grease all over my upholstery they did offer to clean it for me or refund me if I needed to buy upholstery cleaner, but I was too far gone at this point. I had enough and will not be returning. I’m sure my small amount of business means nothing to them, but I hope they at least see this and improve their customer service. EDIT AS A REPLY TO GRANADOS OWNER: I was not upset that I had the purchase a new tire, I completely understood needing a new tire. The price of the tire and labor were completely fair and I have not once complained about it. But if you have to check with your technicians about AWD or RWD, then don't ask me. And when I ask if you didn't believe me, at least give me a reply. Your security cameras do not capture everything, you have no idea if the driver opened my sunroof while he was away with my car. I would be happy to show you the pictures of the grease left all over my car where it proves he opened my sunroof. I declined to drive back to your shop for my car to be cleaned because it would've cost me more money in gas to return than it would have been worth. This was my experience as a customer at your store. Your reply solidifies this experience even more. Once again, thank you for your terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience. They put on new tires and an alignment at a very reasonable price. I also asked them to take a look at my brakes as I thought that they weren't working well. Rather than charging for new brakes, they made some minor adjustments and saved me money. Trust, honesty, and value.

***BEWARE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS*** This is my first review that I have ever written, however I never felt so compelled to write a review to advise, and warn anyone who is considering taking their car to this unscrupulous place to not. My horrible experience began when I took my car (2010 Honda Accord 1225, 000miles) for a regular maintenance check. The worst mistake that I ever made. When I first walked in around 4pm I noticed that I was the only customer. Instead of being greeted I was told to have a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. He then walked to the back leaving no one to attend the counter. I waited for 15 min for someone to assist me, meanwhile there were 4 different employees walking to the counter of the store and then back to shop. Just when I was about to lose my patience I was given a wave to approach the counter by Todd, who did not make eye contact with me until he gave me the price of what it would cost for them to do a basic maintenance check of $85.00. I thought that the price was a bit high, but Todd assured me that they would top off all my fluids at no extra charge. Luckily, while I was waiting to get serviced, I looked at their website to see what entailed in their basic preventative maintenance service, and topping off my fluids was included in the service. When I showed Todd he just agreed with a blank stare. Clearly he definitely was not doing me any favors and I should of ran out of there, however I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. So I agreed and asked how long it would take for them to complete the maintenance. He said about 1hr 1/2. I was there for a 2hr 1/2 when I was then signaled by Dough that my car was ready. He gave me the bill of $285.00, needless to say that I was shocked and asked him why my bill was so high, he then told me to wait and he will get Todd. I was livid, Todd came out and said that they had to put in a new battery, completely drain my oil because it was "old" and replace it with 6 quarts of synthetic motor oil. I then pointed out what the miscellaneous charge of $75.00 was for; he then began telling me things that were done to my car that I did not authorize. I demanded to speak with the manager and to my horror it was Todd, the most unprofessional, and dishonest manager that I have ever come in contact with. I then asked to speak with the owner, and Todd said to wait. After another 15 min wait I was approached by Dino Granando. I asked him if he was the owner and he said that he was. I then told him that I was not going to pay this bogus inflated bill for services that I did not authorize. After about 30 min and with threatening to call the police he then agreed with me paying only $85.00. What a complete waste of my afternoon. This Auto Repair/Tire shop should be shut down. I found out that most of the employees there are not certified mechanics, and that the business has been a reputation for conducting unethical, and dishonest business etiquette. Therefore, If you are ever in need of Auto service take your car someplace else. I'm giving this business 1 star, and only because its the lowest option, however if there were a zero, then you better believe that it would be!

Very responsive with a quote and appointment over the Web. Started work at the time of my app. The problem is that a new guy broke one tire pressure monitor, and they had to get a new one from a local auto parts store. That's one thing. Bad but understandable. There were two bigger issues. First, they had someone from the parts store bring it over instead of sending any of the 3-4 people that were sitting around doing nothing. Second, no one bothered to tell me until they were 20 minutes over their ETA, and I started bugging employees. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have said anything unless I asked. That's completely unsat. To top it all off, they refused to give me a discount for keeping me there an extra hour. His response? "We'll, I had to spend $43 on a new sensor!"

Arrived and told these people what to repair and didn't do but half the job. Also they seem to use cheaper parts that dont last. Wheel Bearing replaced 2x.. I have a company vehicle and cannot work on it myself because the company won't pay me for parts. It was obvious it needed control arm bushings in addition to the front drivers wheel bearing. They stated they couldn't find anything wrong w bushings. They creak and speak over every speed bump and just turning left or right .. Mr tire stated they need replacement after I took it to them a month ago to get tires. So this place doesn't seem to want to repair vehicles that they won't make money on. Like a private old lady's vehicle as opposed to a fleet vehicle that has limits to repair costs. They dont seem to really care about your business.

Called here to get a price on a road force tire balance and was quoted a price. Made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early and was asked if they could help me. Told them I had a tire out of balance and thought it was one of the back ones so one of the guys at the counter asked my name and the other guy said oh yea I took that appointment. It will be $24 a tire and the other guy says oh no it's $40 dollars a tire for that type of balance. We discussed tire size and type of balance that morning when I made the appointment. Well there is no doubt that one fellow was trying to scam me while the other fellow was honest. Needless to say I didn't spend $80 bucks to balance two tires. I'd advise people to avoid this place at all costs. I was only visiting the area so maybe they just try to take advantage of people that aren't local.

This place is a scam for travelers. We are from out of state working and had a serious issue with our vehicle that needed to be repaired. They came across over the phone real caring and concerned to fix the issue, but after researching and calling around, the cost to fix our vehicle was $600 more then even the dealership was charging. This place is upcharging and scamming hard workers out of their money. Do not go to this place! The actual dealership in town is charging $840 for the same repair that this place is charging $1400! Places like this need to be shut down and called out on charging people crazy amounts. Thankfully we did our research before getting scammed out of an extra $600!

Terrible Experience. They are scammers. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR YOU TIRE REPAIRS I came in due to my car having a blow out. They changed the tire and mechanic said the low pressure light will go off with a few miles of driving. Everything was good up until this point. After a few miles of driving the light never went off so I looked at the tire and noticed the one replaced with a rubber valve stem. So the pressure sensor was removed and replaced with a basic sensor without my permission or knowledge.went back to the store where the guy behind the counter told me that typically what happens is when a sensor goes they just replace them with a rubber one since sensors are so expensive the customers opt for the cheaper option. Again this decision was made for me without my knowledge. The sensor was fine before the tire went flat. So Granados tire stole my working 100 dollar sensor without my knowledge and I imagine put it on there's help to make money on the next Nissan that comes in. Do not go to this store. Mr Tire is only a few miles away go to them they are honest. They may be a short wait for your replies but it's worth it to deal with an honest company.
