Always pleased with Eagle Tire. My last visit was very stressful-- going through a major life event and, of course, I get a flat tire after only about a year of a brand new set. The owner was patient with me as I had a mini meltdown and was fast and professional. They always are. Today they put a new set on my friend's truck and took care of my tire light (I SWEAR I had pressed the same button, but it didn't work for me!). I would recommend them any day. They are always honest, fair, and pleasant to deal with. Thanks.

I am 8 1/2 months pregnant. Driving into work this morning, I heard a thump and my tire pressure light came on. I pulled into the BP gas station on Chesapeake Beach Rd and 4, and found my rear tire was flat. Luckily, Eagle Tire is right next door. I was there about 5 minutes before they opened, but there were people behind the desk. I went in and asked if someone could put the spare tire on for me, and said I would leave the tire to be repaired and pick it up on my way home from work. The woman behind the counter went into the back, where there were at least 3 technicians. She came out, told me they were too busy, but if I could wait for a couple of hours, they would fit me in. I called my husband who was taking our toddler to daycare on his way to work. He had to circle back and come change the spare tire for me in the parking lot of Eagle Tire. It took him 10 minutes. I am sure it would have taken a trained technician with tools half that time. They couldn't be bothered to provide customer service to a heavily pregnant woman when they had just opened and there were absolutely no other customers there. I will never bring a car to this establishment... there are plenty of other options in the area! If I could give zero stars I would.

Always friendly, timely, and honest. Usually when I am given an estimate the work ends up costing LESS. I have never had it cost more. They took time to explain the details of what was wrong. I know very little about cars so I appreciate that they will explain it clearly to me but not treat me like an idiot. They go out of their way to find parts that will save you money. Really trustworthy. I highly recommend them, even though that could mean they get too busy for me to get in. Lol

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from an auto service company in the 26 years of driving I have ever had. Stupidly I paid for my vehicle, left to return later to pick it up without inspecting it. The cover for my steering column was sitting in my passenger seat. The next day driving to work my steering wheel was shaking pretty hard at approx. 60 mph and my front brakes were squeaking and sounded like the constant chirp of crickets. The attitude from their female secretary was not very friendly either. These people will never touch my car again. When paying for service, I would expect to get my vehicle back in better shape than it was when I dropped it off. That was not the case, I would have given them 0 stars if I could

Had to bring in my wife's SUV to have a front-end alignment and front bumper fixed after she was ran off of a very narrow road. Eagle did the front alignment...and went so far as to have a Ford tech come in from another business to fix the bumper without us having to take it to another establishment. Very good service overall.

I've had oil changes done, transmission flushes done, and brake work too. Very nice staff who politely informed me that I needed shocks in a low key way but no pressure when I declined. Great place for tires!
