I got to say their nice people but I went to get a tire put on and they put the wrong size on so of course I called told to me to come back to switch the tire goes. Back but no tire so now it's been three day and in still trying to get the right size when go back if don't have it I just want my money back

These guys are fast and friendly. They definitely have affordable prices than anyone else as far as I know. For the ones who had a bad experience here that sounds like it was a once in a while thing. It just shows that not everyone is perfect. But they are consistent 90% of the time

Well I would like to start off and say that the pricing for the tires that I purchased was great. The service was quick and efficient. Now let me get to my whole issue with this company. First they put directional tires on my truck in the wrong direction. Then instead of using the sticky weights to balance my tires they used the regular weights. And now as I'm saying this I'm writing on the expressway with my front end shaking because of this. Considering I bought these tires because I was in dire need of some because my old ones were bad. So this is my story regarding this tires shop. I will not be returning because I fixed some of it myself and currently on my way to the shop I know will balance my wheels correctly.

This is one of the most informative, fastest, customer oriented, professional, and cost efficient auto repair shops that I’ve ever been to. The mechanics are polite and knowledgeable and the manager Sasha is extremely helpful and fair in his pricing. I recommend this shop certainly to everyone in the Waldorf, Brandywine and surrounding areas however if you’re willing to drive a few extra miles to get here then I think you’ll find it is well worth the trip. I plan on going back very soon to get additional work done.

Honestly a horrible place for me,i brought my vehicle to have its joints replaced only and they couldnt even do that! Their supposed "best mechanic" had to tell me to bring the vehichle back more than 5 different times to re-fix his incorrect installations and my vehicle is only worse out of all they've done,not to mention their costumer service is even worse,the "manager" of them all tried to fight with me just becuase i asked why isnt my vehicle functional yet after paying almost $500 just for labor! I even called the owner of the place almost for a week straight and he would not answer me,every time i was promised he would appear at a certain time in his tire shop i waited there for hours and he never did show. Dont come here if you want a real,good job done on your car,you will only be wasting your time.

Ok so I know nothing at all about cars and normally people try to charge me an arm and a leg because of it I had went into a pothole and popped my tires and cracked my rim I was so frustrated that day because I kept calling around and I was hearing prices between 500-1000 to fix my car but long story short I finally called this place and he told me he’d take care of my car and all for a good price and he did just that. I will always come here to fix my car period.

I have purchased tires from this company for 5 different vehicles over the years. I'm a loyal customer, never had any problems with them. When I lost the lock key to my lug nuts the manage Sacha, actually sent an employee out to my home to remove tire. Manuel worked diligently to remove all the lug nuts that requires the key from all 4 tires for me, to prevent me from having problems in the future. Excellent customer service. The entire staff is always friendly, we laugh and joke around all the time. I honestly go to them for all my vehicles' tire needs.

I highly recommend this tire shop! I called to ask if they had a used tire to replace my flat, in turn they did and told me to come by. In desperate need, I headed there. The service was excellent! There was no bs or trying to sell me on products that I may need. I told them what I needed and they did as I asked. Definitely going back to them to get a set of new tires.
