Just went in for simple tire replacement. Seems the rim was bent. The guys’d quickly and politely addressed the issue mounted the tire and sent me on my way. Great service and fair prices.

Great, fast service, I went to purchase four tires last month, however, one tire had a slow leak so I kept putting air in it. I even took it to a gas station. I finally took it back to Dominion tire were I purchased them from and they found a nail in it. I received great service the second time around and I was not charged for plugging it.

I never thought service could be this bad. They sold me a bad tire and didn't even apologize. These guys will be in a rush, so if you buy a tire here....drive around the block a few times and make sure everything checks out.

Just know that they will try to sell you a used tire without informing you that the tire has a plug or patch in it. So check the tire like I did. They charged 50 for the tire with a plug in it and 10 for a new valve stem. Thats 60 just to put a tire on a rim without even balancing it or installing on a car. Too much money to just mount a tire on a rim.The tire I got is hard to find in the size I needed (rare size) so I had to get it.

I have been to this place multiple time and never had an issue but today was very discerning. I needed one tire and the guy who was assisting me tried to clean off my tire and put it back on as the new one. I was watching him in the camera behind the front desk when I noticed it. I went and stood and watched him do all of this. When he noticed I was watching he decided to take off the rim so he could put it on the new one. As I stood there he constantly watched me instead.of doing his job. He was very untrustworthy and that one bad experience has caused them to loose my continued service.

Greeted promptly, showed up looking to buy a used tire, left getting the leaky one repaired (even though another shop had tried and failed to plug it twice). I appreciate the fact that they offered to inspect/repair once they saw the tire was in good shape - they could have easily sold me a new tire, then fixed and sold my old one. Quality service.

Went in for some suspension work and was completely taken care of by Naz. He was imformative about the work needing to be done on my vehicle and I didnt feel like he was gouging me. I usually take my truck to the dealership but the next appt was to far and the car was making wierd noises. When I met with Naz I felt at ease, knowing he was doing the work for me. Bad Service

I went to this place earlier in the week asking for a tire replacement. They informed me the balancing machine was out of order but would be repaired later in the week. I went back on the day they told me, pointed to my tire and informed the representative it may be bad. I went into their waiting room so they could look at it. About 35-40 minutes later the rep came in and said he balanced all 4 tires and they were over-inflated (I just had my oil changed at the dealership 2 weeks prior and they put the air in the tire). I informed him I did not think this was the issue but he persisted so I paid and took it out for a spin. Issue was still there. I drove it for about an hour to see if it would get better. It did not. When I went back to the shop, the rep told me I needed another tire and the cost was $45. I told him I did not mean to be rude, but since the original $40 I spent did not fix the issue then I should get the tire for free or atleast half priced. He would not bend. He wanted me to pay for the service I did not need and then more for a used tire. I told them no and went to another tire place to have the tire replaced. If you provide a service that does not fix the customer’s concerns you should be willing to work with the customer. This business was not. Beware.

Went there today to get me a tire put on. Soon as I arrived, I didn't have to wait. They immediately assisted me in getting another tire put on. This was my first visit to them an it was great. Fast service and they get right to work. Used tires are only 40 dollars which was reasonable. I will definitely recommend this place which is located in capitol heights Md.

Best Tire experience ever... About 1 month ago, I was traveling on 495 when I experienced a front passenger side tire blow. I made it off the exit ramp nearest safely and parked. I searched Google for tire shop and found MO, at Dominion. I was traveling from DC back home to Delaware and had left my credit cards at home. MO helped me to get authorization to use my cards as well Not only did Mo have the tire I needed, He went above and beyond by helping me find a tow truck driver to help me get my X5 to his shop too. If you need tires in the D.C. Capitol Heights area, then holler at Mo at Dominion Tires!! I sure will be back. One luv

Wow I got there today my tire was done in ten minutes... they also have a full set for sale 249 brand new. Think I'll be going to them from now on.
