I took my vehicle to D & D Tire to have the instrument cluster replaced and was told by their head mechanic that I needed an alternator. I explained that I didn't need an alternator, the problem was with the instrument cluster,(which was diagnosed by a different repair shop). They were adamant that the problem was with the alternator so I allowed them to change it. Two days later my vehicle was experiencing the same problem even though I had been charged over $500 for the replacement alternator. They replaced the instrument cluster and said that I needed the alternator as well. Major rip off!! Would not recommend this firm.

D&D has replaced three run-flat tires for me (potholes!!) and I've been very pleased with their professionalism, service and price. They are willing to match others advertised prices including mail order like tire rack.

Wheel alignments on small cars are average for the area and large truck tires are a bit more expensive than other places but I like their professionalism and clean work environment. That's why I trust DD with my trucks and cars.

Incredibly friendly, helpful, FAST, and inexpensive! I almost feel like I was dreaming because it doesn't seem possible to have such a great experience at a tire shop. I got a nail in my rear tire (on an all-wheel drive vehicle) and it was leaking quite a bit. I also had to be at an important 9 am meeting. And did I mention it was pouring rain? With a heavy heart, I drove to D&D Tire Co. and assumed I'd have to Uber to my meeting and then Uber back and pay a small fortune for 4 new tires. Nope! D&D patched up my tire and sent me on my way in under 30 minutes, all for a very reasonable price. The employees were great, the waiting area was nice, and the coffee was free. I will definitely go back to D&D when it's time for new tires.

On Thursday, December 4, 2014, I was in search of new tires for my 2011 Toyota Avalon. I had called a couple of places and was just about to settle on another company when a co-worker recommeded D&D Tire Co. When I checked with them their price was a slight bit higher than the other company; however, they were willing to match the price. In addition, their estimated wait time was way shorter. At that point, it was a done deal. So I raced off and took my vehicle to D&D and within 1 hour they had changed ALL four tires and aligned the vehicle. When I went to check out, my rebate document had been TOTALLY completed for me and I received an extra copy of my receipt to mail with my rebate. That's what I call good customer service. Everyone there was so friendly. I will definitely return for any future tire needs. Thanks D&D for hooking a sister up!!!!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing tires. My car has uncommonly small tires and they were able to be ordered and put on the very next day. Everyone was genuinely friendly and professional. The shop was extremely clean and nice. I was in and out of there in approximately 30 minutes, which is by far the fastest it has ever taken to change my tires. I’m accustomed to the borderline abuse of NTB and other tire chains that make you wait 2-4 hours. I am so happy to have found this place and will definitely return! Also, thanks to Mr. Eric Daye for all of his help.
