My girlfriend and I won a gift certificate for $500.00 to use at Butler Tire. The certificate had a expiration date of June 30, 2013. We did send a email before the expiration date but never heard anything back. So we stopped in on a Sat in October , three months after the gift certificate had expired. Talked to the gentleman at the counter and told him our story, he was very nice and professional. He explained to us that the owner wasn't there and he would make a copy of the gift Certificate and have the owner give us a call, which she never did. So I called her two weeks from when we stopped by and she said the best she could do was give me 100.00 off since the gift Certificate had expired which was only good for 6 months. It was definitely our fault for letting it expire, but I feel that she should've helped us out more and would've had new customers for life.

My tires started making a lot of noise after being rotated. I brought it into them and they initially thought it could have been a wheel bearing and so we took a test drive and ended up not being a wheel bearing. However the sound did have a lot in common and they could have tried to convince me that it was but instead did not. For a very reasonable price they aligned my car and rotated my tires to put the loud ones in the back. By everything I saw they appeared to be a very friendly, upfront, and honest shop at either recommend them.

These guys are quick. I had a tire leaking at the rim and i took it to mr tire And they resealed the wrong tire. I guess they dont know driver side from passenger side. I got to stand there and watch this guy at butler. I was there for 10 maybe 15 minutes. Only 20 bucks. Mr tire charged me almost 40 and didnt even do the right one haha. I should have gone here first. I found my go to place. I have an exhaust leak right now and i found out today they fix that too. Ill be going back soon for that and Ill be going to butler from now on.

My fiance and I went to Walmart Tire Center to fix an issue with her back right tire. We went in on Sunday morning and were told they were not taking any more customers for the day. Monday afternoon, we went back and they took our vehicle in for service. After waiting over four hours, we got a call from the tire center to come pick up the vehicle. We arrived ten minutes later and were told the tire center was already closed when they called us and that we had to go to customer service to pick up the vehicle. We finally picked up the car and quickly found that the problem back right tire had not been fixed or replaced, just rotated to the front left. The next day, we took it to Butler Tire Service; they were super friendly, took us in immediately, fixed it while we waited. About a half hour later, they were done. We took it out for a test drive, and not only was the issue resolved, but the vehicle was riding as smoothly as when we first bought it! Thank you, Butler crew! You've earned our future business!

I'm actually upset I *almost* went to some other tire place! PLACE IS LEGIT! Fast, good value, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I was a walk in, and they took care of me in lightning speed, mounted and balanced 4 tires, and not easy tires, big ol' low profile 20" tires. I almost couldn't believe it when they said they were done. Will be returning for all my car needs. **i never write reviews...this place earns every star, wish I could put 6.

I first went to Walmart in Eldersburg to have tires looked at because they weren't riding right and I was concerned. Hours later, I got the car back with tires only rotated, light still on, and loud wonky tires now up front. Took car to Butler the very next day. They inspected the tire, determined it was dangerous due to uneven tread and bulging. They replaced two tires with a good brand in 1/20th the time. The tires were reasonable priced. Drive out was smooth sailing. Highly recommend!!!

In November 2015, Butler Tire sold us 4 new tires for our Audi. Best price in Frederick. Fabulous service (quality, friendly, fast). But the good news doesn’t end there. Today, July 28, 2016, my driver side rear started losing air. I called them up at 1pm and identified myself as a prior customer: "Come over this afternoon.” After finishing a meeting, I arrived at about 3:20pm. They had the tire off in minutes. They quickly concluded we had a leaking valve. But in the spirit of "better safe than sorry" they tore it down: took the tire off the rim and inspected the inside of the tire. After finding nothing and reaffirming that the problem indeed involved the valve, they replaced the valve, remounted the tire, balanced it and put it back on the car. I left before 4pm. Incidentally, it shames me to tell you how little they asked for this "same hour" repair. I left feeling delighted and guilty at the same time. This tire center sits ever so slightly in the countryside. Probably 4 miles from what you might call Frederick-proper. You'll find that short trip well worth it. They've got a fully equipped tire center that sits on the same property as a residence — clearly a family owned and operated business. Good people, good work, good prices. It will take an emergency for me to go elsewhere for tire service ever again. Thank you, Butler Tire.

Butler tire is a family owned, honest, friendly, and helpful group of tire experts. They don't push a tire, preferring to let their customers choose for themselves. I usually ask what they put on their own vehicles that they trust their children in, and have had some excellent tires all around that aren't the main brands. Competitive overall, but the service makes them best. Going there this week, in fact!
