We are from ri .traveling with truck and horse trailer we had a blow out stopped at vip in Kennebunkport and met a miserable rude very important a hole of a being who didn't have time to to help or speak to two damsels in distress so we traveled 9 miles north to the tire warehouse where we greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help us . Shop was open Jacks were out and the handsome man was on it like it was his job in life to please. And he only had half a cup of coffee . He wasn't anarrogant ass with a clipboard. We highly recommend tire warehouse.we were in and out in a half an hour and he did not rob us and pulled a nail from front tire as well. Very satisfied with our service.

I have been coming to this location for at least the last 8 years and have always, and I mean always, had the very best service!! The gentlemen there are considerate and courteous and make my dealings them at least twice a year a pleasure. I also appreciate their honesty as I know nothing about tires! A number of years ago, I had purchased two snow tires at a yard sale for one dollar each! I was hoping they were good but really didn't know. That fall when I went to Tire Warehouse to buy more tires I was expecting them to tell me the yard sale tires were no good so I was prepared to buy four tires however, the gentlemen who waited on my told me the yard sale tires were good and only sold me two new tires, instead of four. He could easily have sold me four tires but he was honest and didn't. I will never forget that and have told everyone I know this story in the hope that they will frequent this business. Thank you.

I would like to start off by saying my service here was excellent. I had came in to get my pressure checked the guys came out and had noticed one was low and recommended they take it off and look at it when they realized that there was a crack in my rim they then helped me put my spare on the car and checked the air. also gave me a number to get my wheel fixed all in the day. After the day I had they turned it around completely!!! I will for sure be going to see them in the spring for tires THANK YOU TOM LINSCOT

Would highly recommend. I was due for replacing all 4 tires recently. Called and spoke with Tim, he was patient with me on the phone as he looked into pricing and quality for 5 different sets of tires for me. Tires were ordered promptly, received next day delivery, and the work was scheduled for the following day. In addition, a while back i had an emergency - a stray nail got lodged into a rear tire on the same vehicle above. These guys were able to fit me in next day (I believe it was a Saturday), patch the whole and remount the tire, all free of charge. I bought some wipers as a good faith "thank you." Good customer service, and they've got free WiFi in the waiting room :) Thank you!

Bad business had my winter tires changed to summer tires and when I left my tires were making a humming noise I checked my tires and noticed there weren't any balance weights on two left wheels. I called them and they told me it was my bearings I had my car inspected and they told me the tire was cupped these tires are ony two years old and now I need to buy a new one I also had some air stem covers that I bought at an auto store and they were gone the person who changed my tires must have liked them will never go there ever again

I was a walk in customer and from the start this crew was great. I had purchased tires not from them but online. The tires were substantially larger but going on the same rims. They assessed and consulted then did the installation. After it was clear the tires needed an alignment which was not in my budget to be done right away. But after we assessed (it was visible that an alignment was needed) and talked safety and possible damage to my 1300 dollars worth of tires the manager offered a "special" price that I could afford for an alignment. He also applied my military discount on top of the alignment discount. Well, the job was completed. Truck drives spot on as well. Great job in my view. I would recommend them to anyone with tire, wheel or alignment needs. They treat you as a person and not a number thinking only of making money. Thank God for that.

We were on route 95 in Maine coming from Pennsylvania on vacation when our tire pressure fell - and continued to fall despite 2 attempts to put air in. We googled and called Tire Warehouse in Arundel Maine where we were told we could drop in and they would do their best to address the problem and get us back on the road. Sure enough, they took us right in, found a large screw in the tire and we were back on the road in an hour. Amazingly nice and helpful especially on a busy Saturday afternoon. We are grateful!!

I’m not going to be completely stingy and leave one star. I’ve gone here since I started driving 7 years ago for my tires and was always treated great. Most importantly I was always consulted before my car was touched. Today I called about a bubble on the side of my tire and was given the OK to come in to check it out. I got there and they said they’ll take a look at it. 10-15 minutes later the gentleman who was supposed to be looking at my car said I was all set. I asked what the verdict was and they had already changed my tire because it was dangerous to a brand new one without permission or even consulting me. But they waived the mounting fee and something else but I’d have to pay for the tire. I appreciate the concern but give me options before you force me to spend my money. Still almost $100 out of my pocket that I wasn’t prepared for or even asked about, I still said thank you but hopefully it’s not known I wasn’t impressed. First of all, my donut could have been offered to be put on. Second of all, these tires are 8 months old so why should I be paying for yet another tire that’s probably defective too? And why was I not asked if it was ok to change it? I never signed any paperwork prior to my vehicle being looked at so I shouldn’t be liable for paying. Not sure where the professionalism has gone but I’m not impressed. Hopefully corporate handles it with a little more diligence and I’ll head to Scarborough next time.

I came here to have four tires changed that I owned there was nothing wrong with my TPMS system when I went there after they changed my four tires out all of a sudden 2 of my sensors TPMS we're broken and not working so I came back they checked it and claim two of them just died when I looked in my old tires I found one of the TPMS sensors or part of it they still claim it's not their fault I have had tires changed other places and nobody's ever damaged my sensors manager it's of no use does not want to help repair them at his cost just continually denies I will never step foot there again and if I were you I would think long and hard before having them do anything when you have a car that has TPMS sensors

UPDATED: I received a call back about the tires and bolt. They fixed the bolt for free and replaced the lugnut. Glad they made this right. Will be giving them another chance next winter. OLD: Service has gone downhill in recent years. Used to be good, but just had tires switched from snow to all-seasons, they broke a lug nut and didn't fix it. Stripped the bolt too and now have to get it fixed. Won't be coming back after 8-10 years coming here.

The Augusta location didn't replace the tire valves (even though on my receipt, it says they did), so that was the problem. I made an appointment, 3 days in Advance for nitrogen and valve stems. After 2 hours i am told they did not have the stems and just put the nitrogen in and I would have to schedule another appointment. We just purchased our 2010 GMC Acadia 19 days ago. It ran great until Sat. So I make an appointment to have the valve stems done and asked that they check the balance on the tires. It has to be the issue as the dealership did an inspection, as did our mechanic all looks good. Today we wait 40 minutes to be told they will not even check the tire balance. As Ethan said, "company policy all 4 tires must be the same." This is true If I wanted to puchase just 2 tires to put on my AWD from tireware house. However they were on there already. All they needed to do was check the balance of the tires, which they had already serviced with nitrogen. When we were told we would have to take our vehicle someplace else and pay to fix this problem. Problem solved the other TireWare house balanced our tires And fixed the problem Putting air in the tire wont do that-- as we were told. As we had just seen him kick a tire weight into the jack under our vehicle. So it fell off of a vehicle some how. Or perhaps a quick release on a jac . It is done so differently when customers are watching, so slow. Exaggeratingly so. Customer service offered us the valve stems to take elseware to pay to have them put on. Good way to get repeat busines . NOT!! HR has a message waiting for tomorrow.

After waiting 8 minutes in line I got told I was late for my appointment I waited 6 days for, after having to make another appointment... after my rims weren't balanced correctly on the tire change over they did. Tipped $100 when I bought the tires from them last year when I changed over from my mud terrains, lifted 2015 2500 HD on 20 aftermarket rims. After three hours of waiting truck still just sitting there, nothing done. So if you're gonna bribe em, I suggest do it early, cause my tires were done in 20 minutes after I physically went out back and well............. I get this time of year they're right out straight, but c'mon

Tire Warehouse was able to get me the best deal. they set me up with a solid reliable brand of tire for a great price and were very nice to do business with. This location is also a great for wheel alignments. Every car i brought here has been met with top service and highly skilled workers.

I have now gone there for new tires 2x in the last two years ( I commute about 100 miles per day for work ). Both times I have gone the service has been exceptional. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and they are friendly and very easy to work with. I have stopped using the dealership where I purchased my car because the service was mediocre and the prices were outrageous. When I go to this location I feel like I'm treated fairly and the prices are reasonable and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Highly recommend this location!

I was so stressed this past Saturday when on my way to a funeral a passerby flagged me down to tell me my tire was almost flat. I was able to get my car to Tire Warehouse but not before I fell apart and desperately called asking if they could fix it. Angel came to my rescue and told me not to worry even after I had shared how stressed I was, she said "don't worry we got you". I made it to the funeral on time thanks to many people especially Tire Warehouse. The service was prompt, kind and EXTREMELY affordable. I have gone here for years, thru 3 or 4 cars. I always got great service, I guess thst is over. I went in Monday night 11/13, ordered tires and made an appointment to install at 8:00 Saturday 11/18. At 9:00 my car was still sitting there, all they had done was jack it up. Apparently a "computer glich", my tires never arrived. Personnel is different, could there be a problem? Went back to the dealership, tires will be in on Tuesday. Changed on Wednesday. End of review. I am not a happy customer....
