My husband and I were locked out of our car with our cell phones inside. The cashier on duty let my hubby use his personal phone to call for assistance to unlock the car. I waited inside the store til help arrived, the staff on duty was very polite and respectful.

I always get an honest opinion from Troy and great service from Fran, Alice and Jim. Scheduling is easy and the work is always done by the time I need my vehicle. There is no need to shop around. Don't you hate being in an unfamiliar area when something goes wrong with your car? Well, if you are in Bangor, Maine, have no fear. I was in just such a situation, searched for auto mechanics/repair shops and found Swett's. ..with a good Google rating. They didn't take advantage of the situation, promptly got my vehicle on a lift, and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Fair pricing, competent crew. I was a very happy customer.

Went to the store location in Bangor on a Saturday at 2 PM when it says it’s open until 5 PM on the doors and online. Door locked. Went to the shop with an open bay door and asked the employees if they were open, said “nope!”. When asked why because their door sign says open to 5, no response. Would not answer phone.

very impessive selection of craft brewed beer from local breweries and other micro breweries in the states and around the world. Deli is OK. Friends that have used them for auto repair have been happy

I came in today and I must say I am very thankful for you guys. Late Friday morning with what appeared to be a very busy day I come in with no brakes in my van. My pedal was going to the floor and hardly would stop.
