I'm traveling in my motorhome from Florida with my family and needed a tire after I damaged my tire , chipping it on a curb. They could have taken advantage of me, but they did not. While replacing my spare, they discovered the factory installed the wrong size rim. My spare would not fit! Josh even declined a tip. Beginning with Josh, on the phone and with Ryan and his team, my experience was the best tire buying experience of my life and I'm 69 yrs old. They work as a team, each member volunteering to assist or asking where they can help. I've never witnessed such camaraderie and cooperation and good natured jibing. Watching them work with walk up/drive up customers was further revealing of the teams helpful nature. Their employer is very lucky to have a team such as these men representing Stratham Tire. They pointed out to customers where they have other lovations in the event they need assistance on the rosd. I just can't day enough good things about this team and teamwork. 6 STARS! ! !

"BEWARE" I had them install a ball joint a year ago and specified I wanted a quality part. My previous ball joint lasted me over a decade and the one they installed... barely a year. I went in to have them warranty the part and labor and was met with rude resistance saying they have never heard of warrantied labor (lie #1). After costing me my time and money that day a manager called after pushing the issue. I asked which brand ball joint was installed. He said a precision (lie #2). Turns out it was a master pro (cheap part). I said I'd be willing to pay the difference in part cost which was only $20 (I called and verified) to get a better part. He says the cost is $80 (lie #3) then he goes on saying customers get better prices then they do (lie #4). After hours of my time pushing these people to do the right thing they replaced it with the same cheap part and shoved me out the door with an alignment print out that's out of spec (Is this their scam to wear out so I have to replace my tires?) They're business practices are dishonest. They want you to get caught in they're revolving door and "Maine State Inspection Scam" lining their and the pockets of the most crooked industry. Don't take your vehicle there!!!! Don't waste your time and money on this company!!!!

Paid over 150 to have four new tires mounted and balanced. We asked before hand if their equipment was able to perform a dynamic balance and was assured it was. Long story short of it. We now have an massively annoying shake between 70 and 85 and when I inspected the wheels there were no wheel weights on either front wheel. Bottom line.. don't even bother, incompetent is a complement in this situation

Very picky on inspection. They stated the rear brakes needed to be replaced. My care has rear drum breaks. When i took it to another repair shop they were more than fine. Stratham was just looking to make money off an unsuspecting female. I do admit the ball joint was going bad. As far as the lights they were all working when i got home and looked at them. Charges you even of the inspection fails. Will never go there again lied about breaks.
