Very pleased with the customer service at Skip Cahill's! Under freezing conditions and post-storm chaos, they made me an appointment and got me in and out quickly. Courteous and friendly which are not so common any more. Karen is wonderful! Hard working crew!

Unreliable and does not deliver as promised. Made what we thought was an "appointment" to review a tire problem or fix it and then was told there was a two hour wait and they "don't take appointments." The appointment was an understanding that if I brought the tire in at 2 pm, the owner would be there and they would look at it "right away" and address the slow leak that they had fixed unsuccessfully and either once and for all fix it or replace it. They had even ordered a tire to be on standby if they couldn't fix it. Simply fixing the problem wasn't a priority for them and they denied telling us they would look at it "right away." Very disappointing after years of using this station. Maybe they have new management but there's one thing for sure and that is that they have lost an old customer.
