I was traveling when my van began to leak antifreeze. I'm from New York State so I didn't know anyone in the area. I called Percy's early Saturday morning hoping they could fix it by Monday. They took it right in and had it fixed by noon that day. Their labor rates are reasonable, and lower than I anticipated. The staff was personable and helpful. They didn't try to sell me extra repairs or try to convince me that I needed more than what I wanted fixed. They were great and I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Percy's for yrs .It doesn't matter time or day .I drop my car off at any given time really. He gets me in and out on the road sometimes the same day I drop it off.i wouldn't go anywhere else.

really great place! They service a lot of stuff for cars, but be sure to call or check their website specifically before going. The people there are so nice and efficient, and got my car fixed within a day. The price was a little more than what I was expecting, but hey, you're paying for really good, fast and trustworthy service. 10/10, it's now my go-to place if my car ever breaks again.

On a cross country road trip we started hearing a weird noise, so we called them up and they said to bring the truck in. They checked the truck and our trailer too, and found nothing wrong. Sure enough, when we got back in the noise had stopped--must have been a rock wedged somewhere or something. Three mechanics spent two hours looking at it and charged us nothing! We are so grateful.

I went in today for the 3rd time I believe? Previously had small stuff done (tires, belts) but today was a big job. Front brakes, battery, filters, oil change. I called at 8am and was told to come right down. All work completed in the same day around 2pm! And my bill was less than what I was quoted! I highly recommend Percy's!

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I called, they were pleasant n funny, and told me to come right in. I did and they tended to me almost immediately. Within 10 minutes they had fixed my wiper and came back in and handed me the keys. I asked how much and the mechanic said it was an easy fix, no charge,...and merry Christmas! I was shocked and very pleased. It choked me up because being so close to the holiday I was worried about the cost. These guys made my day, and my year! I'd recommend them to everyone and they'll be my favorite repair guys for life. Thanks Percys!! Thanks also for their honesty. It's a rare quality in this day n age.

These guys are great. I came in just before closing on a Saturday with a dead flat tire and no obvious puncture. They diagnosed it as a faulty valve stem quickly. Repaired it promptly and charged me a grand total of zero dollars. Very pleasant, friendly service throughout - and I would have been happy to pay them even though it was a quick fix. Strongly recommend.
