Just bought a used car from them, and feel confident that it is a good car, and that their handshake means everthing to them. Mike Danforth was the salesperson, and very helpful. But we met the owner, the service manager and the office. Everyone came together to make sure that it was done right. I would certainly buy from them again, and will go to them for service of my car. As frosting to the deal, I note that they have 3 vans full of new toys to donate to needy children for Christmas, they collect them and give a discount, to try to make sure that no child goes without. These are people I am pleased to do business with, and am confident that we will for years to come !

I apparently showed up a day late for my oil change but they took my car right in and changed my oil. Did a tire roatation, filled my tires with air and completed 23 point inspection. Everyone was very pleasant. Took a bit long that it does at Prompto but was worth it. Very pleased with service.

My husband had called about a particular truck that he saw advertised on the internet. The salesman invited him to come & test drive it. They made arrangements about what day & time would work. On that day, the salesman called to say he wouldn't be available but someone else would help him. When he arrived, the owner brought him the truck. Although that truck wasn't 'the one', my husband will continue to look at that dealership's ads as he knows he that they have great customer service !
Excellent people, excellent service, excellent prices. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years, but never have I felt less like I was buying a product, and more like I was joining a family. My new Jeep is the first vehicle I've ever purchased from a dealership that I DIDN'T take the dealer badge off of. I normally take those badges that dealers like to put on the back of their cars right off because I don't like to advertise for free. In this case though, I am more than happy to leave that sticker on there. I'm proud to own a Jeep, and I would gladly point any interested buyers to New Castle Jeep in Maine. 5 Stars all the way around.

Been a customer for close to 20 years. Very disappointed with my last visit for service. Went in for a state inspection and a new park sensor. Got a call that my inspection was done and they said I needed a park sensor and have a transmission leak. Not sure why the park sensor was not replaced since I told them I wanted it fixed when I made the appointment. They could not tell me any more about the transmission leak because they could tell where the leak was. It had been in twice before under warranty for a transmission leak so I kind of wonder if it was ever really fixed. The service guy had a really tough time figuring out that it had been in for the same problem before. He kept telling me they fixed the oil pan twice and not the transmission! I left with my new inspection sticker and a leaky transmission. I was also charged and extra $49.50 for them to tell me I had a broken park sensor!

I had my car serviced at the local Ford dealership because that’s where my husband always went. They change my oil and put two lightbulbs in, my total was $191. Come to find out they use the wrong bulbs which messed up my sensors on my dashboard. Since my car is a Fiat, they suggested I take it to the Chrysler dealership. To fix the sensor issue. I was a little frustrated because this was the third day in a row my car had been in the shop. Plus the fact that I had never done business with them before so I stopped in and was blown away by their service. Julian, the service desk person, answered all of my questions got me right in And called me right back with a diagnosis. I’m very pleased that they were able to resolve my issue and I look forward to doing business with them in the future

Somewhat frustrating experience with New Castle Dodge recently. I have purchased a used 2016 Dodge from a local dealer and a “light out “code kept popping up. I had explained to the service team that a new taillight have been put in by the dealer. I was there for six hours Thursday while they ran a diagnostic test. At the end they explained that a computer board needed to be replaced and that they would have it in Friday morning. I returned to Newcastle Friday morning and after an hour they contacted me to say that my vehicle was ready. The gentleman at the service desk sheepishly explained that the problem the whole time was a non-OEM socket in the replaced tail light. I am happy that they were able to fix the problem but a little discouraged it took two days and four hours of travel to resolve this simple issue. Research online shows that Non-OEM parts will often throw this code, I would think the service department would know about this. Aside from this, I do not have any other concerns with the department. The service area was clean, complementary refreshments are served and there is free Wi-Fi. Damariscotta is just down the road and you can get a loaner car if needed.

I called during the morning about a rough running engine on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They gave me an appointment for the next morning. I dropped it off that afternoon. They called at 10:00 AM with the diagnosis. It was ready by noon. I'm pleased and impressed with the speed of the service, and also pleasantly surprised by the very low price. The problem was completely fixed, and also explained to me well (I have some automotive mechanical experience).
Have been purchasing new vehicles for over 30 years and can say hands down that this was the BEST car buying experience ever. If you thought(as I did) that good old fashioned customer service is dead, check these guys out. The owner, Randy, insists on meeting every customer personally to thank them for their business and even left us with a couple small gifts!! Traveled 4.5 hours from VT to ME as they had the exact SUV we wanted at a great price and were not disappointed. Mitch, our salesman was super honest and upfront about everything. Randall miller as the owner exhibits such unprofessionalism. I was there when the show room was completely full and I have been waiting over 45 minutes my salesman who was nice was finally honest with me and told me that it's common that Randy keeps his customers in the office longer than usual to give them special treatment I purchased a $45,000 truck that I ordered from this dealership. Before delivery I discussed with the parts department on what accessories would work best for my truck they were very helpful by the way . I made it clear that anything that was done to a truck that was brand new that it would need to be legal for the road I did not want to have concern about the state police . I was Chaco that buy the parts department and said not to worry everything is going to be fine . Circumstances happen and I went to sell the truck and was told by the state police that it was wildly illegal . When I mentioned this to the owner of Newcastle Chrysler Randy Miller he made me wait two days before he called me and said a meeting in his office with the general service manager Eric BREWER they assured me that they would honor the inspection sticker given the disinformation . I had advised that this truck does need to be legal given the value of it and the circumstance that I am in . Within the next few days my boss was fired the company took on a complete new structure and I was essentially left in the wind with a truck that was not legal essentially a $45,000 paperweight . So as the story continues to grow I have the truck for sale on a friends local sale lawn looking to get just anything I could out of that. I had to call the state inspector to validate what had happened and of course once the dealership Newcastle Chrysler caught wind of that they attempted to get to my truck where it was for sale before me in my believed to scrape the sticker from the truck luckily I was there first. This dealership put trays that they are there for the average guy but Randy Miller looks out for his friends and by the way it has been proven that Eric BREWER has laundered hundreds of thousands of dollars from that company and it is being covered up because Randy does not want the negative Publicity.

There service department is the biggest joke in the industry just cost me 3 grand because they where to lazy to fix a problem when my girlfriend brought in her Jeep several times about her motor ticking while it was under warranty cause it doesn’t pay as good complete bs

The Newcastle Chrysler Dodge is a great place to take your vehicle. They have always done great on our Charger SRT. They actually do the work they say they will and are very reasonably priced. They don't drag out the work so they can charge more and give great advice and suggestions.
Over charged by 100$ over quote on simple filter change and tire rotation....quoted 250 bill came to $355?....way expensive.....ill take the drive to Central Maine next time.they write down the quote and stick to it.ill give them two stars because I like them and they deducted$50

My warrentee company I purchased a warrentee through tried to not cover my blown transmission 1 month after purchasing the truck out of state (on my 15 Ram) Newcastle did everything they could to make them cover it, and they finally ended up covering the whole job, also did great installing the transmission.

Oil change plus first big trip with car and wanted it looked over, fluids, tires etc. realize their time is money, but could of said no time to check it over. My tires have 30 lbs pressure heated and I don’t fill them cuz going to garage. I leave their with 30 lbs pressure should be 38. 17 lbs pressure in spare. Fluids not topped off. Jug windshield fluid still empty in back seat. Brakes needed replacing good catch. It is the little things for me. There are speci caps on lug nuts and no way would I have been able change tire, so these caps are off. Everybody is nice there and it’s clean and other wise good

I just purchased my first Mopar product at age 60. It was a big deal for me to step out of my comfort zone. I was a devout Chevy man. I wish someone would have taken the time to explain ALL of the Ram models to me and what they offered. I knew nothing of them. I would have purchased up.This was a spur of the moment purchase so I didn't really do a lot of research. Once again I was a mess about buying a vehicle other than a Chevy. I did purchase a Tradesman and while I like the performance it is lacking a LOT of extras I would have liked. I was a bit nervous about the purchase so i wasn't on my best game. I was the only one during this sale that thought it was a really big deal to change manufacturers. Again the sale was good and I'm sure the truck will do its job but I'm not over joyed with the lack of options. I have learned through this to rely on my own research from this point forward.

I received one of those fake "game" marketing pieces from them, the kind where it LOOKS like you have a small chance to win, but what's this? I actually won! In fact, everyone "wins" from this fake-out marketing and you get a prize if you come in. Of course, among the big prizes, there's one "gift card at Walmart" gift. It's a sham. Embarrassingly inappropriate today. I am not going to spend tens of thousands of dollars in a business that has already proven to me that they are willing to use deceiving tactics to get me to come in. What else will they try to pull on me?
